The food is delicious,their services are great and there are many seating, so you don't have to worry about where you will sit while waiting for your order to arrive😍 Plus there is a wifi in the house 😘

I always add things to my burgers and when i get home they are not added even though i paid for them. My orders are always messed up here, not the first time.

Made an order with uber eats specified that kiddies meal must contain boys toy however received girls toy. Contacted the store for assistance I was told to contact the driver for assistance. When I asked if it’s Ubers drivers error or macdonalds. The guy hang-up on me. Reason being he was unable to answer if I should call the Uber driver or they”macdonalds” should contact. When I tried to contact the store again the call was the rejected.

Love the affect it have on the public when a different culture enter any takeouts in SA. First thing they ask if I am lost. Thank you to all of the staff and management you are the best .

Beautiful and spacious McDonald's. Quick services. I hate that they normally don't serve. You have to collect your order at the counter. They always remove the numbers next to the auto kiosk so that you fetch your order from the counter

Great. Self service machine makes it easier for one not to queue too long, it is a great convenience. The atmosphere is calm, one enjoys it. The food was good.

It's a lovable, well ordered and designed restaurant with delicious meals but the service is a bit slow as you might take longer than normal time waiting for food.

The food I bought was dry they could have done better but the service was good the lady that was working at the counter was really nice and the atmosphere was normal.

We went there 3 days back and the service was horrible we had firstly communicated with one of the staff to have our ice creams done after we were done eating as we sat in instead of getting a takeaway but they brought them to our table with our meals which were badly packaged and cold of which when we were done with our food the ice cream was practically a milkshake. They happened to be a strange man asking for food sitting besides us which made us feel very uncomfortable and had communicated that with one of the staffs and they said they will assist us but instead never even bothered to check up and do something about it until the strange man left after what felt like eternity It was my first and last time getting McDonald’s there

The foldover I had was dry full of cucumbers and the chips were dry, the drink and the Oreo desert are good though

The store is so cool. I love the self service portal and table service as I'm too lazy to go and collect food from the tills. It's so cool and a great and affordable option for any day

The place was very busy and sitting at almost full capacity they managed to have our food ready in less than 10 minutes the only issue was house keeping their tables must be continuously inspected and cleaned. Overall me and my friend had a good experience eating there.

The service is so bad, the attitude I always experience there is shocking. They are very slow and they don’t have ice for iced coffee and they don’t even put up a notice. I’ve been 3 more than 5 times different occasions but the service is the same!! They cannot even communicate properly without being rude. The worst!!!

The staff here is so friendly and they are easy to talk. When you enter inside and you have a problem with the order machine you will always find a staff member waiting there to help. I went there couple of times and none of those times was I ever disappointed. Even on collection the staff there will greet you so humbly and even have a small talk with you. I once bought that family meal and wow did I enjoy and the lady at the order machine made me realize that the meal actually costs less as I had McDonald's app. So she helped me use it. That lady was so friendly she even convinced me to pay that R5 donation due to her helpfulness

Our order took more than 10 minutes to be prepared. We ordered the SA breakfast and some had no onions. The fries tasted like they were cooked with old oil. I am completely disappointed and doubt I'll be buying from any McDonald's anytime soon.

I like the fact that it only takes around 10 to 15 minutes to get your order. But if you order an ice cream you have to check on it every second or they give you a melted ice cream instead, but overall the food is amazing 🙂

Great services. During this lock down I have visited the place twice. The workers don't do mistake, they follow the guidelines and well practice covid19 precautions. Their services are fast and of good quality. I would like to extend my credit to the management team together with stuff members. To keep it up the level of their service. However, the WiFi password seems not to be working to everyone. I advice the management and stuff to know their customers and treat them equally so. We as the potential customers deserved access to internet so that we can continue to review and rate their services which will help them get more customers and win awards if necessary. Overall service is tops. Keep safe and continue to sanitise and keep social distancing.
