All you can eat buffet 😋 at Golden Corral Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL. Only a couple of minutes from Lego Land & Pepa the Pig Parks. We ate, rice, beans, cheese burguer, fried chicken, BBQ Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, ice cream, bread and more. Delicious 😋. The place was super clean, employees are very friendly, and I met the Manager, and he is very proper, professional, and answer all my questions. The prices are great, we ate all the for a little more than $20 dollars. The serve fruits, desserts, plenty of vegetables, pork, turkey, tacos, pizza, cakes, soft drinks, sweet iced tea, unsweetened iced tea. Good parking with parking for handicap, men, women and family restrooms. We went there Saturday August 20, 2022. I had a wonderful time at Golden Corral. I recommend this place 100%

Tonight I had the worst server I have ever experienced I'm my 40 years of life. Teresa was a completely rude person the moment we sat down she started complaining. Then she never introduced herself as our server. She continued to avoid our table of 4 with two small children for the next 45 minutes. We literally walked up and had to get our own refills. Her face said she hated working there and resentment was the feeling by all in her station. I will not be going back here if that's how much of an inconvenience we are to this establishment. Hire people with people skills they don't even have to act like they love their job. Just don't hire people who actively show how much they hate their job and everyone in it...

It's different than 5 years ago they don't sit you any more and you have to get your drinks and utensils your self unless the one in winter haven its different but it was clean fresh salad good variety in buffet bar.

Love going to Golden Corral, especially the Steak & Shrimp. Their Desert Bar is just as good except tonight. An employee was training a new employee tonight on how to break down and clean the Ice Cream Machine. They called out at 8:30 pm to make your last selections before the 9 o’ clock closing. I went to the desert bar to get my ice cream right after the announcement and this is what I saw at 8:40 pm. Already taken apart and almost cleaned after speaking to the trainer and trainee. The Manager came to my table to explain, but I’m a paying customer and it was too early to stop serving ice cream, especially when you still have customers in your restaurant. Bad business practices.

We went there the day after hurricane Ian and as most of winter haven we had no power. We ordered a pick up order and when we got their it was a expectedly a Mad House 😂 and ever so grateful they were even open. A very kind employee maybe manager named Pete told use that most of the stuff we ordered they were out of. He was so cool, calm, and collected even with the amount of people in there and told us to just grab whatever we wanted. This was my first time ever eating from there and because of the nice people that work there and the food was great we will definitely be back 😃

I went on a weekday and not knowing if a reservation was needed and it was busy, but there were tables available. The juice machine was broken but one of the staff, all very friendly, got a lemonade for our child. The entire buffet looked fresh and tasted great. The decoration of the place is simple and the tables could be a little bigger, it would give more comfort. Either way, it's worth what you pay.

Was going to cherry pocket to eat some steaks with the family of 9 but changed to go to GC they are butterfly cutting the steaks how bad is that why do I want a medium rare steak sliced like bread who cuts steak like that

They were re- building something in the kitchen. Hammering on the walls. It went on and on. We Even ask the hostess to have them take a break. Nope, didn't happen. Haven't ever heard of working during closed hours. Oh well. We were there an hour. Long enough to need two Aspirin.

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Service was professional and priced reasonably. Some food looked like it had set out a little too long, but overall, it was good. Will consider going back.

Visiting from the UK. First time to Golden Corral. Overall we had a enjoyable experience and the food was good. The selection was great and we where able to cobble together various mains with toppings and sides. I'd like to pass a comment that perhaps Jacket Potatoes should be placed near the salad bar where the cheeses, sour cream, and salads are as that just makes sense. We didn't get any service past the warm welcome from the cashier on entry despite him saying a Server would take us to a table. We waited for a decent time and then went "Sod it", and grabbed a random table and got to eating. When I was walking around grabbing food I did ask the cooks questions on food items and where I could find things and they where super helpful. They get bonus points. For the value I'm not complaining just providing observation. Will definitely come back.

Well this counted as 2 trips to Corral this season, the first and last. Walking in started my experience off wrong. The person at the register was unpleasant at best. After paying the staff member said “sit wherever want” and walked away. We found a cleaned table and proceeded to get our food, excellent selection at both the salad bar and the buffet. The only issue at this part of the experience was finding a clean plate. The fourth one I picked up was good to go. I have to admit the food selections I made tasted great! The main food section deserves a 4 star for a buffet. The disappointment in the food came from the dessert bar. Starting with the staff member behind the counter. An older women, she was very possessive with her crusted carrot cake, or better described as stale. I tried the chocolate and it was the same. I decided to try some ice cream which came as a disappointment. The vanilla and chocolate had the exact same taste. Overall the dessert bar gets a two star. But the half star would have to go to cleanliness. The dining room looked like there were five separate kids parties recently concluded. The floors and tables appeared like something out of a fairground at closing. The other half of the half star goes to the staff who made us feel like we were lucky they were there. Talking and texting on cell phones. Hollering across the room to each other, dirty uniforms and basically very unpleasant. I refuse to comment any more than YUCK! when I think about how the bathrooms were.

It was crowded as usual but the food was hot and the place very clean. The customer service was very good as well. I would definitely recommend especially feeding a big family

We had a really amazing experience with our server, Carey. She was fantastic and with 20 plus people in our party, she was very accommodating and helpful! She never seemed overwhelmed and she took time out for each of us individually and never missed a beat! Thank you and we appreciate what you do! The choices were numerous for veggies, meats and salad. Loved it all!

We were hungry, and the Golden corral was right up our alley. It gave us multiple choices of anything we wanted. That particular night I had a taste for meatloaf and it was there waiting with the incredible brown gravy and mashed potatoes. I love how the Golden Corral provide my family with practically anything they want.

Delicious as always. Was pretty crowded, but that’s expected for the day and time. Food was fresh and being filled quickly.

Surprised that the restaurant, was very full of employees. They were right there and helpful.... Some places are running low, with employee morale. .. not here... Makes it more enjoyable to eat and relax

The ice cream machine never works. And alot people cut in line. Other then that staff does tgier best and food is good. The steak is the best part. And the only reason I actually go it's Bomb! Hats off to the 👨‍🍳 chef behind the scenes!

Hands down, the worst Golden Corral I've ever been too. Small selection of foods, the staff behind the hot food area were laying over a prep station talking, 1 steak was on the grill, dessert bar was extremely limited. Drive on to a different restaurant

This restaurant has gone down hill. Unclean the food selection is a fraction of what it used to be the desert bar has 3 cookies 2 kinds of pie ice cream and cotton candy machines both down. To top it off groups of kids playing in all the desert bar touching foods putting them back as an employee watches it happen. Spoke with the manager and he didn't seam interested with the issues at all

This one wasn't very good to me at all. I got a salad which was fresh and delicious. Then I got some pot roast, Mac and cheese and BBQ chicken legs and mushrooms. The mushrooms were good. The chicken was kinda raw at the bone, not eating that and the pot roast looked tender but it was chewy. The Mac and cheese was bland and runny. The froyo machine was out of order so I didn't get dessert. 😕 The sweet tea was made with tap water. $20 for a salad and mushrooms with one drink of sweet tea and my refill was root beer. The dining room was bustling and everyone was enjoying themselves. The employees were very friendly. I honestly won't go back though. There's other places I can go eat and have a semi full meal.

Food was good. Place was clean. Our server was very nice and attentive. If you go with a big party, make sure to check your bill, we were charged for an extra adult. My sister-in-love caught it and got a refund. Other than that, it was a great experience.
