Well where do I begin Stacey is awesome!!! She has a very calming affect in her voice when giving us instructions that when the class is over you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As for myself she’s helped me deal with stress and more than a few aches and pains from over stretching my muscles in my back as well as shoulder n leg strains. I would certainly and have recommended her to many of my friends and family. Stacey is definitely one of the better yoga instructors I’ve ever had don’t miss out

Somatic yoga has really helped me without putting too much stress on my body. The slow deliberate movements make me more aware of my body. The instructor is excellent.

This is a gentle class with a wonderful teacher. It is suited to all levels of experience. The approach is easy and slow, working within your own ability. There is something new to be learned each class even for an experienced yogi. Stacey offers a unique approach to yoga with her Somatic training, teaching you a gentle method to work through and unwind your physical limitations.

These classes are certainly worth giving a try. I have definitely found out this practice allows you to experience the harmony between body and mind through breathing and stretching. Many parts of this practice you can carry with you through your day to day living. I love the small classes. Stacey is a wonderful instructor and friend. Namaste❤️

I love Stacey and her somatic yoga classes! I have been living with chronic pain for about 5 years. These classes have become an important part of my pain management. The moves are simple and slow. I wish I had started somatic yoga classes years ago. Don't wait to try them! Even if you are currently an adrenaline junky like I was before being forced to slow down. These exercises are an important part of a well rounded fitness program. Take care of your body!!

I have been going to this yoga class for many years now. I find the class refreshing and a great hour well spent on pushing my abilities mentally and physically. Stacey is a great instructor always has a smile on her face and a soothing voice to follow all the yoga movements .

Stacey is very knowledgeable in her teaching, the classes make you feel wonderful as well as the other students. I had attended three years before I moved or I would still attend. Best Somatic Yoga class I have attended.
