I pre-ordered a pizza from them that was supposed to arrive at a specific time. Pizza was delivered 75 minutes past the time and only after I called the restaurant. Apparently they just had my pizza sitting around and no one would deliver it. When it finally came it was all dried up, the mushrooms and eggplant were shriveled up. It was also bland af. On call they mentioned in broken and mumbling German that I would be given a drink for free and I assumed it was because of the inconveniences they caused me. Needless to say they only delivered the pizza anyway without a drink.
