    So let down. I love Popeyes, but the chicken I got tonight was so over fried or sat under a heat lamp so long it look dark and weirdly green. Never before have ever had Popeyes disappoint me. I will not go back to this location again.

    Arrived at 9:45 Waited over 30 mins parked in drive through to be brought inside at 10:17 to wait inside 10 more minutes for the food. I was offered a drink for inconvenience. What was more frustrating was still getting no fries in my order and instead 13 biscuits. Poor service incapable staff. Do not recommend.

    The food is delicious but the service - at times - makes me second guess going. The workers always seem to have an attitude no matter how nice and courteous I am to them. Customer service could really use a boost but the food is delicious!

    Unfortunately, me my girl and my daughter got a bad case of food poisoning eating here. Never again will we eat fast from here. The corporate was very nice about the situation and understanding. We was nice enough to give us a refund but it wasn’t about the money. Our health and others are very critically important.

    Waited 10 minutes was charged only to be told spicy is 15 minutes. Complained about finding out about the wait after paying. And was rudely told by green shirt manager “you don’t have to wait you can leave “ So because you aren’t managing correctly and ran out of food I should leave ,no apology for the wait just take your money and go.

    After waiting 1 hour to even place my order.. i pull up to the window to not only not have my food ready, but to see 2 employees leaning on their phones with no food update. I literally sat at the window for 15 additional minutes with no explanation. On top of being extremely frustrated, my chicken was old and cold. Like what was i waiting all that time for????? We have to do better.

    2 stars because the guy (Keith from my receipt) who took my order at counter was super nice and efficient. 3 stars short because they were too heavy on the utensils, napkins and sauces..and way light on the THEY FORGOT MY LARGE RED BEANS AND RICE AND LARGE MAC N CHEESE. Also pro tip: Letting others dig in people's (my) food at the main counter = gross.

    I put a order in on line to pick up at the drive thru. When I got there they said there was no order there for me. So I gave them the paper I printed on line and they found the order. And than they said sarcastically the paper just has your name on it does not say when the order will be done. But mind you there were 2 cars in front of me that ordered at the speaker and they got their order. So she said drive around and i said what does that mean? I waited 20 minutes in the car and no one came - I even saw 3 customers go in and come out with their order. So I went inside and my order was seating on a shelve the time stamp showed it had been there for 15 minutes.When I got home the order was cold.

    Staff is very nice at this location. I would like a shoutout to Cocoa the manager. I have a disability and she was very helpful and even gave me the senior discount without asking. Chicken was delicious

    How do you manage a fast food establishment, without the availability of your main dining option. I don't understand "We don't have any more" ...after they let you order it and you go to pick up your order and they tell you, "Oh, we don't have anymore. We are all out"

    It's sad with the large amount of staff working they can't get your order correct. I waited 20 minutes, only to be given the order. When I got home, I had nothing I ordered after spending $42.00 I am furious, but live too to return it and they are not answering the phone. I'm pissed to the highest level of pistivity.     You wait 20 minutes in the drive-through and then they tell you don’t take credit cards when you get to the window always a problem at the window. Customer service is usually 5050 chicken is very good.

    PLEASE CLEAN YOUR GREASE. Although the chicken was hot and fresh the grease was not leaving the chicken with a horrible burnt taste. Also I did not get my side v of mashed potatoes that came with the meal. Please clean grease and don’t forget to filter the grease throughout the day.

    We went through drive thru to purchase a family meal. Paid for meal and drove off. To our surprise the manager was running through the intersection to bring us the debit card that we left behind. Never have we ever seen an establishment with such amazing service! First manager, we have ever come across with astonishing human courtesy and kindness that we didn't think existed anymore!     It's always busy, but that's part of why it's popular. They always give my mother a senior discount, which is a bonus. All in all, they're a good location.

