Amazing service at this location. High personal attention and enthusiastic service by Ms. Afton M, who is really kind and professional. Pancakes were delicious and strawberry etc fruits were fresh. Loved it they are open till late night.

I was visiting with a friend of mine and I was greatly disappointed. It is unfortunate that when I asked for burned bacon and I didn’t get it, I want it burned, please see photos. Do you call that burned? I paid over $3.00 for a glass of milk! Everyone knows you can buy a whole gallon for that amount! The prices were outrageous! I went in for the $5.00 deal and the waitress said there would be a slight charge more for the pumpkin 🎃 pancakes so I agreed. I was expecting a $1.00 extra but no the upcharge was $1.99 ! When the order arrived at the table the pancakes were so small! I expected bigger! It was disappointing to say the least! The waitress was kind and friendly and it wasn’t her fault at all she was only doing her job. Overall it was a bad experience. I most likely will not be going back at all, if I do I will ask for only water and I will only order the $5.00 special! I have learned, you don’t have to tell me twice!!!

I waited for 25 minutes at curbside pickup. Texted two different times. Finally went in and my food was just sitting on the counter. It was all cold. The strawberry and creme crepes did not have any strawberries or cream. The hash browns were so crispy I couldn’t bite through them. I called and requested a refund and the manager said they couldn’t refund any of it. The food was not even eatable.

Absolutely terrible service, first time in my life I refused to leave a legitimate tip. My party and I had to request that the silverware be provided to us, and we were never asked if we wanted refills for our beverages. We were the only party in the facility at the time, and during our entire visit, the waitresses were loitering around looking at their phones. The only time a single waitress even bothered paying any attention to us was when we were being sat down, and when we were leaving. I advise that you don't go here. It's not worth the trouble.

Late night and IHOP was one of the few places still open. So we decided to give it another try. This time around the server was very friendly, as was the chef.

The food was good, even after a wait and little miscommunication the staff had, they were able to get us seated within an appropriate time and keep a professional yet friendly attitude to me and my family. They forgot to bring out a side for me and my mom's breakfast bowls but it turned out good without so I'm not complaining.

The two ladies working 9/21 @ 11:AM were amazing waitresses. They were friendly and extremely helpful. They were also very patient and helpful to a family with two little ones. Wish I had their names. The younger one thin and black hair with bangs the other about 30ish taller and had braided h air into two braided top notches on each side. Both excellent Waitresses.

Waitress took other tables order before us and we were sat first, the other waitress were a little faster and on point.

Came here for the first time earlier this morning with my dad, step mom and family for breakfast. The staff was friendly and our waiter which I forget her name also was friendly, sweet, seemed cool & did everything she can do to get us taken care of. The country fried steak and eggs was good. They seemed to have a good selection of menu items to choose from. The only small hiccup was the service on some items for some my family members was a little slow which wasn't even our waiter fault either & it just turned out to be that they were a little short staffed which was understandable. I was grateful they gave my dad which he was the one buying a 10 percent discount which was fair. If an opportunity arises I would return again for breakfast

This location in the chain is not on par with the other locations I have tried. Not sure why. The Pasco, WA, location is much nicer, cleaner, and has better service. It looks like from the other reviews, this was not just a bad day. IHOP has gone to mixing pancake batter into their omelettes? What does this achieve? You either wrap your omelette fixins in a gross pancake, laden with egg, or in a gross egg with pancake taste. This is insane. Makes you want to be a fly on the wall in the meetings where these corporate decisions are made, just for the entertainment of how such lunacy percolates into a product decision. Our visit to this location was not helped by the redneck family that was there when we were. Clearly (for the benefit of the whole restaurant) they were not happy with their service, which appeared to be an over one-hour wait after ordering. The IHOP staff were not adept at handling their issues, but thankfully the family decided to just vacate and "take their dad gum business to Denny's" with plenty of loud complaining on the way out. Needless to say - no reason to return here.

The last time I visited this location, they were super busy, so it took a really long time to order and get our food. We decided to try it again, and hardly anyone was there. Again, it took a long time to bring our food. The food was ok but not great, especially for the price. My daughter ordered crepes, which were tiny and left her still hungry. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and quiet. Our server was friendly.

