My favourite restaurant in Zakopane. Food is always fresh and the portions are huge. If you want to go with your friends to listen local live band, eat and drink that’s the place for you lads. Recommending to everybody. They are also doing craft beers in that place so highest rate :)

Waitress was very rude. Would not let us split the bill. Food was okay but overpriced. Would not recommend there are so many better places to dine in zakopane.

We came to this restaurant for a family celebration. We have never been in this restaurant before and we were very charmed on the look and the view of the grills and meat. We were also pleased to hear that this night there was a live band playing which make it even more interesting. I have to say I was very disappointed on the lack of interest from the staff. The restaurant was not even half full, yet we had to look arround ask for a place to sit and join tables our self's as the staff did not care. It took 20 minutes to come and ask for our orders. The lack of proffesinalism from the waiter was hard to miss. His recomendation for a beer was" don't take it its all fake" - why your selling it then? We spend good couple of hours there we had to go and find the waiter - wasn't hard he wasn't busy and he was stending by the bar watching people dancing - to order any extras no questions asked about the quality of the food checking if were happy with everything, no interest at all. Also when we asked about packing the remaining food the waiter advised us that he can bring us some boxes and that we can do it our selfs as he wont do it for us. Cant really say that he brought the boxes they just landed on the table! When it came to the bill disaster after waiters lak of interest we decided to think about the tip so we paid the bill and advised that we are still staying for a bit. The waiter then clearly showed his disappointment on the lack of tip and when we say goodbye we heard " just go already" !!!! Was never so happy for not leaving a tip!!!! I want to make clear that the food was amazing so I can't praise that aspect of the visit enough but that guy!!! If the owner is reading this review please do a proper staff meeting as it will ruin your business the food is one thing but no one will -like us ever comming back to you restaurant after this treatment.

Shortly, the terrible experience. My friends were recommending this place to me to no end, but it was terrible. Atmosphere was great ( music, people, the place) but food was terrible - chicken was dry to the point I couldn’t eat it. Service was really bad, I was told “ look how full it is, you make it easy for us or go”. I was working in the restaurant a long time and I get that’s what you’re thinking in your head when you’re serving in full house, but you never make customers feel unwanted and uncomfortable. Oh, and don’t forget that everything is terribly overpriced. If you want a great food and experience choose Siuchajsko instead of this really trendy but oh, so overhyped place.

Place is very loud and crowded. It’s like open space with many tables. Food is undercooked. I’ve ordered Pierogi with meat filling, and dough was raw and tough. Also, ordered “Goral burger” and it was raw inside. Menu is on English and Russian, however waiters know only Polish.

The glazing on my rib was too sweet, and personally I do not appreciate sweet taste in my cooked meals. The beer which I was informed they produce themselves was something else. It was really good, and I enjoyed gulping it down a great deal. The waiters could've been more responsive but it wasn't a big deal for us at the time. Other than my food I would say everything else went fine. They had a huge selection of barbeque so perhaps I'll find something I like more when next I visit.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurant in Zakopane for a reason. Has a very large space and ambiance is super cozy. There is a dance floor and lot of table to sit and all in one area. Has a bar on the other side. Music was obviously a bit louder (we wanted a peaceful dinner) Dishes are tasty and served quickly. They have their own beers and lot of them. If you are in Zakopane, you must visit this Accessible by wheelchair, limited parking in near by Areas. Almost at the centre of the city (small city)

Terrible place in every way. The meat is dry and not tasty, before entering it is beautifully cooked over firewood, but do not even hope for the taste of smoke. The waitress prefers to communicate with colleagues and laugh than to work. And this is the first restaurant in my life where they asked for 5 zlotys for a toilet, and this despite the fact that the prices are far from cheap. I advise you to bypass this place.

Worth experiencing! Checking through some of the low reviews here, you need to approach this place with a mindset of coming to a bierhalle. The waiters will be running around and you need to proactively request their attention to get their service timely. If you are in this mode, you will be very satisfied with their time to delivery and attention to details. It was fun and will definitely visit again.

The waiter was lovely, but the food wasn't good. The pierogi were very doughy and came topped with bacon which was not mentioned on the menu. The cocktail tasted like something I whipped up as an 18 year old who was still learning how to drink.

I love food , usually everything tastes awesome but not this time !!! The waiter was rude, his comments were inappropriate toward disabled member of my family, he didn't know menu... I could go on.... Food was served randomly... potatoes to second course came before apertizers and soups!!! Food was average. I wouldn't recommend this place!!!!

It has very good food at a good price and is nicely located with great views and entertainment.

We visited this place last night and had a drink and some food. The server was very rude and told us to pay while eating and that we had to leave. Beer was disgusting, I don’t know what was wrong with it but it really didn’t taste good. Maybe the glasses were dirty? Better avoid this place..

I eat there better before. The quality of Placki Ziemniaczane & Pierogis changed for worse 😞

Magic atmosphere, live music, the best beer in Zakopane, huge plates of food!

Personnel does not bother to inform that you need to choose and order vegetables and side dish (potatoes/rice, etc.) separatelly. It at least could be mentioned in the menu that "please choose" vegetables and side dish additionally to the main dish. Food was cold. Waitted for side dishes 30-40minutes. Waitress dont understand or speak english - that is terrible because place is in the center of town. Food is without a taste and prices are unfriendly. Would not visit this place again. Only one thing which was good - beer was good and that's it.

This place is large! Staff is very friendly and positive. The beer is good here, they cook it themselves. It’s a local cuisine restaurant, so it’s for people who like brazier food or polish dishes. Servings are big. Cappuccino costs 10 pln (~2,75$), big plate of meat and cheese (800 gram) costs ~14$. Good polish music is playing. There is a scene so I guess here is live music sometimes.

Great place for a beer and meal! We went for a few beers in the afternoon and decided to come back for more as well as food! We had the pork knuckle and soup in bread. The food was excellent, huge portions too that we couldn’t finish! The home brewed beer was great, and the service was faultless.

The place is ok to have some good meat and some traditional dishes. I recommend the mix of meats and some traditional cheese from the mountains.
