    Was greeted very rudely in store by associate while trying to purchase a bearded dragon. We consulted this store before purchase and then set up a perfect habitat with a 40 gallon tank despite other knowledgeable reptile experts stating that they only required a 20 gallon tank. The associate greeted us not with a hello or congratulations on your new pet lizard to my son but instead greeted us by saying what size tank do you have? I stated that we had a 40 gallon tank, the associate told me unless I bought a 100 gallon tank from them that she didn't feel confident selling us a lizard and was sending the manager over, which was to our excitement. We then stood there for 15 minutes before asking another associate to get the manager. The manager came over with an attitude and told us they can deny us for any reason to which I stated what is her reason? She had no answer. Then she told me because I appeared upset that they were refusing the sale. . I then explained that we consulted THEM to make sure everything was perfect for our lizard before spending $80 She then walked away to help other customers. After standing there for another 10 minutes she sent the associate back over to get the lizard. The associate was then very rough with the very lizard she was allegedly protecting from us. We will be spending our money elsewhere. To think my son specifically wanted to go to PetSmart to save a lizard from them. This was the outcome.

    Very helpful employee in the small pets department. She answered all our questions about Guinea pigs . 5 stars for her help and patience. This location does seem to run out of products often, like the shipments just dont show. I have had to shop elsewhere due to this. The employees cannot tell you if a product is arriving or not which makes shopping there almost impossible. I buy royal canine for our Yorkshire terrier and they have had no food at times. I switched to chewy.com and they have never been out of anything we have needed for our pets. Gets a little nerve racking when you cannot find the products you need.

    I really like all of the PetSmart I have been to. I am so glad that they let you return the dog food if the dogs do not like it that they sell prescription dog food we had to bring back a lot of dog food because our first baby had to be put on a special diet and I am so glad that they sell the prescription food there And the grooming departments are awesome. Also, I have never had a complaint. I’ve been going to Petsmart for years from Washington all the way on down into Florida.

    Today was my dog Luna’s first professional experience with a groomer ever. I really do appreciate Gabbi taking her time and getting her all washed and brushed up. I knew my furr baby would be very anxious her first visit because she’s never been in an environment like the groomer’s or even around strangers. But again Gabbi, thank you for your patience with her and being very professional. I appreciated the updates as well. Luna will get better, she just has to get use to it. She is a very sweet wild child.

    I made an appointment with my dog and when I got to the place there were people who spoke Spanish and it seemed like it was very difficult to talk to me, they said they couldn't bathe my dog or cut his nails. because I had to bring a report about my dog but I told them that I had missed work to bring my dog, please help me. The dog has very long nails. Without consulting me they canceled my appointment and I wasted my time. The treatment was very unpleasant. They told me to make an appointment to vaccinate my dog. They asked me for an appointment within 15 days from today, it is a lack of respect and conscience that even though I had an appointment they did not want to help me with my dog and it was only a bath. Sometimes I think that when you don't master a language like them, you are worth the same to us as they are. I will never understand why there are people like that. I imagine they are trying to get money from me, but don't worry, I won't go back to that place. have a very good afternoon.

    I want to lake this store but the cashiers make it extremely hard. Deborah is HORRIBLE! I came into the store to do a return without a receipt as the cashier told me all my purchases are on my Petsmart membership account which I knew as I’ve had to return before without a receipt. I do not carry paper and don’t want that book that’s printed out so if it’s on my account I do not technically need a receipt. Deborah didnt know how to perform her job so she called Anastasia and said “I have a customer doing a return who doesn’t have her receipt and wants me to look it up on her account” all while I’m standing there with customers watching. First of all ma’am, it’s your job and it’s not outside of any policy Petsmarts has. Anastasia was very nice and took me to another register at my request to assist and did it without issue. Unfortunately for me and all customers shopping, Deborah is the only cashier so after my return I had to make a purchase and do you know she had the audacity to tell the customer in front of me “make sure you have your receipt in case you need to return something” she didn’t tell any customer that before that and didn’t say it to me when it was my turn. If you don’t like your job QUIT! I didn’t deserve to be treated that way simply trying to return a dog sweater. She’s horrible and miserable and you can tell. She needs to be trained on customer service.

    I didn't take pictures but love Petsmart and so do my pups!! Just got my Golden Retriever groomed there, and it's definitely cutting down on his shedding. I will be taking him once a month.

    The Vet assistant was great as usual, allowed me to weigh my side kick, he also answered the questions I had concerning his health and also called the Dr at home due to a concern he had with one of my questions. You can't ask for any more customer care then what was received.

