    Click fil A is awesome! The food is extraordinary 😋 I just love the Mac n cheese so so good! And the original sandwhich oh yes Crave it daily! Got my fix on the chicken meal was fabulous ! All staff working hard was very pleased always a big line but well worth the wait! Great job!

    We dined in this past Saturday (Jan 22nd). You have to order from the mobile app if you dine in, which was perfectly fine. My issue was with the food. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and a kids meal. I got the spicy deluxe with Colby jack and no tomato. When we received the food, I read the label on my sandwich box and it read "spicy deluxe w/ Colby jack no tomato". To my surprise, there were in fact tomatoes on the sandwich. They made the bottom of my chicken soggy and kinda ruined the taste of it. Thankfully, I don't have an allergy to tomatoes or I would have been in trouble. The fries are a whole other issue, they were just soggy and greasy. Like they were fried in old oil and left to sit. This chick fil a wasn't nearly as good as the others I've been to. They really need to pay attention to people's orders and what they're putting on the sandwiches because that really could be dangerous to somebody. Also change the oil or something because that was a hot mess of fries, we couldn't even really eat them.

    Different, in an awesome way. Drive in, curb side and table service only. No counter service. You go on, find a table, someone comes to your table to take your order and they deliver. Staff are awesome and food is great too.

    Food is great, but they now force you to sit and download an app so that you can place your order. It takes way too long to place the order and there isn't another option if your eating in. We come here for the friendliness and service and thats not the case anymore since you don't see a person until they drop off your food.

    Chick fil a is always the same every single time, awesome!!!! The foodnis always amazing, prompt and cheap. The service is always great. This manager did a great job of getting our orders out quickly.

    There are no cash registers... you can't stand in line and order.... you're stopped to have an app and order that way... or maybe someone will eventually wander by and take pity on you. When we did get to order, our food came packed for take out even though we had specified that we were staying in the dining room to eat. For two people, we got 3 paper bags and one huge plastic bag.... seems like excess waste.

    This location is by far on the bottom of my list. The only good thing was the one employee who took our order. He was interrupted by an employee who was on break to ask him to take an order for customers who had been waiting. He asked her to help if possible as he was the only one on the floor. I didn’t like that you couldn’t order at the counter. The food wasn’t hot. Our drinks were wrong. The floors were gross and the area and the condiments area had garbage in areas that should not have garbage. If I ever have to go back to this location(I won’t go out of my way to do so) it will be through the drive-thru.

    I have nothing against chick fil a but this location is just awful. I have been coming here pretty much once a day for a few years now but the service has significantly declined. Long long long wait times for curbside orders. It’s rare that they actually give you the right order. The food is hot or miss. Sometimes good. Sometimes trash. I don’t have anything good to say at this point.

    Usually they are good but yesterday around 330 they were busy, not unusual for them but I'm guessing because the line they made choice to pull chicken early. It was so greasy on the outside and of course the inside. Not edible at all. We had to wait as is so extra few minutes to get a properly cooked chicken shouldn't be a big deal. This by far worse experience I've had here. Tighten up folks people are about to get more frugal with their money

    Customer service for chick fil a is one of the best in the business. The staff, the managers, just a top rate experience. My kids love this place. When ever we are in Lakeland we have to stop and get some. I got their spicy strips this time, they were good, a bit small, but flavor was on point. The kids get the nuggets and the chick fil a sauce. Macaroni and cheese was really good, always a good choice. The fries could have been cooked a little longer as they were really soft. But overall the food is very good.

    Service was good but we definitely had a hard time communicating. Some how we turned a chicken mini order into 10 chicken biscuits and 6 orders of tater tots. As always, it was corrected and corrected fast with the upmost respect!

    Honestly not the best chic fil a I’ve been to. They always charge me for my avocado lime ranch and NEVER give me it. Today I ordered a sandwich and got the wrong cheese and none of the condiments I asked for. Maybe the girls in the drive thru should be paying more attention to detail than talking and playing around.

    Drive-thru, so the atmosphere should be N/A, BUT the staff was impeccable, friendly, professional, and my food was out in a jiffy. The only problem was that I input my food into my healthcare app, and the nutrition scores were way over maximum on just about every category. Hey, my mistake. The good news? I can make healthier choices my next trip! Everything was so fresh and yummy. DO get the lemonade frost!!

    Over privacy, okay good service is good. But when 3 kids walking by every 7 min asking if everything is okay.. I started to ask myself every 7 min.. it began to seem forced and not authentic at all. So ya come back in 7 min. No improvement. 10/14/2023. Burnt chicken, stale waffle Fries and weak sweet tea. Very messy inside

    This Chick-fil-A is one of the very best that I have visited for one very important reason, the employees! All CFA food is very uniform and expertly prepared, as is the food at this CFA. What makes this one stand out is the people that work there. They are all positive, enthusiastic, and customer focused. They remember customers names, even mine, and are always very pleasant to each other and to their customers as well. The owner, Dawn, is exactly the same way and it shows in the people she has hired. In my professional opinion as a former senior executive in one of America's best restaurant companies for 24 years, this CFA deserves, and has earned, an A++++ rating!

    Normally my wife and I love Chick-fil-A, but we tried to use the mobile ordering option on the app this time. The food was great as always and the service was great as well, but this process definitely goes against what we are used to. First off, the order isn't even started until you actually arrive and check in which kind of defeats the purpose. The mobile pickup line was the slowest moving line out of the 4 drive thru lines. Someone that actually ordered in the regular lines ordered their food and got theirs at the same time as us. Again, the food and service was great but this new process needs alot of adjusting before I would feel comfortable recommending it to a friend. We left pretty frustrated and swore we'd never use their mobile ordering again.

