Very
poor
service
with
regards
to
dispensing
Medicine.
I
have
a
monthly
scrip,
repeatable
for
6
months
for
choronic
medication.
When
you
phone
to
speak
to
one
off
the
Pharmacist,
you
either
have
to
hang
on
for
20
minutes,
without
any
of
them
answering
the
phone,
or
the
line
is
cut.
One
day
I
phoned
no
less
than
11
times.
With
no
success.
Left
messages,
but
had
no
replies.
Every
month
it
gets
even
worse.
I
have
mailed
my
script
again
on
Wednesday,
and
requested
my
medicine
to
be
delivered
to
my
work
place.
Today
is
Saturday,
and
still
no
word
from
Dischem.
If
you
go
into
the
shop,
you
have
to
wait
in
line
for
hours
to
be
helped.
While
standing
there,
you
can
hear
the
phones
ringing,
but
not
one
person
answers
it.
I
am
so
dissapointed
with
the
service,
that
I
have
promised
myself
NEVER
to
go
to
any
of
their
stores
again.
Pathetic
all
over.
The
lines
at
the
tills
are
so
long,
there
you
loose
another
20
to
30
minutes.
Shelves
are
cramped
in
at
Platinum,
with
hardly
any
space
to
move
between
aisles.
Staff
are
ignoring
you,
and
there
is
no
space
for
2
or
3
shoppers
to
pass
in
an
aisle.
Over
all,
its
very
frustrating
and
I
will
spend
my
money
elsewhere,
because
of
the
total
shopping
experience
being
so
frustrating
and
suffering.
