Always a pleasant experience watching movies at this theater. Cozy yet spacious, modern and chic, very clean, friendly staff; fairly quick service & comfortable seats. Food options are great and so far everything we’ve ordered has been tasty! Not to mention that there’s also a full bar and ample seating areas in the lobby. I highly recommend.

Nice seats, two arm rests and dual drink holders. The seats recline a bit if you lean back but they don't stay there. The tiers are well laid out so the view of the screen is good, quality is great as is the surround sound. The carpets on the entrance ramp are filthy, not even sure why that long ramp in is even carpeted! I have to wonder how clean the rest of the theater area is, although the rest rooms appeared to be pretty clean. Not too bad overall, but there are much better cinemas in the same chain, cleaner and with better seats.

Sadly, this theater is horrible . Seats are in desperate need of repair (don't wear shorts because they cut into the back of your legs). Cup holders don't hold drinks or candy cups correctly, so they're tipping over the whole time. The theater we were in, as well as the hallways, smell like a dank moldy basement. Sad to say that even though this theater is 2 miles from our house, we'll now have to drive further to go to a good theater.

Love the seats here! They recline back, and the arm rests also go up. Definitely our go-to theater now!

There was nothing luxurious about this place except the price. The photos look much much better than how it really is. No hotdogs available, and popcorn price is extreme for the small bags they sell. The seats are small, hard and there's little legroom. Never coming back to any cinema of this franchise.

This is the closest theater to our house. My family and I love going to the movies. This theater is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen a dirtier theater. The carpets are the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. We were there this past weekend to watch Dr. Strange. When is at down, I put one of the arm rests up and ended up with something sticky on my hand 🤢 . We were there for Spider-Man No Way Home. There was a young man with a small child sitting in the handicapped area directly in front of us. He had his phone on (full brightness) the first 30 minutes of the movie. My husband asked him to politely turn his phone off. The guy just turned the brightness down and continued using his phone. No one came in the check throughout the movie to make sure people weren’t on their phones. Not the first time this has happened. They don’t have complimentary bags for splitting popcorn like other theaters. The staff at the concessions are not the friendliest either.

We love coming to this theatre. We drive almost an hour just to see Ms. Ann. She is the best ticket concierge ever. She is so pleasant and keeps us laughing. We look forward to seeing her every visit. The theatre is always clean and employees are polite.

Seats are not very comfortable after a while, it was warm felt like the A/C wasn’t on. Concession Stand was full and their were only 2 cashiers(missed all the previews), but when their was no line I saw 4 cashiers, Only good thing from there is if you buy large drink/popcorn you get a free refill.

Great prices for a regular ticket. Food was tasty, and great portions. I went with a party of 4 and we can all eat alot. We all had food left over we couldn't finish it. Canned alochol drinks were about $8+. Seats were very comfy. Theater was very clean and had great sound and appropriately dark room. I would definitely go again. But on a Tuesday as it's half price tickets!

Great excellent nice luxury movie theater & the food & drinks is very much so delicious! But, However, Last Night while I was there watching “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, the IMAX theater room where I was watching it during half of the movie ended up turning green! I have already talked to the nice female manager of the movie theater and showed her pictures of green screen and all that she said that “We’re sorry for all the trouble, but there was nothing that we could have done about it”. But I’m going to make sure that the whole entire movie theater gives me & all of the movie watchers get us a refund.

Went here to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in IMX The food was good and the bartender was great. I felt that the "luxury cinemas" in the name is a bit misleading. The carpet in the theater was disgustingly dirty. Several other patrons commented about the condition of the carpet. The seats are quite narrow and they did not recline electronically like in many regular theaters.

Had a fantastic time watching Doctor Strange here. They have a full on menu and bar in the lobby so everything you could ever want is right there while you sit back and relax. The theatre was pretty busy as you can imagine, but the staff was all super epic and even in the rush they took great care of is!

