The experience is amazing. Little hole in the wall place that you absolutely wouldn't expect to be as great as it is. From the hand written dollars on the walls, to the beautiful views and live music- this is a great place to go! Be prepared to wait...it's always busy and often times over an hour dinner wait, but grab a drink and wait- it's worth it! The nachos are a must, so creamy and delicious, I reccomend sharing these with the table. Fish Tacos= your average fish tacos. Good, but lacking anything to make them stand out. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was also good, nice & messy, but I ordered the mild and it was more sweet than Buffalo. I Reccomend ordering medium or hot. Good kid menu, good portions, and great staff. Love this place and come every time we come to town.

So, the place is packed with people, with on old rustic feel. The prices are on the high side. I had blacken chicken with mixed vegetables and fries for the price of $15.00 and change. I didn't even get a full chicken breast, shame. The outside deck is great with a wonderful view of the water and if lucky you might see one or maybe four alligators. Not sure if the usually give military discounts but they did for me.

We chose to have dinner on their back deck. There was live entertainment that sat the mood. We counted 8 baby gator in the water or sunning on the dock before sunset. The food was excellent and the service fast and friendly. It was a laid back atmosphere and a pleasant experience we really enjoyed.

Not an traditional restaurant storefront but you won't be disappointed by the food. I forgot to get pictures of the main course but my wife had the shrimp and I had one of the best burgers I ever ordered! The dessert is homemade and delicious. They have live bands out on the deck too. We sat just inside and the music was just right (volume wise). Definitely worth the trip out there. There is also cabins for rent and a boat ramp there.

I've heard so much about Cherry Pocket that I finally have to make the trek to try it myself, and we were not disappointed! We started sitting at one of the inside bars so we could enjoy the Sunday special of half a bucket of oysters, half a pound of shrimp and a pitcher of beer for $39.99. we opted for steamed oysters and warm shrimp (nice that we were given a choice on both of those!) The peel and eat shrimp were delicious. Very big and plump. The oysters were perfectly cooked and then opened, which was a nice touch. They served it with saltines, cocktail sauce, horseradish, and melted butter, all of which was delicious. After we enjoyed the oyster special we headed out to the deck outside, where there was very good live music, to enjoy a couple appetizers and dessert. The garlic cheese curds were excellent, and the seafood nachos were also good, but I think it would be better to serve it as a dip/fondue, so the chips stay crispy. The peanut butter pie was phenomenal and a perfect ending to the neal. We had a great table overlooking the boat dock area, and there were a lot of small alligators swimming around, which was fun to watch. We noticed that they have cabins and whatnot you can rent, which might be a fun thing to try sometime and make a weekend of it!

All in all great place to go. Great food , nice view. Off the beaten path. You can watch the little gators while you eat in the outside dining area. They definitely have live bands at night on the weekends not sure about the weekdays. I would definitely recommend stopping and giving it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very kool place had a Cobb salad with there cherry dressing which is fantastic. And as I always do I get fried Mushrooms they are the best I have found anywhere in the area. They are located on Lake Pierce and they even offer cabins for rent. This is a great experience for families.

Tucked in the middle of nowhere, ensconced inside an RV park on a large dock overlooking the lake, this is THE gathering spot for great food! Wait times can exceed an hour; check Google Maps for when it might be busy, and feel free to look for gators at the edge of the dock while you wait (we saw a 4' on today's visit). Enjoy your meal indoors or on the deck and listen to good live music. The guest wifi stays robust at peak occupancy. I recommend you park outside the RV park and enjoy the short walk to the restaurant.

Food was good, large portions my kids were excited to see the goldfish on their plates with meals. Experience was super fun!! Saw 4 baby gators which move fast! Shout out to 2 generous employees a male and female who graciously gave our kids $2 each of their tips in the bar barn to buy candy. So sweet!! Very unexpected and shows a lot about the staff!! The experience was so unique. Loved the live music.

