1st time here for my wife’s birthday. Very enjoyable waitress and thoughtful. I had their famous tenderloin sandwich, I had not had one this good for a very long time. My wife had their brisket and enjoyed it.

Service is always nice and friendly. Lately the quality of food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times it’s not so great. Tonight I ordered chicken livers, always had been great. Tonight the order looks done but the inside of the livers was not cooked. So I told our server. She told me she would have the kitchen start a new order and get them right out. I asked for them to to go since everybody else was finished eating. Get home and look at them and they are really overcooked and the worst part is the same ones I had sent back for being raw. After being told they had already started a new order when the server picked mine up. Don’t think this would have happened before. Now they are so overcooked my dog has trouble chewing them. This is just this last experience. We go here a lot but like I said, lately you don’t know what you are going to get. I don’t mind prices increasing because everything cost more. But you need to deliver consistently good food.

Our server Molly was amazing and super attentive. She makes Smiths a great place to dine at. Extremely good food and great service. Love the nostalgic automobile atmosphere. I received too much food, and it was absolutely delicious!

We were traveling through and saw this place so stopped for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Very clean and interesting decor. Reminded me a little of Cracker Barrel, as far as the set up. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the chicken special and it was wonderful. All the food we saw looked delicious. We were very full but didn't want to forgo their homemade desserts, so got cobbler to go. Would go back if were ever in the area again.

We drove an hour to have lunch here. There are a lot of items on the menu to choose from, and food is very good. I had their pork tenderloin dinner, which was the best I've ever had. It was that good. The onion rings are excellent! The service was good, too. The place was busy, and folks were enjoying themselves. Pleasant atmosphere and a good place to eat for all ages. We will definitely be back again.

The waitress and others were so attentive and they have little dining tables for kids and a cute little corner of games for them. That have a nice little shop too. The ham steak I got was a little tuff but everything else was great.

I haven't been to Smith's in a long time. Absolutely worth a recent visit! I had the Smith burger and fries. Wow! The fries were hot and crispy! The Texas toast on the burger was perfect and the thousand island dressing was a perfect match! I can't wait to bring my family!

Not sure why they are such a success. I was not at all impressed. Had the fried chicken, which came out relatively quick,, but It was dry, and I ordered all thighs. Green beans were good, but lukewarm. Mashed potatoes were just that, but would have been better warmer as well. I had the lemon merengue pie and it was ok. Again, nothing spectacular. Maybe its their prices that are so popular. $14 for a 3 piece chicken dinner... that was dry, bland and not hot... I'll pass next time. Our waitress did her job well with a smile on her face. I'm sure she would have fixed the issues, but I was hungry from floating all day and didn't want to wait for a new plate as the folks who sat down next to us stank to high heaven. Not impressed. I won't be back.

Our server was great. Our Reuben sandwiches were toasted to the point of being burnt, but our server did offer to make it right and they usually taste amazing! The fries were amazing and if you like fried mushrooms you should order these! On another note, the ladies restroom was 🥶 COLD and the hand dryer was installed WAY TOO HIGH! not low enough for kids to dry their hands and no paper towels. Water is only cold too but there is soap 🫧 🧼🫧😊

This was such a great stop. We were just passing through and noticed the sign for the best breaded tenderloin that we had to check it out to make sure it was good. We split a tenderloin and they were right It was delicious. But one meal fed two people. But of course that left just a small spot for pie. We split a chocolate peanut butter cup slice. It was so rich and delicious that it was a good thing we divided the slice. This is a true hidden gem. If you go anywhere close take the time to stop and enjoy

This place is great! Very welcoming family environment when you step in. Cute gift shop. The food is fantastic with very big portions for what you pay for. Staff is very friendly and patient. I went with the chicken fried chicken sandwich and could only eat half of it. Highly recommend

The food is home cooked and they serve food that your grandma would make at home. They had fried chicken, ham and beans and cornbread. They also serve hamburgers and quesadillas so there is a lot of variety. They serve dessert as well and their pies are popular, but we did not get dessert because we were stuffed from our main meal, and even had leftovers. Our waitress was very nice and took very good care of us. We received our food quickly too.