    Asia was amazing! She walked us through our puppy’s first grooming step-by-step. She even let us come in halfway to show us well well he was doing and to make recommendations. His tail wagged nonstop through the entire haircut. We will definitely be booking with her from now on!

    Best Grooming service in the area! Gaby is the best and takes time to care for your pet. She doesn’t cut corners just to get it done she will spend the time so that your dog is comfortable and doesn’t fear her or going back. Thank you!

    Very very very very nice store . Nice staff and very helpful and professional. I was buying a Christmas gift 🎁 for my dog and I didn’t know where stuff was, a member of the staff showed me around the store and I can’t thank them enough . It was a very nice shopping experience. The place is very clean and orderly and the bathrooms 🚽were ok. I will say they need to be cleaned a bit more but besides that everything else was perfect . The parking is big and spacious so you will have no problem finding a spot . Lots of items for any type of pet you can imagine .     I was in the store today 07/02 to pick up some food for my doggie and I stopped by the grooming area to see the cute dogs getting pampered. Unfortunately what I witnessed was not at all pleasing!! I saw 2 of the groomers mistreating the dogs they were working on! I only caught the name of one -Hannah- she was working on a small black and white shitzu the other had her hair dyed blue on the front and was working on a beautiful white dog medium sized. Both doggies looked so stressed and scared! These 2 groomers were handling those cuties so aggressively. I witnessed Hannah grabbing the shitzu hard by his front leg and since the dog was moving she yelled “stop bitch” at it and continued trimming the poor thing pulling on it hard because the poor thing was trying to get away from her since im pretty sure it was uncomfortable and scared! The other girl blue haired one, that one was worse!! The poor white dog was barking and whining because she was combing him so hard!! She was using the typical metal comb the use to untangle their hair and she was doing this so hard into his back and pulling on his knots the poor doggie was whining and was trying to get out of her grip, he almost got tangled on the leash! I never leave reviews neither negative or positive on anything, but I am a dog mom and I truly love all types of doggies. So today after seeing what i did, I felt I had to say something! Thankfully i have a short haired dog who does not need that kind of grooming. If she did though, I would never ever take my doggie there especially with one of those 2 girls! They shouldn't be working as groomers! I hope those cuties didn't end up with cuts or bruises. Petsmart needs to be more diligent and careful in their hiring process!!

    Wish they had a better selection of pet products so I wouldn't have to order so much from Amazon. Bought a few cute toys that were on sale and my puppy loves them. The store is very over stimulating for me and my puppy so I usually get what I need and get out.

    I love taking my dogs to PetSmart at Posner Park. And even better, my dogs love it too. They are well taken care of and excellently groomed.

    I recently visited PetSmart in search of items for my new puppy and had a positive experience. The store offers a wide range of pet supplies and services for various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. They have a good selection of pet food, toys, accessories, and grooming products. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products available. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is our first time in a long time becoming dog owners so it was important to be able to get help if we needed it. The staff was knowledgeable about the different products and offered advice on the pet which products they thought were best for us. They offer professional groomers on-site which makes it convenient to shop while your pet is getting his grooming done. And, with their pet hospital right there in the store you can get your pet checked up, get his shots, and address any other concerns and needs. Another commendable feature is the adoption center within the store. They partner with local animal shelters to facilitate pet adoptions to find these pets a loving home.     We get our prescription cat food and occasionally harness and leash and collar for the dog here. It's nice to be able to actually touch the dog stuff before purchasing on like Amazon.

    You can get almost everything you need for your pet. But the most important thing is that the people that works there are very knowledgeable and helpful, so don't hesitate to ask if you are not sure what is best for your pet.

    Filthy fish aquariums!! The staff not helpful. One girl at 1pm on a Saturday vacuuming tanks & other girl sitting on stool on her phone the whole hour I was there. Their managers need to get training at Petco. Petco staff are trained to be proactive & engage w/customers.

    I go here for fish/fish supplies and dog food. Not really impressed with the knowledge of the individuals in the fish department so I go in knowing what I want. Most of the time the fish look fine but the tanks are a mess. All in all the people here are friendly and that goes a long way with me.I am definitely a repeat customer.

    The Hermit crab enclosure was VERY alarming! They had no water, the food was moldy and there were Dead crabs laying in there with the living ones! There was also no lid on the top of the tank to hold in the 70-80% humidity that they need to be able to breathe properly. PetSmart needs to learn how to properly care for animals!!

    We have a dog and this is our favorite store. All employees are very helpful and professional, you can always find and ask a question. If there are a lot of buyers at the checkout, then someone will always come and help at the second checkout so as not to create a long queue. We always leave in a good mood.
