Beautiful restaurant! Family friendly restaurant with entertainment in between! Safe place area. Affordable place to host a kiddies party! Tasty food for both kids and adults. If you lazy to cook on any day spur is the place to visit! Don’t go there hungry though😏because their food takes a slow train to be served

Wow m speechless, i called to book table for my daughter s birthday, it was all set up when we got the Sister Rahaba gave us the best service even,i will forver want to be served by her, very friendly, great customer service she offered, and her voice singing for our baby was amazing

With Professional waiter ‘s experience and with a truly Spur’s taste for life. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the place always keeps up with the kids’ needs. Their entertainment area always has improvement to keep up with modern family. I even appreciate the wristbands tags for extra security assurance. Always clean and neat. You get to be seated and be treated like you are the reason the Spur exist. You get to be a member of the experience of a lifetime. Keep up good work Spur Mall of the North.

Pity they couldn't serve breakfast as we arrived just after 11am. Not even a fan of this joint but as we were travelling back to jhb we opted to eat here

The spicy wings here are amazing.. The apache meal is one of my favorite, the ribs, pork chop & wings🔥🔥

We enjoyed ourselves, our waiter paid attention to detail and service was quick. I did not quite enjoy their rib-lets they where quite tough and not fall of the bone as I would like. But overall a good experience.

It is a well-balanced atmosphere. A clear sign of hygiene and cleanliness even though customers are moving through place are constantly kept clean and tidy

Amazing restaurant. Mouth-watering food as always and the ambiance is beyond this world (especially the outside seating area).

Good food but poor service. Waiting staff didn’t know we were seated upstairs. We called for the waiter twice and waited almost 20mins before our order was taken. Food eventually came and was excellent- fresh and tasty.

We had breakfast with bacon that was totally overdone like rock hard, the fork could not go into it, it broke like a piece of glass and jumped out of the plate. Everything else was fine.

It was very long since I last visited but I was shocked by White onion rings aren't they suppose to be brown?oh well mine were White n undercooked really they were raw I just saw them White and never wanting to touch them.But the lady or waitress was amazing no complaints from here and overall experience was okay.

The waiter's did a wonderful job, they served the food with no delay even though we were I big group. The food was delicious and I had a great time. Would recommend if you going out with friends

Please work on your variety of burgers, the taste is the same, the size the same...10/12/22, I had very poor service. All waiters and waitresses were up and down,I was calling and was told you'll be attended to, they had orders back to back and really looked short staffed.

Service was slow...I hate the noise..I wonder if it is the people's real birthdays... I think proof of birthday must be requested at all these restaurants that support this singing for birthday theme.. it can be annoying when you want a meal and peaceful moment...

It was my first time visit as I'm from Johannesburg was so excited but all that excitement went on to 0%. Was on the queue for 30mins understandable it was busy and monthend. Was instructed to go sit upstairs of which we didn't mind, we set for another 30minutes with no menu nothing, then when this other guy came who said he was a manager asked if we have been helped luckily he was the one who asked us to go upstairs he knew axactly how long we have been sitted. He took our other then went down again. Remember we have sitted for 30 minutes before the other was taken. No we set again another 45minutes for food to come. He came to show other customers a place to sit on that when he released that we haven't been attended too. Finally food came.Guess what: we had NO cutlery on the table. We had to ask for it and wait once again. Had no bill had to take my table number to pay myself downstairs. Then had to ask for my favorite sweets not at the till but on the lady outside controlling the queue outside Worst service ever I have got at Spur.

Hands down to Spur, Mall of the North! We (10 pax) arrived late after a very long hard day of Mandela Day giving, hungry and tired. The staff were absolutely fabulous with quick and friendly service. Food was quick and delish. Thank you Spur staff, much appreciated for your superb service!!

I never waited for food like that.Luckily, I had some slices of cheese cakes to boast my woman's waiting period. When I thought I had seen it all, Mxm Amarula I ordered was a glass full of ice cream.

When in Polokwane, it's the place to be. We were a large group, but the food and service were both great! Try the desert waffle!

Waiter was very slow. I forgot her name, but she did not give us fast, great service. She was all over the place and we had to call her time and again. I will chose another branch maybe Savannah. Experience was bad for me.
