When I rushed to Paradise for having lunch around at 3:30, the restaurant looks like a messy place at the tables that were kept at entrance I have waited for 15mins while they are cleaning the tables and it looks like in the pics I have attached. Don’t know how they will organise the things and even after they cleaned I sense left over food smell. Hope the restaurant manager is aware of such things. As a reputed restaurant branch in all over India if Paradise maintenance is like a mess, don’t know how normal restaurants will do.

Well maintained and brand equity briyani hotel. Ample parking lot and great staffs. Mutton and chicken served was so fresh and tender with their authentic taste. We had chicken manchow soup, mutton briyani and chicken briyani. We liked it. If you are in Hyderabad you must consider to have briyani here.

As Paradise restaurant itself is an "ACE Brand" compared to other restaurants in Hyderabad. The location, ambience and slum people visit to this restaurant in BHEL has made this restaurant a third class local slum restaurant unlike other outlets of paradise. Management should intervene immediately to bring the old cult following of olden days.

We have visited on Sunday and ordered one compo which cost 499 for 2 members Chicken biryani+starter+2 Thumbs-up And they asked for extra rice as well and we said yes the quality and quantity is good with price only service is bit slow. Must try once World famous paradise biryani.

Pleasant experience. Place is clean and tidy. Ordered veg soup, Nizam Mutton Biryani, Royal Mutton Biryani, Soya Tikka and Paneer Dum Biryani. Soup is served hot, Soya tikka starter is not tender. Mutton Biryani is super with very tender pieces. Raita is thin so raised the concern to the waiter and prepared the fresh thick Raita and served us. At Cafe tried Mutton somosa and veg somosa both are fresh and hot.

Two days back got to visit this place with my sister's family for dinner. This place wasn't really that busy as we went there early. The people over there were really cold and they didn't even helped us in getting a table. We had to change about 2 tables before we settled into our cozy place. I really don't understand why they had to close a section. We ordered butter roti, masala papad, kebabs platter, moroccan spiced kebab, special biryani and thums up. The masala papad we ordered was really good and it had the right amount of spiciness in it. The butter roti was good and smooth too and the kid finished it in a jiffy. The kebab platter had some tangdi kebab, malai kebab, reshmi kebab and murg tikka. The salad served with it was good too. After finishing the platter we ordered moroccan tikka which wasn't too spicy and the kids absolutely loved it. Enough pieces in it too. Next came the special biryani which had both chicken and mutton into it. The quantity was perfect for the whole family. The rice was fragnant and well cooked. I loved the mutton as it was just falling of the bone. Perfectly cooked. The chicken was also good too with the right amount of everything into it. The downfall is that the service is absolutely slow and the staff not really that attentive to our needs. Secondly after finishing our dinner the payment took like ages.

World's Famous Biryani.. World's Famous Place.. With world's worst service ever. Worst personal experience as the service staff has denied whatever we ask for. If he is interested to go home then should have placed reserved or closed on those tables. Serving Staff has mentioned there even General items like ice cream and gulab jamun are also not available. When I ask for supervisor another waiter stated mentioning "I am assistant supervisor".. When I clearly mentioned that I need supervisor they started taking orders. I understand he must be tired of full day work however it is not the way of customer handling. Cherry on the cake is.. When I disagreed to place any further orders and asked to pack whatever untouched he started saying "Parcel kuch be nahiye aaap order boliye".. Plus at last offered excluding few items from bill, we denied and paid in full. I believe small hotels and restaurants do know how to treat customer better than "The Great Paradise". Great Team work: None of the staff are ready to provide supervisor Or management number. They simply mentioned, they don't have. When I ask them, how do you contact management in case of emergency.. No response from them. Moreover No Supervisor or Manager is available on site, this is heights of irresponsibility. I remember the staff name but do not wish to quote it hear. If anyone managing this branch sees my review, atleast you provide me the number to show you are responsible. Overall, please do not consider this as your first option. Better to go to some local dhaba then this "Legend Since 1953".

Yesterday evening i.e May 2nd, 2022, 8:45PM have purchased Haleem at store, but they given out road side shop Haleem in paradise Currys box with paradise stikker. They said only one pack is available and accepted only cash, and they didn't gave any bill. Finally when I opened the Haleem box in my home i was surprised. The Haleem was very spicy and definitely it was not the my paradise one. I am sure on the test because I am big fan of Paradise Haleem. Very disappointed with incident. Please be careful with the staff, they are always cheating the brand and end users.

Went to paradise one more time with family after a long time as new branch open at ashok nagar. Lot of crowd due to brand name. As usual food is average in taste due to less spicy. Ambience is also not enough as per crowd. Menu is large and variety of items available but seems little high price. Especially fish and prawns starters are too high in price and taste is average. Overall its an average dining experience. Takeaway is available. Free parking available but not big enough for the crowd.

i have ordered 2 mini chicken dum Biryani in Swiggy app. Taste ...> The taste is ok ok.. Price ...> Quantity is Very less and cost is very high for 2 mini chicken dum Biryani they charged 340 ruppes. i am Quantity wise not satisfied.....

Not Worthy, I expected a lot before going as the biryani will have cashew nuts and the Paradise style to be different. The worst was that they just gave one chicken piece in the biryani... This is not recommended at all.

Really bad experience . Ordered a Nizami mutton biriyani .. Rice and Mutton had no taste of Mutton .. literally disappointed .. that too for a premium price. There were no rush at all as there were nearly 3-4 waiters available to attend a table.

