I went there to visit a friend who paid $200 a night. Rooms were renovated but cheaply. The place does look as if it's worth the money. Went outside to enjoy the night air and a rat as big as a squirrel came running down the tree. Though it was a squirrel until I saw the tail. I won't stay here or recommend. The beds were comfortable though. It's a place that you go to the first time and never return. I came I saw and never again. We work too hard for $200. Wished I'd gotten a photo. It happened too fast

Room was pretty broken down with holes in the walls right to outside around 2 of the 3 A.C.’s. Washer and dryer had to be replaced while we were there. Pool towels were empty often. One of the stalls of the only restroom for the pool was broken for our whole stay. Mini golf had only one color ball available and bot many putters available. Place was fairly dirty and had a lot of smoking happening all over the property. The arcade was run down. They only had one flavor of ice cream available for the ice cream social day. Many of the pool chairs were broken. The fire alarm that went off at 3am one night was so high pitched my hearing still has not fully recovered and the fire department didn’t even show up. No explanation was given for the alarm. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors above and next to you very loudly. There is only one basketball available for the court and it was not available any of the times we went to get it even though no one was on the court. The couches in the room had stains on them. I could go on and on, however I don’t have the time to list everything here. I think you get the point. There is clearly a management issue at this property. Hopefully they address it as this property has potential. For now if you can avoid this place I recommend doing so.

Stayed a week with my family. Rooms were relatively clean with a few exceptions of the pull out bed and the tub. Loved having a full kitchen but there were ants too so had to keep everything in the fridge. The activities on site were just enough for our group. We loved the mini golf and the pools/hot tubs. We also played shuffle board almost every evening. The resort does shuttles to the beach but we only used once. The bellhop Richard was amazing and got us everything we needed for our stay. Also walmart delivery 👍🏽

We have stayed at a few dozen Hotel / Resorts in (Florida). This was the TOP and best stay / experience we've ever had. The concierge (Don) was very hospitable and accommodating. Excellent property with convenient on site activities. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our condo was clean and very spacious. Wyndham has fantastic properties and we found the experience worth the time and money. Overall, we had a great experience and have committed to stay at their properties from this point forward. Way to gain our business.

This was not the best experience. Upon arrival there was only one elevator working in our building. There was no security, unsupervised kids were throwing water balloons from that balcony at people in the pool and hot tub. The pool was never cleaned, so there was trash and debris in and around the pool from the previous day. When we were leaving, both elevators weren't working, and we had to use the service elevator. Finally, the jetted tub leaked under the tub, flooding the room. There were appliances sitting outside of our unit when we arrived for no reason. All in all, it's not the best trip we've had at a Wyndham resort. 😞

A really nice spot not too far away from the beach ( 10 min ride maybe ). Staff was very attentive. Pictures online seem to be a little dated as our room looked nothing like what was online and much have been recently updated. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe in the Acre Palm Building. Huge balcony. Great seating area and kitchen. Bathrooms for each room. In room washer and dryer. Three pools on site. We were able to utilize parking, pools, and beach access on of their location that was on the beach without issue. Did not get a chance to walk through the entire facility but seems to be on par with most wydham properties. Different price levels for different owners of their time shares. All in all a nice spot to visit. Surrounding area has mostly everything you would need. Can get a little sketchy at night in some areas but nothing out of the ordinary.