The food was bad and old. Our waiter never checked on us nor brought us our check. We had to wait 12 minutes to check out. When we did check out she just took our card and swiped it still not even letting us know what the bill was. Pretty sure we got charged $4 more but we just wanted to leave at the point. Please go somewhere else for foood.

I hop is always delicious. The staff at this location is awesome. Our server was super chill and fun made our visit that much better. I got the cina-stack it was really good. Very sweet so if you don't like too sweet don't get those. The coffee was also delicious and they cooked my egg exactly how I like it

Very sweet girls that work there they seem to work their butts off. They are good waitresses. Make sure you guys tip. They work hard they make 3 bucks an hour which I think people don't know that. I think they deserve all the tips people can afford. 5 stars thank you for the awesome service.

Honestly I was hoping for a better experience then what I did . Waited over an hour to get are food. We where told that a ton of door dash stuff came up and apparently that's more important then the people in the restaurant.

This place had the most calm and understanding staff. They were very polite . They are a little slow to get your order and coming to check on you. So don't expect fast service. But they are very nice.

Food was great. But we just felt super rushed. We went out to have a nice breakfast on our day off and being so rushed kind of ruined it. Rushing us to order, then they brought the check WITH the food so I felt that was rude when they didn't do that to the couple next to us. Then after we got our box, getting on our coats they asked us if we needed a bag for our single box and stopped by again to ask if we needed anything before we go and all of it just harshed the vibe of nice breakfast out when they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Hopefully next time they can appreciate that it's a sit-in experience that we'll tip on and they can take a chill pill.

The food was good but our sever was great! It was fast and he made sure we never ran out of coffee or water! He even offered us to go cups when we left.

Great place to eat without being intoxicated. Family, friendly atmosphere. The eggs weren't the best sunny side up. Huge portions for a low price.

Waiter was completely rude to us. We needed a highchair for our toddler and I had to get it. We weren't even seated or looked at the menu and he was taking our drink orders. He was very rude to us and hardly check on us at all but was nice and friendly to the family next to us. The food was really good though my sons silver dollar pancakes were huge. When the time came for him to give us the check he assumed my fiancé was paying (he wasn't), needless to say it was horrible service and we felt more like an inconvenience than anything. Due to everything I told my fiancé to tip him what he deserved (normally I tip 25% or more) but he decided he deserved nothing which I agreed. My fiancé then told me the guy glared at him for not tipping for the awful service. We love eating here and sucks that the service was so bad.

My experience at IHOP was phenomenal! My servers name was Hailee, she was on top of everything and made sure I had everything I needed! If you go in there I definitely recommend asking for Hailee! Thanks for the great service!

Had to ask to have bacon recooked, wasn't cooked enough. Other than that all was good.

Kitchen n was slow, but the sever was very attentive. We had a decent sized group of 12 people and it was very organized on the restaurants behalf. Even with special orders, everything came out correct and together.

I mark it down to 4 stars, i love their pancakes and bacon and several other breakfast items, however there are I fee that could improve. Also we went here, it was very obvious that out waitress was new, possibly her first day. She panicked when they ran out of the item I ordered. I laughed it off and ordered something else. It was funny to see but unprofessional. I don't mark them down to much for it.

Ridiculously ruined our online order. Actually had to wait almost half an hour to remake our orders, which were not even very good. You could taste the rush. They get two stars only because the staff was very courteous.

Breakfast was delicious. I had a spinach mushroom omelette. Glad IHOP is still open. Waiter was personable and friendly. I could tell he enjoyed his job.

They only had one guest and we were left standing in the entrance 10 minutes. Otherwise all was good, and staff was friendly and diligent after that. They could have at least acknowledged us to let us know what was up.

I find it hard to rate any IHOP higher than 3 stars. I didn't catch our server's name, unfortunately, but he was really great. Fast service with a party of 11, and he even brought me my own personal pitcher of water. We had a great time, and the "split decision" breakfast was delicious!

If I could give this 0 I would. We we're the only guests in the whole place first off, I ordered the chocolate chip pancake combo and this is what she brought me on a small coffee plate. Forgot my husbands meat for his breakfast combo and never brought my sausages at all. I'm not gonna lie this ruined IHOP for me I will definitely go to Denny's everytime over this now. The floors where also covered in food where we were sat and the waitress was just on her phone standing around. Time we were there 10pm 03/14