Cons:- Food was delivered very late almost 45 min, cleaning was not proper. There were houseflies everywhere. Number of staffs are very less even during peak hours. Food was cold and not served hot. Pros:- biryani taste was satisfactory,

No cleaning food is oily. No cooking here they will eat on oven and serve.. they maintain toilets like public toilets. 1star is also waste

I recently visited the BHEL outlet with my family for weekend lunch as we all know Paradise is one of the legendary trusted brands for fine dining catering to everyone. With spacious parking spaces, we were welcomed with warm greetings by the captain and seated in no time. While it was crowded, attention to our seating was done promptly in the family section. With the newly available "SCAN, ORDER & PAY" option at your table comfort, we placed our order, and while we waited we were greeted by the table server with smiles and he updated on the waiting time. Without much wait time, we got almost all we ordered including starters and their world-class Biryani. All the starters were sufficient in quantity and tasted warm and delicious. NEWLY INTRODUCED CHICKEN MANDI caught our eye and we ordered that as well for just 599 /-, the portion was very good and we liked it. while meat could be a bit more tender, rice and spice levels were apt, and happy to see Paradise now having mandi options too. Coming to their signature biryani, PARADISE needs no introduction and to its fame, the biryani, was warm, filled with aroma and tender chicken and the cook on that rice was perfect. In short a good authentic biryani I could in this area for sure. We ended the meal with falooda and Hyderabadi desserts which were apt ending to a good hearty meal. I should appreciate the captain & chef who came to take feedback and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire dining period. We left with happy smiles and I will definitely come back again.

Food is Superb No Doubt About it.. But the staff is worst, they made me to change table 2 times and they are like giving food for free kind of expressions.. its a downfall.. but i have to mention a girl her name is Rosida i think, she is the best.. she handled the situation carefully but rest if them and buffoons..

I never expected this type of biryani from paradise . Jsut few mins back ordered from Zomato . It's not properly cooked,and road side biryani tastes more flavourful and its worthy spending 100 rs on it. this paradise biryani stupid fellows charged 250 rs and they sent dirtiest biryani I ever tasted .. idiots ..

A year ago, I praised thebiryani, highlighting its rich flavors and authentic taste. However, I feel compelled to update my review based on my recent experiences. Regrettably, the quality and taste of their biryani have noticeably declined. It seems that in becoming a well-known brand, the attention to detail and the commitment to maintaining high standards in taste have diminished. This change has significantly affected my dining experience.

Last sunday - 26- Nov-2023, had panner starter and after eating my daughter had vomiting whole day, my mom had digestion issues and myself had same problem. Please avoid any panner starters as they use spoiled panner

All the dish in the menu was not available. Only Chicken Biryani was available. Mutton Biryani was not available. Taste was not good as the Biryani of Paradise Secunderabad. Confused staff.

Me and my bro went to paradise which is in bhel Jyoti nagar before going to that I saw the reviews and I got scared don't want to go their but my brother favourite spot is Paradise thatsy first time I went to paradise in bhel ambiance is awesome and food is delicious 😋😋😋😋 and kababs I love it even my bro also loved it we ordered two types of kababs and nizam chicken biryani food is awesome guys ....

Paradise has lost its touch. The tastes are sub par and the new additions to the menu like the Desi Kebabs are also of no use. To add to the mediocre taste the service is also sub standard.

Too much costly with a very poor maintenance and service. Road is too dusty and the food tasty too average. I went there with a very high expectations keeping paradise brand in mind. Roadside hotels are far better than this. Sorry I can't suggest this place if u r looking for a healthy environment with good food at a reasonable price.

Hotel paradise Biryani is one of the best places to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The Management is not atoll good they are taking the Money twice from my account and not returning it to me from 10 days and I think, paradise is in loss as they are not returning my Amount back to me. and whenever I call them, their answer is tomorrow. I think Management is really in efficient in handling the payment related issues as we are in 5G world and transactions are really quick and they are taking these many days in resolving my issue. This is not expected from this reputed Hotel of Hyderabad, I would suggest the Top-level Management to look in to this issue. Else they may face any consequence in feature.

I have got mutton samosa and mutton role The mutton Samson was ok not so good But coming to the mutton roll tasted amazing must try the mutton roll

Hopeless n low quality n quantity material r using like their Biryani, their consisting of Pudina chutney for using Tandoori chicken, it's only butter milk and their Tomato Sauce actually it's not a Tomato Sauce it's a Kaddu ka Sauce bringing with made by local people.

Today i had butter naan and paneer butter masal curry..curry was excellent..and whole lunch was tasty.. double ka mitha.. was too tasty.. service was excellent

Ordered Supreme mutton biryani in take away counter. No Of pieces are not more than 10 - 12 . Not sure how they charged 1000 + rs . Taste and quality was good.

Worst service ever I got in any restaurant. Paradise is known for its biryani, but I found the other restaurants make better than paradise. They keep water bottle of high value (₹70 each) instead of the regular ones(₹20). In a way they are forcing you to spend ₹50 extra for water, which is an essential item. Upon asking why they don't have the regular water bottle of₹20 , they said we have an instruction from above, we don't keep regular water bottles. And most importantly, they are making the customers sit closer though they have enough space, in this covid situation. I got all these poor experience from Chanda Nagar area Paradise restaurant, near Jyothi theatre.

After giving complaint manager contact to me solved my issue manager is good and talking ok and explained about my issue

The food and service are moderate but the atmosphere in the washrooms and the parking lot are a negative ten out of ten, a Hyundai Accent slid back down and crashed into my car due to the poor infrastructure of the parking lot. The staff and dishes are alright but my overall rating would be a solid 6/10.
