The garlic rolls are top of the range things, with the batter felt like the lord himself baked them you tender chicken with that mozem flavor ijo mawe🙆🏿‍♂️

The staff is friendly and quick to attend to orders and the restaurant is big, clean and spacious.

Great food but service too slow

This is the biggest Nandos is Limpopo. The restaurant is clean and have many tables and chairs. The staff are friendly. Also has clean bathroom and there are always cleaning every hour. This Nandos is also beautifully decorated. It has feel of those fancy expensive restaurants. What I also love is that you can see the city thru the windows cos the restaurant is the the heart of the city. There is paid parking on the opposite for your comfort. And also taxis just outside the door.

Had to wait for food until we were full, the brought the food first and drinks later after we finished eating, we had to remind them what was on the order, we had to leave with our coz they brought them after we finished eating, our order had buns but they also brought them after we finished as they brought the food one by one.

Disgusted in the service recieved from nandos polokwane I placed an order 2 hours ago on the app which was paid and accepted i recieve a call when the food is supposed to be delivered informing me that they dont have the item i order and will be replacing it with a meal half the size why should i as the customer have to suffer due to them not having stock They were not willing to accommodate or satisfy the customer when they made the mistake Innocentia your manager is beyond incompotent and cant even deal with a client terrible service and huge brand damage

My order was estimated to take about 50min to be delivered. Been waiting for more that an hour and 20min. When i try to track it on the app, it says that it can only be tracked once the driver picks it up! Absolutely unacceptable.

Filthy tables, 😔😔 we asked to get our table cleaned but the waitress said to us there's someone to clean tables but no one ever came to clean for about 15mins we had to relocate to a new table, that I also had to clean and sanitize myself. It's sad to see the service declining like this ,used to be one of my favorite spots with my family. The guy who eventually came to clean the table we moved from was very nice and efficient. There should be more people like him there.

Their service is very good, unlike some restaurants during loadshedding they can't operate but Nandos stays open and ready to bring service to its customers.

It is simply too busy. It feels like like it's the only Nandos in town. You have to really wait for your food. Power cuts are not helpful. This Nandos requires patience.

Lines were long and only one cashier working. Atmosphere was not good due to Nyaope Boys at parking forcing one that they going to guard your car and immediately after parking they stand straight at the window waiting for you to come out so that they can tell you they going to guard your car

Just what you expect from Nandos, the food was good and consistent quality with what you'd get at any other Nandos outlet. The store location is not great though, too busy a corner and parking boys harasing patrons
