S C A M dental office. Stay away This dental office, the Dr and her staff are scamming people. Good thing insurance can not be scam. I personally experienced it since June 26,2023 they over charged me $130. I called my insurance who confirmed this dental office needs to give me a refund and Debby refuse to pay me that money. One of my continuous call I was able to talk with Dr Fernandez on the phone and Dr.Fernandez clearly stated over the phone she does not deal with billing and transferred me to Debby who dis not answer the call( how an owner does not intervene in her own monetary claims? Or how an owner does NOT try to help one of her patients?.)🤔. I called several times to their different phone numbers, I have left voicemails and I feel how they ignore and avoid my phone calls. It wasn’t until two weeks later that Debby called to tell me they will not give me my refund. My insurance company verbalized over and over that money needs to refunded and they refused to pay. This clinic and staff has been reported. They even reply to my message apologizing for the inconvenience frustrating it is but sent me a letter stating they dont want me in their office any more ((( like I want to go back to an office that committed FRAUD)))

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with respect from a friendly staff, hygienist and dentist. Dr Hernandez is friendly and doesn't try to "sell" you everything under the sun! And, the offices are clean....what else can ya ask for!!!

The care at this clinic is excellent. They are very professional and all staff are pleasant in their interactions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

This office is absolutely wonderful! From the ladies at the front desk, to the x-ray/dental tech to Dr. Fernandez, everyone was so kind and ensured that I was well informed throughout every step of my visit. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!

As a 59 year old man having seen many dentists in my lifetime, I can honestly state that Dr. Fernandez is the best. I had a root canal with a crown and a cavity filled. At no point did I ever experience any pain. Dr. Fernandez is gentle, patient and caring. The Office Staff are very friendly, polite, and were exceptional in working with my limited availability. And, in the end, the two teeth that were repaired look fantastic! TY Dr. Fernandez and Staff.

I have never felt so comfortable/ welcomed at a dental office as I did at this one. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. The dentist, Dr Fernandez, as well as the staff and office manager, Jackie, are amazing people, so sweet and you can tell they genuinely care. I was in so much fear of going to the dentist, for 1, it had been so long since I been to one and I was embarressed of how bad I was, 2, I have had such horrible experiences in the past with other dental office. Dr. Fernandez, you and your amazing staff were so nice, patient, and showed a lot of empathy! I called Highland Dental Clinic with an Emergency. I had been two nights sleepless in pain with a tooth. I was very nervous, I'm a dad of 3 and honestly I've neglected my own teeth like other hard working parents. They got me in the same day, they were so patient with me. They showed true care and empathy for my individual situation. I'm grateful for their care of me, and I look forward to repairing my smile with them.

I have a cracked tooth and saw my dentist but they don't do extraction so i was referred out. I was told at the time of booking at this establishment that there would be time for an extraction with exam. That was not true and you miss represented your business. The dentist told me that I had an infection(which my dentist said I did not) and that she could do it in the 2 days following but I have work. She then shrugged her shoulders and said she doesn't know what to tell me. Then why not consult me prior? I had no upfront explanation of cost or what I was being seen for nor my availability for future appointments. I'm very frustrated with this and the inability of the staff to find a solution. They were more than happy to take my $99 and still not try to sort out any future arrangements. 1 star is too much.

Dr Fernandez was really good. She was really sweet and thorough. She went over my x-rays in detail and explained everything well. The office staff was super nice too. The office was clean. Ni complaints at all.

I can't begin to express my delight with the staff at Highland Dental. Dr. Fernandez took her time with me, was very patient, and thorough. Non-judgemental she laid out a detailed plan for my dental procedures. I am happy with my choice.