    Great experience, the first time I was in the store I saw right away that it was maintained very well. The Manager was training a new cashier...I had my five piece special absolutely delicious. Today I was in the mood for Popeyes so I returned and ordered the five piece again dark meat. Once I arrived I saw the two managers in the back of the dining room having a small meeting going over stuff and I went over and complimented them on the store and everybody's positive and friendly attitude. They were very happy to hear that as if I complimented them in their home. Taking care of my order was Kimberly. She was so smiley so nice and represents Popeyes well. He also recommended sides included that rice and beans which was delicious. As I was waiting for my order I did notice that there's a lot of people working in that restaurant so I know that they're on top of their game because it's well staffed. Just wanted to thank Popeyes, the people the restaurant and the management.

    The customer service has been going downhill for a while now. It is now even worse. You go inside you wait 20 plus minutes for food, you go on the drive thru, you wait 30 minutes in line, and then another 20 when they park to the side. I love the food, but you ask for condiments at the window, and they don’t bring it to you after you park. Bad service. Terrible that it has become the norm in one of my favorite restaurants.

    Each Popeyes has their own “personality”. We eat at a lot of different locations. We have been to this one multiple times. We have received horrid customer service, multiple mistakes with the orders and they seem to consistently run out of product. Most of the employees talk in slang and are RUDE!!! I had such a bad last experience that I called corporate… that did next to nothing. They didn’t call, text or email to let me know they “heard” my complaint… they put a $3 off coupon on my app… REALLY?!?!?! No wonder the employees don’t care… corporate doesn’t. Keep your $3.

    I ordered online and went inside to pick up. The cashier was focused on what appeared to be a family member, who was reaching across the counter and taking free drink cups. As a result, the customer line increased. After about 15 minutes, I finally received my order. The stkaff need to be retrained.

    The girl that took our order was nice. However, they were out of a few menu options we tried to order. Typical fast food food. Chicken sandwich was good.

    I have always consistently had excellent service at this Popeye's. Even if something is incorrect, they fix it politely. I'm tellin' ya. Plain ole customer service goes a long way. Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!!

    Order via Uber eats so I can really only judge the food. We ordered late at night around 10:30 and it took about 15 minutes too get to us. The food was decent for that time of night. Still seemed fresh and just made. My experience in the past with Popeyes hasn't been the best but honestly this was really decent.

    This location always seems to make me happy. I came in today because my daughter's 8th birthday and she wanted Popeyes. Every staff member sang Happy birthday to her. Made her Feel so special. Thank you to Chop who has always made sure we got what we wanted with the best service. I will always continue to go to this location.

    Well, 7 or so cars in line, waited about 25 minutes. Homeless man kept walking from behind the dumpster up and down the line of cars in the drive through. No one seemed to mind terribly. Wait was unbearable. $5 2 piece box with sides is a decent deal. Drumstick was crispy and tasty! Thigh had so little meat it was practically vegan. I didn't ask for sauce but they tossed in literally 20 ketchup, honey, and hot sauce. Ok, honey on the biscuit actually pretty great! Mac n cheese is top notch for any takeout place. Highly recommend that! Overall, just ok.

    Hey this location is extremely busy, but the staff thats there give it their all. The store was very clean and they worked smoothly together. Food was good, just a bit salty, other than that, thank you all for your hard work and quick service

    Drive thru was crazy busy so decided to go inside. The parking here is so limited. Had to circle around just to get a parking. Got inside and there were people inside waiting for there food. So I was first in line to order my food. Stood there for about 25 minutes and no one Came to take my order. It wasn’t until others came behind me that someone was sent to the front. Then they asked the person behind me if they have been helped. I’m like wait no one has even taken my order. The person then looks at me and say ok what do you want. I ask him about the kids meal and they look at me as if there annoyed. I tell him I want a nugget kids meal and the person automatically assumes I’m done and turns around and starts bagging it up. Mind you I never said I was done or paid. When person comes back to register he tells me my total and I tell him I wasn’t finished.. I tell him the rest of my order and pay. Get my food and leave. When I get home I notice missing items and got no sauces for any of my chicken and shrimp. The chicken sandwich I got was dry and taste like paper. I haven’t had Popeyes in a long time and will probably be year before I ever return
