Worst walmart in Canada! I understand you only have self checkout open. But what's the point to have two separate lanes for small carts and big carts and then block off the lane for small carts. Your lines are until Narnia and you let some customers cut by going through the supposed closed lane. Also, your staff is equally rude. Won't be visiting here anymore.

Worst customer service. Jimmy who is the Customer service manager has ZERO MANAGEMENT OR SOLUTION KNOWLEDGE. How did he became a manager? Walmart must’ve been desperate to hire Jimmy as Customer Service Manager. I bought an electric breast pump for my spouse. We tried it & the pump was defective so we put it back in orignal packing and brought it back to Walmart. The return cashier doesn’t even welcome Customers, it seemed like she was forced to be at work. She called Jimmy for return. Jimmy approved the Return but System was blocking it. I explained to Jimmy that it was defective. Jimmy called his BOSS Sebastien who is the Assistant manager of Walmart. Sebastien approved the Refund since I bought it on July 17 but System was still blocking the Refund. Jimmy advise me that it was FINAL SALE and there is nothing that can be done. I reminded Jimmy that it was defective since. Jimmy TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY LOSS IF IT WAS NOT SUCKING & HE CANNOT BY PASS THE SYSTEM. I TOLD HIM TO RETURN IT TO THE DISTRIBUTOR SINCE ITS DEFECTIVE. I even ask for a credit. Jimmy ( Customer Service manager) is Zero in finding solutions. Normally, you take the item and return it to the company because its defective but SALUTE TO JIMMY FOR A ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and finding solutions. So Walmart in Ville St Laurent , Quebec, just stole 79.97$ plus tax Never BUY ANY BABY PRODUCTS FROM WALMART. Its the Last Time I am Buying anything from Walmart. SHAME ON YOU WALMART FOR HIRING AND PROMOTING USELESS, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE

Very nice and clean place. Also fun to shop. Staffs are very kind. Much less cluttered than other Walmart store. Bravo.

Im giving 5 stars not for the store , those stars are for 1 employee , his name is Mark he works at the photo section . knowledgeable , helpful , even tho its not his departement he answers you . Other employees are just there to hang out , not even respond when you call them . Thanks Mark

went there on boxing day to get a new phone but it seemed like employees didn't know what they are doing. And somehow they started serving one guy who was a friend of the employee without considering the people in line. Extremely bad experience

Worst WalMart EVER! How is this even considered a Supercentre? I was advised to come to this Supercentre location by a smaller Walmart and there was less selection that the smaller one. The stock floor was a complete mess. Most items were mislabeled. Most of the garbage bins for sale on the floor were broken. There were several items listed as in stock but I was passed around to 4 different workers before they eventually just told me they couldn’t find it. There was also no carts inside and I was advised by staff that I had to go to the cart return myself. Who let’s a business run at such a poor standard? Especially with multiple locations nearby to compare. I’ll never visit this one again.

Yo I was literally shopping for a plethora of goods and given how terrible the store layout is I needed to ask for assistance. After 2 people not willing to help and one person who doesn't speak English or French I finally my savior Anastasia. Not only did this lady help me find my dog food but she assisted with a store layout to show me where to find my soap and and Sapporo ichiban. This girl needs a promotion

This Walmart is the worst.No cashiers ever.Only self-serve.All the other Walmarts offer cashiers.The employees stand around NOT serving customers(too busy talking amongst themselves).It's dirty, dumpy,and depressing. It looks abandoned . It's disorganized, you have gardening tools in the Christmas section and the Christmas section is split up.
