ALERT!! PLS GET CLEAR ON THE BILL VALUE.. After few purchase from jewel one, we found shopkeeper trying to cheat us. I M NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE. It happens this way. Once we select the jewel, the sales person go get the amount for the purchase. The amount they quote will be more than the tag price(stay ALERT). This is where they cheat. Then we ask for discount, they will tell us they gonna reduce the wastage % and make a discounted price which is exactly the tag price(highest ever possible), over that they never reduce a single penny.. We can't identify easily because they never show us any calculation on the paper. We everytime do calculation personally and notice.. First time they did this, and they excused for wrong calculation.. But still we had a doubt.. Again it happened for second time, this time they excused by saying that they scanned different price tag. However we r the only customer there at store closing time. They think people buying there are fools. This is RIDICULOUS!

Nice collections, differnt models, and tgere schemes are more beneficial like depositing old jewels and buying new jewls after 11 months for same weight deposited and its free of cost

Very expensive. Not worthy as well. VERY VERY VERY HIGH Making charges and Wastage calculations.. Almost 50% of rate/ gram is added to wastage and Mc. Poor strategy to make money.. Designs are okay though

Design's were good, but the making charges and wastage were 20% compared to other shops it was very high, and they were charging for stones also even though we put 1 year bond ... worst experience please don't go and buy they will not adjust the amount..

Very Good collections with unique designs for gold jewellery especially for bangles and bracelets... Silver jewellery they dont have much designs ... making charges are more , if you compromise for the design u may pay more amount for making charges ...

Have visited JO too many times. This is the go to shop for any gold jewels in Pollachi for us. Employees are generous, kind and suggestive in nature. Infact, on some special occasion, since the jewel in Pollachi branch was not available where we needed it by end of day, they managed to deliver it by night 9:30 at our door steps which is still a remote place and to be precise, they accepted the payment only after this delivery.

Limited design options available forced to choose from available design even after waiting couple of weeks, all other things are okay.

I liked their Service and new designs are available.. Sure you make a visit..

No.1 cheaters among jewelers..i had a bad experience in karur branch..they will polish us by talking politely to open any savings scheme n say we can also pay by online too..once the scheme gets over they will say too many stories n cheat easily..now im the loser..i request all the customers please don't choose this shop for any purchase..