Do not stay here! Stayed June 2023 for 8 days, and the whole family was completely disappointed. Upon arrival we were given the wrong level room. We booked a plus and got standard, a significant downgrade. When challenged the staff claimed our plus reservation was not in their system and the situation was out of their control. When we presented the manager with printed verification of the plus reservation, the attitude changed and they suddenly “found” our plus reservation. However, there were no plus rooms available, in the managers own words “too many last minute reservations”. Which in reality means they gave our room away to someone who requested an upgrade. After much discussion and very rude treatment from the management, they found us a plus room, but it was not available until the next day. Meaning, we had to vacate the room before 12:00, put all of our luggage into storage and wait around until the staff was good and ready to finally give us the correct room. Essentially, we lost an entire day of vacation because of the mix-up. The Palm Aire management refused to take any responsibility for the issue, and instead told us there was no need “to get snippy” when we were very upset with their lack of professionalism and ability to provide the service we paid for. At one point the manager outright ignored my wife, stopped conversation with her, turned away, and attempted to only address the situation with me. Obviously an unprofessional tactic that was not welcome or accepted. We should have heeded the other online reviews about the blatant bait and switch tactics. Completely set a bad time for the whole stay. Beyond this issue (which supposedly we might get a refund for that one night difference) the facilities were at best, just OK. Compared to Wyndham resorts like Bonnet Creek and the Great Smokies, this place is a dump. Dirty floors and carpets. Beat up appliances. A garbage disposal that sounded like it was going to fall out of the sink, and more. The pool towel vending machines were frequently empty during peak times and late hours. On premise amenities were barely average quality, the bar was just sad, and there were no quality food options. Most of the luggage carts were barely functional with work out bearings that made them difficult to move. Our patio was covered in black mold/dirt and desperately needed to be pressure washed. This was also visible on the buildings facing the main pool. I could keep going but you get the point. This is NOT a luxury resort, period. To top off the whole trip, my wife accidentally left her Dyson hair dryer in the master bathroom and didn’t realize it was missing until the next morning. Partly because the cleaning staff was rushing us out of the room BEFORE the checkout time! We called at 6am, but the front desk staff was inept and unable to answer if the item had been found. We were instructed to call back at 9am when the house keeping department opened. We called, and again staff was unable to answer the question. Instead the staff said they would call back. Hours later, nothing. I called again and the house keeping staff rudely informed me that my wife had called at 9am, and they hasn’t found out anything. However, the staff person abruptly cut herself off mid sentence, and said they didn’t find anything in our room and that it was already occupied, so there was nothing else they could do. Does that sound like a professional response? Not to me! So either the cleaning staff is completely incompetent and didn’t see a large bright blue storage box on the bathroom counter while “cleaning” and the new occupants claimed the item as their own, OR the cleaning staff saw it and stole it. I’m not sure which one is worse. Regardless, I do not hold them liable for the missing item, it was out mistake to leave it behind, but that sure doesn’t make you feel good at the end of an already less than stellar stay at what is sold as a luxury resort. I don’t recommend this place and it this was the last straw for us with Wyndham. We are divesting. Anyone want to buy some points?

We liked location. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, spacious, with full kitchen and nice baths. Units are only 2 bedroom so our group needed two reservations. Laundry facilities on the floor but not in each unit. Pools were pleasant. Grounds were well kept.

Decent hotel, but cleanliness in the common areas like pool decks and pool water definitely needs improvement. The staff is very friendly though. There are some nice activities like mini golf, table tennis and billiards. There’s only 1 hot tub for 3 pools which seems strange and the hot tub jets only work for 5 minutes at a time which is a little annoying. The location is decent as its next to a few plazas, but it’s quite the drive away from the beach which is a drawback.

Nice clean hotel! Good service and everything you need to cook and dine with if you plan on bringing food. Nice sized refrigerator and freezer. No bugs or roaches. Couch bed was comfortable, Big pool with enough space for everyone. Jacuzzi was nice and warm, just the water pressure could have been stronger and it would have been nice if they had breakfast. Well worth the money, definitely hope to revisit.

This was a great resort for my kids and myself! We had a great time we didn’t even leave the resort for the whole 4 days we stayed! Alex the lifeguard is amazing and such a great friendly guy. He really has fun with his job and my kids absolutely adored him. They had ice cream social which my kids loved a whole bow of ice cream and all the toppings for only $2 each! They had a free animal show here my kids help alligators and snakes and owls which was incredible. Their bartender made amazing drinks in the buckets!! We will be back! The location is a little far from everything but they do offer a shuttle two times a day to and from the beach!

This is a fairly nice resort close to a lot of nice tourist locations, except the beach. Yes it is within driving distance but it would be much nicer if it was within walking distance. Rooms are nice, some need an update but there is no comparison to hotels. A lot of space and a full kitchen. Plenty of activities within the resort and a lot of restaurants close by.

We have been Wyndham owners for 9 years. Our stay at Wyndham Palm Aire was absolutely the worst experience that entire time. After checking in and given our room assignment of a 1st floor unit I raised my concern with the front desk clerk. I was told that the resort was fully booked and that was the only unit available. Having travelled extensively with the military we are trained to avoid 1st floor units when possible for security concerns. I asked the clerk if the unit had an interior (hallway) or an exterior entrance. I was assured that it was an interior entrance. Seeing that the unit is behind a gate with active security we accepted the room. The building that we were assigned is located off the resort property and outside of the gated area. It appears to be an old Motel 6 purchased by Wyndham and added to their inventory. There is no outside “Wyndham” branding on the building and it is apparent why. Unsecured parking for the unit was across a public street next to a field where there are people living in tents. For our security, we chose to make other sleeping arrangements while on this vacation and did not stay in this room. On our scheduled check out date we checked out. We mentioned our concerns and experience to another front desk clerk who told us that they were not fully booked during our stay and questioned why the other clerk put us in that building stating that they try to “avoid that building at all times”. We asked if the “Motel 6 – homeless camp” property was a recent purchase by Wyndham which would explain why there was no exterior branding. She assured us that Wyndham has owned that property for years. She told us that she would pass our concerns on to the Manager and request that they contact us. We participated in the survey and expressed our concerns. We were told again that we would be contacted. To date, no one at any level of management has made any effort to contact us. After this and other issues we experienced at Palm Aire during this weekend, we are done with Wyndham. We contacted “Wyndham Cares” and initiated the process to terminate our timeshare relationship with Wyndham.

