Been
dining
at
this
location
for
years
now.
Waited
about
30
minutes
for
a
mobile
order
and
received
no
food.
Got
notis
that
it
was
ready,
that
a
member
was
bringing
it
out,
and
I
still
waited
around
20+
minutes
before
I
called
and
went
inside.
Waited
another
5
minutes
at
a
register
before
someone
noticed
me.
People
that
came
in
behind
me
to
the
mobile
order
spot
got
noticed
before
I
did
even
after
I
had
stood
patiently
at
the
REGISTER.
I'm
not
one
to
complain
but
30
minutes
for
fast
food
is
ridiculous.
When
I
spoke
to
a
manager
she
just
apologized
and
didn't
offer
anything
in
return.
(Honestly
an
apology
isn't
bad
but
I
didn't
genuinely
feel
like
she
spent
more
than
10
seconds
on
my
problem
or
cared
for
that
matter)
I'm
not
someone
that
looks
for
free
items
or
for
a
meal
to
be
comped,
I
have
never
had
that
in
my
life.
This
is
ONE
situation
where
I
feel
like
I
SHOULD
have
received
something
for
waiting
so
long.
It
took
them
2
seconds
to
take
money
from
me
but
30
minutes
to
realize
my
food
wasn't
ready
or
nobody
had
worked
on
it.
I
cancelled
my
order
after
waiting
30
minutes
and
left
with
0
food.
I
won't
be
visiting
here
again.
I
left

stars
b/c
I've
been
going
here
for
years.
Everyone
has
off
days
and
I
have
had
good
meals
at
this
spot
before.
I'm
not
completely
misunderstanding
but
I
know
if
I
looked
different
my
case
would
have
been
handled
with
class
and
would
have
resulted
in
a
better
resolution
--
for
that
reason
I
will
never
return.
