The HOA is terrible. They changed the parking rules with zero notice, landscaping services are terrible, & the pool issues are ongoing. Services are in the can and the fees are high for 1/2 the community while phase 2 has completely different rules & fees. After several years owning here I’m extremely sad to see where this is going. Security gates & lack of Guards is sad. Sentry is also an abysmal management company. Hope they can improve ASAP. It’s hurting our property & sense of community.

Me and my family paid around 1600+ for the 6 av 350 for a family vacation. For starters the pictures are beyond deceiving. The driveway is a tight space you have to squish your cars together in order for them to fit and your not allowed to park along the curb or you would get towed. Also the house wasn’t cleaned prior to the stay , when we came in the pool was dirty , the couch was filthy , under the beds and under the couch was also filthy. The game room/ movie room didn’t work the outlets in the room looked burned out and unsafe to plug anything in on top of that it’s located in the garage which is beyond hot and the ac in there doesn’t work. The bed frame was broke in one of the rooms. The screen for the pool was broken. And we did notify them about all these inconveniences the moment we walked in and all they did was clean the pool. Accommodations was not met or held up to standards. (Pictures Below).

Two cars got towed at $223 each. If you're unfortunate enough to arrive at night, tired and don't see the markings on the ground, you will get towed. Play it safe and park at the clubhouse because you guessed it...you will get towed. No warning and the tow truck driver even admitted we must not have been there long because the hoods were still warm. At the impound lot saw minivans with kids toys in them. No mercy, no negotiation, you will get towed.

Rented for the week. The place was fantastic. The location was a little out of the way in proximity to the parks but the construction on two major roads made us feel the commute more . Would definitely go again !

The house couldn't go below 72 degrees. The shower head didn't work well and my friend's water knob pulled off from the tub in the lower master suite. The TV's all seemed to be an after thought since they were old and small. I won't be going back.

Typical for a home rented many times. There were several broken items, such as an usable Pool table and a dresser missing a drawer, plus several other mishaps. The train noise literally rocked the house. No privacy at all in pool. Next year will stay somewhere else.

Great place to escape the Midwest winter at. My family and I stayed the month of January. Nice little heated pool at the house we rented kept the kids busy. Grocery store is close and neighborhood was quite.

We really enjoyed this community at Avianna Resort, Davenport FL. The neighborhood is very friendly and we loved the rental home which was very clean and spacious. The weather was perfect for us ( Feb 4-11 ). It was nice having the Publix grocery store nearby... Just a few minutes down the road! We would gladly return at Avianna Resort 🙂
