If this is a 5 star hotel I'm Batman. The reception area has cracked gray tile floors that are stained with something that looks like bubble gums. The staff: It's mixed. Around the hotel they are very polite and professional but in the breakfast dining area quite rude and patientless. For children: They have a nice big play room with lots of toys which is nice...especially if your child likes Lego. To sum it up: it isnt's a "bad" hotel - but CERTAINLY NOT 5 stars. So if you stay regularly at 5 star properties and come with high expectations you're gonna end up disappointed. It's a seriously overpriced 3.5-4ish star hotel at a good location in Zakopane - that's all.

What an amazing hotel! It is super clean and modern with a touch of local history and vibe within the rooms. So cozy and homy feeling. Location is perfect and one street away from the main street. Parking is secure and easy to access. Cannot be any more satisfied with this location. Will be back!

The hotel is very cozy and themed to be more of a "winter style"; the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed with a pet, so we were given a dog bed, bowl, and some treats, which was adorable. This place definitely has the best breakfast I've ever had in the hotels (and I've had many! :)) p.s. Branded candies all over the place are also delicious.

Stayed in this hotel for during our stay in zakapone. It is a very good hotel with professional staff, master chefs, and very attractive architecture. The rooms are well designed, with all the thoughts for making your stay comfortable and memorable. The warm out door jacuzzi and indoor heated up pool and spa making are free to use, which makes the highlight of the day after finishing some of the beautiful tracks in zakapone. The breakfast is a feast with some special cake and sweets from the award winner chefs. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in beautiful Zakapone. 😍

Absolutely wonderful place. Wellness area spot on. Is the price of the hotel a bit higher, but the quality of the breakfast is the best I ever came across any hotels. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spottles. Good size and very comfortable bed. I love the same deco around the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was perfect. Well balanced and so tasty. For children, this hotel is just the best. Our 2 years old son had so much to do - the playroom is just great. Wonderful place - thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely coming back!

We went here last summer, the pool and hot tubs were beautiful, food tasted very good. Beds were very comfortable and we had a very good view. The room felt like you were in a winter cabin, I would love to imagine this place during the winter!

I have spent a weekend with family there during my recent trip to Poland. The place is stunning with amazing attention to details. I was positively surprised by the fact they even providing slippers and bath robes in kids sizes, something which you rarely see even in the ultra luxury hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful during your stay. food is delicious and we really enjoyed wellness area as well as spa treatments, the lady doing facials is super knowledgeable and professional

The service is amazing. A fast and seamless check in. The parking is with a key pass which I thought was smart. The staff are super helpful and will bring you whatever you need. The hotel itself is very kid friendly. There is a great pool and hot tub and four saunas. Quite good to relax. Also breakfast is a selling factor for sure. The restaurant is amazing. And has a good view too. Super close to all the attractions. And you can even walk to the cable car. If you like to do a little trek. Overall I would say it’s one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed.

Right at the center of town, walking distance from the national part. With nice rooms, good spa, swimming pool, hot tubs, saunas. Excellent breakfast too. I'll come again.

You will not find a hotel with more for the price. The free amenities included are fantastic, location is perfect, staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is by far the best I've ever seen from a hotel. My only critique is that I wish the jacuzzi hot tub water temperature was hotter to get a more relaxing soak. It was just "warm," so that was my only small disappointment. Other than that this is a great place to stay. Would definitely come back again. If you go to the spa for a massage, get the Thai massage and ask for Gai. She's very good 👍

Stayed one night with children while driving across Europe. Weather was awful, so we were pretty much confined to the hotel, but in all honesty I'm not sure we'd have wanted to leave anyway. A really fantastic hotel, beautiful little pool which was ideal for the kids, spa/sauna area that my wife explored and two well equipped play rooms. A very welcome greeting during check-in and we had a breath-taking two-storey room, with the kids upstairs. Lot of choice at breakfast and some delicious delicacies. Overall the service/facilities you'd expect from a 5 Star, but it seemed good value compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, which were only marginally cheaper despite being 3 or 4 star.

Could not think of a more perfect hotel to stay at while in Zakopane. The Aries hotel has beautiful rooms, an amazing spa/pool area, and the most kind/helpful staff. The breakfast was also delicious and has so many different options. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Zakopane, and it is an amazing hotel for the price.

This amazing hotel is located right inside the city center , full of with amazing restaurants and places. The hotel has a fascinating breakfast and dinner, not to mention the beautiful ,unique interrior design wich gives a cozy vibe for the whole hotel, and the rooms are magnificant too. The spa has multipule amazing saunas and pools to choose from, the service is outstanding . I recommend going there in autumn or winter cause the city is the mist beautiful then.

Design inside this hotel is truly breathtaking! As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in mountains! Staff always looks happy and they are helpful. The room is clean but slightly small for the price you are expected to pay in order to stay here. You also have to pay extra for the view so you need to consider this prior to booking. This hotel is perfect if you are looking for everything in one! There are inside nice bar, excellent restaurant, spa, club and more! Everywhere I travel I normally pay for breakfast with the hotel but most of the time I end up I skipping it for the cost of extra 5 minutes in bed in the morning…whatever you do, do not skip breakfast in here! This hotel has the best breakfast ever! The quality and selection is unbelievable. You can even have a glass of champagne with your breakfast at no extra cost! Freshly baked buns and cakes for breakfast were also a treat! The spa can be at times crowded and kids are allowed- some behave better then others! Overall I would recommend it and I will definitely come back.

A very comfortable, well located hotel with friendly staff and all amienities that you will need for a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious have a beautiful and unique decor, comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. The spa area has a moderate size swimming pool. Large enough to fit a few people but too small to have a proper swim. There are two hot tubs outside with the temp maintained throughout the pool area opening time. It was great to enjoy it in the morning withoit having to wait for the water to warm up. There are 4 different saunas but apart from the steam room, they are pretty small and can fit between 2 to 4 people at a time. Overall it was a very good stay and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Zakopane and have access to all the amienities that a well equipped spa can offer

Beautiful venue fantastic location, very cozy hotel, cleanliness 1 class!, absolutely delicious food, everyone extremely friendly. Beautiful ladies concierge Olga and Jagoda was really helpful. They help me organise all my trips and transfers . Can’t describe in words how beautiful trip we had thank all staff working in Aries, guys thank you so much you are amazing we definitely recommend and come back to that lovely place. Fabulous experience at this hotel. We had an unfortunate Airbnb experience and these folks hooked us up last minute. Spa was great too. I plan to come back and stay for longer.

The best hotel in Zakopane. Spotless clean. Staff caring and helpfull. Hotel providing all what needed. Breakfast 1st class. All best quality. As we had to leave early in the morning we have been provided lunch boxes.