    Me and my fiancé had the pleasure of speaking with Nicholas who took our order, and it was the best customer service I have ever seen he was very genuine and happy. It really seemed like he cared. I hope to deal with him every time we come in. Outstanding service.

    Not sure what’s been going on lately but this is the 3rd time I come, I order the nuggets and they are not fully cooked. They are suppose to be crispy but never are. I love it there! I stop by often. Great staff! Please check into the attention to details. Someone is dropping the ball on presentation.

    Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. One of my favorite fast food places in town! The food was awesome. Great management too. They even give you points if you order online using their app, we got a ton of free stuff that way!

    I finally got my best friend to eat Chick'fiA ! We walked in the Lakeland branch and started to counter but was greeted by Laura who told us to grab a seat and asked if I had the app. I actually did so I opened and updated my app. Laura brought us a menu and walked us through our mounds of questions. Mind you Jaime never ate here before.. Ever. Yes he's an old county bunkin. Needless to say, I now have two happy individuals and we're walking out with Chick-fil-A in our hands. Laura brought my daughter a free Mac and cheese and Joshua brought out two ice cream bowls! We live on Eagle Lake but will be back to see this team!! We are over the moon happy with the visit on this dreary rainy day coming from post operation doctors visits!

    I was pleasantly satisfied with everything. It was my first time eating here, yes shocker, and the employees were amazingly helpful and caring. Food was amazing. Tables were spotless, floors were spotless. All employees had a smile on their faces. Will definitely go back. We hesitated to go at first because they cook with peanut oil and my daughter is anaphylactic allergic to all nuts, after reading the website and asking, they remove the protein from the nut oil which is what gives the allergy. They just gained a new customer.

    Been dining at this location for years now. Waited about 30 minutes for a mobile order and received no food. Got notis that it was ready, that a member was bringing it out, and I still waited around 20+ minutes before I called and went inside. Waited another 5 minutes at a register before someone noticed me. People that came in behind me to the mobile order spot got noticed before I did even after I had stood patiently at the REGISTER. I'm not one to complain but 30 minutes for fast food is ridiculous. When I spoke to a manager she just apologized and didn't offer anything in return. (Honestly an apology isn't bad but I didn't genuinely feel like she spent more than 10 seconds on my problem or cared for that matter) I'm not someone that looks for free items or for a meal to be comped, I have never had that in my life. This is ONE situation where I feel like I SHOULD have received something for waiting so long. It took them 2 seconds to take money from me but 30 minutes to realize my food wasn't ready or nobody had worked on it. I cancelled my order after waiting 30 minutes and left with 0 food. I won't be visiting here again. I left 2 stars b/c I've been going here for years. Everyone has off days and I have had good meals at this spot before. I'm not completely misunderstanding but I know if I looked different my case would have been handled with class and would have resulted in a better resolution -- for that reason I will never return. TL;DR Waited 30 min for 0 food Customer Service n/a

    Adrian… my man. That guy was great; he arrived in a timely manner and took our order. Food came out fresh and ready to dig into! Adrian made sure our food set to our standards, and ensured we would enjoy our dinner. Upon finishing he didn’t even let me touch a crumb! He cleaned up our table and before we departed he offered a refill for the road! This Chick-fil-A is a star restaurant, not only for their amazing food, but gentleman like Adrian who ONLY ensure quality customer care.

    First - Staff was polite as always. Still waiting on food, slower service today - But - this store has a “No Counter” service now which I do not like. I sit and now I am forced to use the app, or I need to read the menu for a “Waiter” taking my order 40 feet away - we have to walk to the counter now. I don’t like them emphasizing use of the app, and now when I pay cash the guy has to run to the counter and back - and the servers and order takers are running. There are multiple order takers now running around and multiple food runners. This is self-service - I don’t mind standing in like at a counter where I can actually read the menu. I just don’t like it and won’t be returning again to this Chick-Fil-A

    The food is consistent whichever location you go to. Sometimes the fries are less than spectacular but it is what it is. The place can get very packed especially at lunch and dinner times. The staff has always been super friendly but sometimes they are taken aback if you haven't used their app to order and you're waiting on them. That being said I'm glad I don't have to stand in line to order and they come to me.

    Food is always delicious! A few times service has left little to be desired and the dining area was not being cleaned. Majority of our visits staff members are polite and very accommodating. We choose this location over others because despite always being busy, they are able to handle the rush. Now, the new policy to not take orders inside at the counter, unless you're dining in, is a bit inconvenient (especially if you're traveling in a large vehicle or have a trailer.) They're pushing the use of their mobile app which is frustrating... as a few visits I have been left waiting while others that came in after me were greeted and served before me.

    New experience with their 'sit and order' technology. E didn't have the app, but we're quickly assisted by a team member who took our order via a tablet, and good was delivered to our table quickly. This was great, as usual.

    Never been here to dine in before. I get better customer service than many restaurants that i been. Literally every 5 minutes it was some one by my table cheking if i need something. What a Great experience. Special thanks to Laura. She is amazing.

    I don't go here often but I was running late and thought I would make a quick (hahaha) stop to pick up dinner. My husband wanted chicken strips but they only offer spicy (why) and not regular so I opted for chicken nuggets for him. I ordered the 12 pack and they were pretty tiny. I got the fried chicken sandwich, which was okay. The tomatoes were hard and not ripe so I threw them out. The lettuce was wilted and nasty by the time I got home, so much for paying for deluxe. The large fry was only half full. Of course the line was long and slow. I am not sure why people love this place. I probably won't be back any time soon.

    This restaurant is literally all ways a hit or miss 😩. My Mac and cheese was the best I’ve had from this location, and they done forgot the PICKLES. That’s one of they key ingredients to this meal 😭. The location in Tampa would never do this to me.
