Was
greeted
very
rudely
in
store
by
associate
while
trying
to
purchase
a
bearded
dragon.
We
consulted
this
store
before
purchase
and
then
set
up
a
perfect
habitat
with
a
40
gallon
tank
despite
other
knowledgeable
reptile
experts
stating
that
they
only
required
a
20
gallon
tank.
The
associate
greeted
us
not
with
a
hello
or
congratulations
on
your
new
pet
lizard
to
my
son
but
instead
greeted
us
by
saying
what
size
tank
do
you
have?
I
stated
that
we
had
a
40
gallon
tank,
the
associate
told
me
unless
I
bought
a
100
gallon
tank
from
them
that
she
didn't
feel
confident
selling
us
a
lizard
and
was
sending
the
manager
over,
which
was
to
our
excitement.
We
then
stood
there
for
15
minutes
before
asking
another
associate
to
get
the
manager.
The
manager
came
over
with
an
attitude
and
told
us
they
can
deny
us
for
any
reason
to
which
I
stated
what
is
her
reason?
She
had
no
answer.
Then
she
told
me
because
I
appeared
upset
that
they
were
refusing
the
sale.
.
I
then
explained
that
we
consulted
THEM
to
make
sure
everything
was
perfect
for
our
lizard
before
spending
$80
She
then
walked
away
to
help
other
customers.
After
standing
there
for
another
10
minutes
she
sent
the
associate
back
over
to
get
the
lizard.
The
associate
was
then
very
rough
with
the
very
lizard
she
was
allegedly
protecting
from
us.
We
will
be
spending
our
money
elsewhere.
To
think
my
son
specifically
wanted
to
go
to
PetSmart
to
save
a
lizard
from
them.
This
was
the
outcome.
