Hotel fire safety needs to improve a lot : 1. evacuation stairways are not separate fire section. Regular Doors are installed and are open. Floors 4 and 5 doesn’t have even regular doors. If 1st floor is in fire then you don’t have safe way out from this trap ! 2. Evacuation plans don’t comply ISO standards and aren’t readable. 3. Flammable materials in evacuation stairways. 4. Smoke extraction from floor corridor - N/A 5. Rooms are equipped with temperature detectors - fire detection is slow 6. Rooms are not separated with fire doors Breakfast Coffee is super ! Some mistakes putting names and actually not matching with the food but overall 3+ Rooms : clean, size is ok and beds ok. This is as 4 star hotel but you really need to improve in fire safety.

Got a room with a "nice" view to the roof, wall and construction area. Woke up in the morning because of piercing sound of the saw... :( No drinking/bottled water in the room, no tea or coffee, though they put a kettle and cups here... What for?

Nice clean hotel . Good service , food is decent Parking can be a challenge sometimes. It is walking distance from a couple of ski centers

Wonderful area and atmosphere. Extremely friendly people. Good food, available vegan options. Very clean hotel. Would give 5 stars if not for the wifi working maybe 10% of the time.

Very nice hotel to stay with a children! SPA, swing pool are very clean. Breakfast is included and it is really good. Meal is also great! Maybe one more item to mention, that it is very close to the center of Bukovel. And in close neighborhood apartments "Hvoya" is building now, so some noise could be during the day. I can recommend this place to stay!

Stayed fir one night with my family. Lovely new hotel with spa, hamam, aroma sauna and swimming pool with water massages. Very nice big room.. ..didn't see conditioner... could be centralised.... friendly receptionist. Also hotel have it's own restorant that you can have breakfast lunch and dinner working until 11pm. Very impressed.

Very good hotel. Fantastic breakfast. We stayed in October so the prices was very good. But WiFi is terrible. Connection is breaking and the speed is unstable all the time for all people in our team.

Perfect location, clean, food is tasty, SPA zone is comfortable, pool is cool and with a beautiful view. For sure every time we go Bukovel will try this hotel. 100% recommend
