Absolutely terrible service delivery. Emphasis on delivery. Stuck at my office with a headcold, I Phoned their dispensary just after 10am for nasal spray. Was told they're too busy to assist taking an order they'll phone me back.. At 12:26pm they FINALLY phone me back, and tell me the driver will leave "soon". At 3pm I phoned again asking where my package was, I am only a five minute drive away. And was rudely informed that "the driver has already left" Whereafter I told them to cancel everything. The lady rudeley said bye before i even told her who and what was being cancelled. It's interesting to note how Willing people are to help when you're there in person. But when you're stuck without transportation, in desperate need of something as basic as nasal spray, they can't be the least bit bothered . It's disgusting.

Don't waste your time here. Understaffed. Even the understaffed counters are so abnormally slow that you would question their competence. Rather go to clicks across the road if you don't feel well. They helped me within 5 minutes. What a disgrace. When I complained they said they can email me a complaint form. Got the treatment of a real sick patient from Clicks.

Very poor service with regards to dispensing Medicine. I have a monthly scrip, repeatable for 6 months for choronic medication. When you phone to speak to one off the Pharmacist, you either have to hang on for 20 minutes, without any of them answering the phone, or the line is cut. One day I phoned no less than 11 times. With no success. Left messages, but had no replies. Every month it gets even worse. I have mailed my script again on Wednesday, and requested my medicine to be delivered to my work place. Today is Saturday, and still no word from Dischem. If you go into the shop, you have to wait in line for hours to be helped. While standing there, you can hear the phones ringing, but not one person answers it. I am so dissapointed with the service, that I have promised myself NEVER to go to any of their stores again. Pathetic all over. The lines at the tills are so long, there you loose another 20 to 30 minutes. Shelves are cramped in at Platinum, with hardly any space to move between aisles. Staff are ignoring you, and there is no space for 2 or 3 shoppers to pass in an aisle. Over all, its very frustrating and I will spend my money elsewhere, because of the total shopping experience being so frustrating and suffering.

Terrible service at the dispensary, there is a white pharmacy assistant not conversant with Poppi act, you can't buy medication in the absence of main member she said Poppi act is saying that. She must be schooled on the act or taken at the back to pack medication her attitude not for working with people

Phones dont get answered by humans. Voice directory. You get the option to leave a message, that the voice directory gives you, but if you opt to be transfered to the dispensary, that same minute the voice tells you that the mailbox is full, and it can not accept any MORE MESSAGES. FRUSTRATING AND IT BOILES FOWN TO TOTAL DISREGARD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The slowest dispensary on the universe. I don't understand why this dischem is so slow. The customers deserve a tea station. The were 4 people in front of me and I got to the front of the queue 25 minutes later. Come here if you really have nothing to do.

They are slow and the place is cluttered. One person on duty with 4 in the queue

Service not up to standard, had to phone 5 times and still got cut off. Will drive to Savannah Dischem...... They at least know what is customer service. 😡😡😡

This Dischem is a joke. Sick baby crying in the car. Wife in the queue she had 1 person in front of her and has Ben waiting 30min and now most of the meds are OOS. This is not the first time . Slowest service in the world. Worst dichem. Avoid at all costs. Go anywhere but here if you can