I am giving 1 star because my seat was broken (not the only one in the theater as just walking out I saw several areas repaired with duct tap or with seats similarly very leaning back like mine) the concession stands have less variety and the waiting area was very hot. It was very hot in the concession stand area which was unfortunate because it took 30+ minutes for a line of only 15 people. Their snack choices are slim and up charged but they have them in little plastic baggies instead of the original packaging so you get even less for the price compared to other cinemas. The good thing was that the icee machine was actually functional. They also have a bar too. They do not have a small popcorn size and their icees were much smaller than at regal cinemas and only had the one size. The popcorn was stale unfortunately. It took forever to get through the line to have our tickets checked because they were searching everyone’s bags. Once we got into the theater it was pitch black and they had no working runner lights on the floor like other chain theaters in the entryway and it was a huge tripping hazard. It was not handicap accessible. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and a bunch of the stalls were not operational which paired with the huge wait at the concession stand is a pain for going into the movie. They were still not operational until after the movie was over but I left right when credits hit so I did not have to wait. My seat was broken and this was the second time I had a broken seat here. It was completely unstable and I had to keep it from wobbling all the way back and forward the entire movie. I am disappointed and would like others to see before they go. I absolutely love going to the movies and spend at least about $50 every 1-2 weeks for just me not including others when we go. It would be nice to go to this cinema as it is closer but I may just have to do the 30 minute drive to the Regal Loop Theater instead which always has a stocked snack area and after going multiple times has 3-4 women’s bathrooms placed throughout the theater, and I have never had an un-air conditioned wait or broken seat at. I would go back to this cinema in Davenport if they could fix these issues.

Used to love this cinema. Last two Movies we went to this Month we had horrible disruptions. Unsupervised children in rated R movies. Groups bring in target plastic bags full Of noisy chip bags eating salsa. Manager was spoken to and said she allows kids in theaters because they have tickets purchased on line and doesn’t want confrontation . WHAT!?! Other members in the Movie tonight also stopped to complain. I believe manager has let the pleasurable experience leave.

Went to watch a movie with my mom a few days ago. Unlimited popcorn and two drinks was $22 but they shut down the area 45 minutes before the last movie is over and we weren't able to get a refill sadly. The seats are definitely not made for bigger people and they do not recline so there is absolutely no comfort if you have any extra weight or any pain issues like I do. It was clean and the decorations were nice in the lobby

I have been to other "luxury theaters" and this failed in comparison. Although they had a separate bar area, the "restaurant " was in the concession line, which was quite long. After looking at the prices, I had no intent of buying anything, which is sadly true of most theaters. My other issue was ticketing. I received an E Ticket, which was a $2 convenience fee. Although i had selected my seat, it's location wss not on my e ticket. Going into the theater they did not scan the ticket, but simply looked at it.

Went to see the new Minions with a friend. We new we would have kids in the audience and were prepared for that, what we weren't prepared for was the family, all above teenagers and two adult females who sat behind us talking the entire movie. The obviously have never heard of the word whisper and one of them kept laughing hysterically even when her full grown son feel face first as he was leaving the aisle as we were leaving. We had spent the entire show gritting our teeth! I did call and left a message for the manager, which was never returned!! We were told they really couldn't do anything because we didn't complain during the movie!

I dont have any pictures. But i really enjoy this place. Its clean. But some of the seats we sat in started to look old and used. But overall. It was a good place and also my go to cinema. The prices for a drink and popcorn and candy is about 23 dollars but its bottomless for both which is nice. I give it a b+

I saw Secrets of Dumbledore last weekend. Seems nice on the outside but not so much inside. The carpets in the hallways really do need some cleaning. The seats are not the best and you're better off going somewhere else for better seats for the same ticket price. Concession food popcorn/drinks were fine except the portion size of the large is crazy small compared to other theater food sizes. Thankfully its free refills on the large. Overall average theater experience that could use some improvements and changes.