Love this place. They recent finished the covered boat slips which was great for us since we boat over from our place. Can't wait for the deck to be covered. Ok, the food....its comfort food in a relaxed setting. They often have live music on the deck which is nice. The staff is great and quick to refill or get a fresh adult beverage. June 2023 update. The back deck was finished being covered for Father's Day weekend. It really gives the place an old Florida feel. I posted a couple of pictures of it. The look when coming in the canal is beautiful.

This is an amazing out of the way place! We drove an hour to get there and it was well worth it. The food was incredible, the live music good, and the atmosphere very interesting. The alligator is on your plate as well as below your feet! 😀 Loved the staff and the very friendly people there.

This place is in the middle of nowhere and on the water! We had a seat outside right on the water. Food was ok. I got the seafood nachos. The vibe is on point. And our waitress was super nice!

I love this place. 1st time coming here and I was super impressed. I love the vibe here ans the food was super delicious. Had the gator bites and the spicy Chicken sandwich. What actually stole the show were the Cajun fries 🍟 !!!! They were super crispy and flavourful. They were my favorite part of the meal. They also had live music going on which was nice. Also there were baby gators all over the place. At least 5 baby gators about 3 ft were hanging around the bar which was cool. The only thing that might of been a issue was the gator bites. They seemed tough to chew when I ate them. At other places they tasted like chicken but tender like fish. But this time they were a bit tough. Overall this will be a place I will continue to go to!!!!!!

Wow! What a gem! I loved everything about Cherry Pocket. The food and service were excellent! The atmosphere was fish camp fun! Lively and laid-back! The prices were reasonable! This kind of establishment is what makes life in Florida so special. Highly recommended! I look forward to returning!

The wait time to our table on the back patio was only about 20 minutes. When entering the staff was welcoming. The entire dinner was wonderful with a live band on the patio with amazing sound and excellent taste in music talent. The service was incredible... Absolutely love Cherry Pocket.

AMAZING 🤤 Best food and service!! I would definitely recommend coming here. I will always come back. The chicken Alfredo was homemade, and it didn’t fall apart or break apart the next day when I recaulked it. The salad dressing oh my gosh was so delicious on the salad. I was so surprised. Also homemade. Honestly, each dish we had was absolutely amazing and mouthwatering and I can’t wait to come back.

Delicious! Great place to eat. Everybody is friendly, and the food is great! They even have places for you to stay there. If you want to stay in a little cabin nearby it’s right on a lake. Really a neat place!

This place is really awesome. As you walk up to the entrance, there are literal baby gators swimming around. This restaurant is on the water and looks to be located in an area where a ton of people live. You'll know what I mean when you get here.. The fact that we could get a table without issue was awesome! The servers are great. The food is crazy delicious. I mean 10/10 delicious. Wish there was more for what you pay for, though. It was $14.50 for one crab cake. Would have been more pleased with seeing 2 on there with the portion given for the one. That and the fries were 10/10. The beer battered shrimp were HEAVENLY with their spin on cocktail sauce. It's fresh and tropical tasting. 20/10 easily. Will order that when I come back for sure. The coleslaw is some of the best I've had as well. 10/10.

We have been here numerous times and we have yet to be disappointed. Service was great, food was delicious and plentiful as always. We had the fried scallops and the grouper with fries. You need to try their cherry salad dressing. It is so good!! I’ve even bought some to take home with me. We got one slice of carrot cake to share and even then we brought some home to finish later. The cake was so moist.

A very unique looking place. Don't let the rustic setting discourage you. They have awesome food and drinks. Live music outside on the deck on weekends. Usually see multiple alligators. Service is friendly and prompt. Make sure to have a salad with their famous cherry dressing.

You know how you go by a bar&grill, and the parking lot is always packed. You say to yourself I'm gonna stop there one of these days. Today was the day. Fantastic food, wonderful local flare. Live music and a view of the lake. Great experience. I can't wait to visit again.
