How
did
he
became
a
manager?
Walmart
must’ve
been
desperate
to
hire
Jimmy
as
Customer
Service
Manager.
I
bought
an
electric
breast
pump
for
my
spouse.
We
tried
it
&
the
pump
was
defective
so
we
put
it
back
in
orignal
packing
and
brought
it
back
to
Walmart.
The
return
cashier
doesn’t
even
welcome
Customers,
it
seemed
like
she
was
forced
to
be
at
work.
She
called
Jimmy
for
return.
Jimmy
approved
the
Return
but
System
was
blocking
it.
I
explained
to
Jimmy
that
it
was
defective.
Jimmy
called
his
BOSS
Sebastien
who
is
the
Assistant
manager
of
Walmart.
Sebastien
approved
the
Refund
since
I
bought
it
on
July
17
but
System
was
still
blocking
the
Refund.
Jimmy
advise
me
that
it
was
FINAL
SALE
and
there
is
nothing
that
can
be
done.
I
reminded
Jimmy
that
it
was
defective
since.
Jimmy
TOLD
ME
THAT
IT
WAS
MY
LOSS
IF
IT
WAS
NOT
SUCKING
&
HE
CANNOT
BY
PASS
THE
SYSTEM.
I
TOLD
HIM
TO
RETURN
IT
TO
THE
DISTRIBUTOR
SINCE
ITS
DEFECTIVE.
I
even
ask
for
a
credit.

just
stole

Never
BUY
ANY
BABY
PRODUCTS
FROM
WALMART.

the

I

anything