Super nice people here, love meeting workers who love their job and make an effort to make an impact on their customers. Brent and Ms. Ann were just absolutely wonderful! Husband and I went to see the new Ghibli film (The Boy and The Heron) and we just had the best time. These two people made our experience tons better! The world needs more of these type of people ❤️☺️ thank you both again!

What was advertised on website, was definitely not the experience we had. This is NOT a luxury cinema. Since we were visiting from out of town, we wanted to do dinner and a movie. The menu looked pretty decent and figured since it was a full menu, it would be like a dine-in experience where we could order once we were seated in the theater and a server would bring out our food. Imagine our surprise when we got there and that wasn't the case. We had to order food at the concession stand. And while you could eat in the theater, there wasn't a tray or small table to put your food on. So my family ate their food quickly in the lobby before the movie. The line for concessions was to the door when we got up to go into the theater so we couldn't even get drinks before we went to our seats. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

The theater is good. The concession staff is friendly, however, the person who checks the tickets could be friendlier. She just seemed like she was tired and has seen too many people try to take advantage or something, and she takes it out on everyone else. The theater was clean and the movie started on time. We like coming here when we visit Florida even though it's pretty for us. I would recommend this place.

Good experience. Confortable seats. Smooth check in. Food stand kids could be a little faster (maybe)... Just as a suggestion. I mean, they have a whole bunch of humans at one trying to get the snacks right before the movie starts, so maybe a little faster service would not hurt. But I still give it a 5 stars

I was attracted to this spot because the outside looks really nice and it's said to be a luxury spot. However this place is far from that. To be fair the ticket prices are reasonable. However the food is overpriced and overrated. I had the nacho supreme, street hot dog and popcorn. The popcorn was overcooked the street hot dog and natural supreme were small and portion size and very salty. The seats are not that comfortable. Also they check your bags before you go in which I thought was weird. No one's ever done that. Overall it was not the best experience.

Beautiful movie theater! We bought the tickets online so we just walked in and watched the spider verse. Great movie & great atmosphere!

I attempted to watch The Little Mermaid with my wife. Instead we saw a malfunctioning projector instead of what was supposed to be a breathtaking IMAX Disney experience (see photo). This went on for several minutes of the rising action of the film. To make matters worse, a worker came into the theater and polled the audience asking how far back they would like the technician to “rewind” the film. If I wanted to rewind anything, I would have waited until this film came to Disney+. Sadly, the management didn’t seem too interested in the fact that our magical experience was interrupted. Instead, I was advised that it was IMAX’s fault. Way to go not taking responsibility Cinepolis.

Could use an upgrade, but it's pretty cleanly. The bartender is always a pleasure and very sociable. Pricey, but what theater isn't. I've been to this location multiple times and never a bad experience. Raffles are a little suspect, but I guess it adds an excitement to the experience.

I've been coming here for a pretty long time and I love the people here they're super nice but especially Ms.Ann she's the absolute best she always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she's always super pleasant and helpful in anyway possible, so I will definitely be back because of her.

The theater was okay and The food is pricey. They messed up my order twice, so double check your order. The seats were comfortable, but could be a tight fit for some. Handicap section didn't look like a Handicap section. No room for wheelchair.

The IMAX theater was really dirty! They need to clean or replace the carpet. When it is dark you wouldn't notice it, however when the lights come on it is disgusting. Makes you wonder if the seats and other areas are ever cleaned.

Had an amazing experience visiting the theater, there was a delay due to technical issues but Fiona approached is while asking for support and made sure we had a great time while at the movies. They have a a great service at the location, I even saw how personnel from the theater brought popcorn and other items to people at the auditorium. Great job Fiona!

Not luxury at all!!! I’m so glad we went on a Tuesday and didn’t pay full price, the seats were narrow and barely go back. If you want to order food and drinks you have to order at the front and wait for it, any Luxury theater I’ve been to you can order at your seat and they bring it to you or you can at least order that the stands and they drink it to your seats. The staff was nice and that’s the only reason we’re giving it a 2.
