Cosy atmosphere, very good pizza and friendly staff!

Very cosy and nice place with an awesome customer service. Special thanks to the chief and the kitchen staff for all the perfect dishes and coffee - you made my vacation warm and tasty❤️

The service was so bad and plates unclean🥴. Waiter unfriendly and he doesn’t respect us! They brought half of our order and after 50 minutes bring the other. When we asked him to cancel it, he rudely refused!!

We visited to celebrate a friend's birthday. The table was reserved in advance, and we got a pleasant one near the window. The place is cozy, the personnel is friendly and helpful. The dishes are delicious, and there is a good variety. I loved the desserts as well. The prices are around average. The parking is a bit tricky, as it's quite narrow and uphill. Overall I would recommend the place.

Note a massive fan if this place. Loud kids area, which I suppose is great if you have kids?... which we were sat right next to, it wasnt enjoyable. Food was okay. Didn't feel massively welcomed and staff seemed like they wanted us to leave asap and kept asking us to take the check.

The administrator was extremely rude, we arrived and there was not tables, we waited in there for 15 minutes, she kept walking by and she never told us there are queue for tables. After we initiated talks with her, she just said “We have no tables, you can wait”. Then we asked wait here? She just showed with her hands outside area with absolutely no respect or courtesy. Then we came outside and it appears that there are multiple confused families waiting for tables, so we had to now go to the end of the queue despite being in there waiting for 15-20 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting we finally got in. A simple pasta takes 45 min to prepare, as they warn the moment they come to take orders. So 40 min wait to get in, 45 min to wait for the food, overall experience was terrible. Although the pizza we got was somewhat fine in taste, my salad had a long hair strain in it. The only reason we went there is because we were staying at the hotel that is located in the same building. I for sure will never go there again. If there would be empty tables, it may be worth for others to give it a shot, but my food was completely standard and nothing special.

Great service, tasty food, nice prices. Pizza Margarita is specially delicious!