Great place to stay with family. My kids had something to do everyday on the resort. I love that we were able to also use the amenities of the nearby Wyndham resorts as well that was on the beach. I liked the pools and water slide for the kids. Sitting by the pool was nice with evening live singers/bands. The rooms was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

I gave 4 stars for the rooms because they're a bit outdated but extremely well maintained. Service was outstanding from all departments. The employees respect their duties and the visitors. Location was great also with every and anything close by. I only gave it 4 stars because I had to commute to and from Miami at 45-60 minutes each way, but I knew that prior to booking my stay. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable and relaxing stay at a very well kept and friendly resort.

Nice place. I would stay here again. I only gave 3 stars because the location is not near or close (walking distance) to the beach. And there was construction going on (not too loud but not preferable.) We had a two bedroom renovated suite. The wrap around balcony was nice. The suite was nice, much nicer than I anticipated with a timeshare unit. But there was not enough parking for the amount of guests (due to construction) and if you get in late, you may have to circle the parking lots for a while. I liked that the place had 3 pools and the fitness center was nice. The spa did not appear to be open, although there was a sign directing you how to make reservations. Very convenient to Ft Lauderdale airport.

Room was great. Lovely grounds. No restaurant on-site. duped out of some money for a timeshare pitch. Long wait at the front desk each time we had to go there. Got locked out of our rooms our second day due to improperly activated keys. It was annoying. Would not stay here again.

After driving almost 10 hrs to Florida, my hubby and I decided to stay here at Palm-Aire this year for our wedding anniversary. Upon arriving at 3:30am and checking in we were greeted nicely and given our keys to our room. In arriving to the room, the room was so small and was a bit stuffy in smell. Then we noticed there was an infestation and previous water damage - oh no! I was not comfortable at all and was wasn’t able to sleep here. I was ready to go somewhere else, and we called to see if another property was available. So I waited a couple of hours to go back to the front desk and ask for management. We had to wait until management showed up for work but in the meantime we were able to get maintenance up to the room because the exterminator never showed, and he did spray but it wasn’t enough. Meanwhile I had not sat down because I was very uncomfortable being inside that room as well as being awake for 24hrs. So we went back down to speak with management, we spoke and explained our situation to Mr. Don Lewis, who was very apologetic and accommodating. He assisted us with getting into a newer suite. After transferring and entering the updated, brighter and cleaner suite in another building it turned out we should have been in this one from the beginning due to my husband’s tenure status with this association. But all-in-all every thing worked out and we were able to continue out our celebrated anniversary week! Thank you Don!

This is a really great resort for a family vacation. There is so much to do at the resort - ping pong, mini golf, tennis, basketball court, 4 pools, a good size gym, etc. They also have an arcade and a few different activities for kids every day, like making tie dye shirts. There is always something in the evening as well. The beach is a 17 minute drive away, which we didn't mind because we only spend two hours at a time at the beach. Our room was a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Great for eating meals in, which can be easier with kids than eating out. Very comfortable stay. Walmart is very close by for buying groceries. The area offers a large variety of additional activities if needed as well.

I enjoyed my stay. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with kitchen and laundry and outside balcony was great. The staff were very nice. Shout out to Sasha. They have activities in the property. Pool areas are nice. I just wish they had one for adults only. The children jumping in-diving- splashing water was not desirable. Also the eatery, the bucket list should remain open later. It closed before 7pm. Definitely when they have karaoke on Tues and Thurs the eatery should be open to get bites of food along with the bar.. other than that - it was great 👍🏾👍🏾

Rooms were pretty spacious. We had a two bedroom two bath which had a king size bed and double beds. There was washer n dryer In the unit. The front desk was friendly and not pushy about buying a timeshare. Great amenities, the slide, the gym, the activities center. Only downsides were their happy hour wasn’t complimentary and the checkout is at 10am.

I read a lot of the reviews on line, some were good and some were bad. the reviews had me worried that the rooms were going to be outdated and the service would be bad, along with broken elevators and dirty pools and other things. that could not be further from the truth. I have very picky children and wife and they sniff out the smallest of details to criticize, they were speechless for the first time in for ever. the rooms were clean and updated, the grounds were clean and full of activities, the front desk answered my calls on the first call EVERY time, no matter what time it was. The elevators not only worked they were fast and clean with hand sanitizer spray in each elevator. the location was close to everything. I love this place I would highly recommend This resort to anyone. I can't wait to come back again.

The rooms are super big & super comfy. They give you everything you need to make your vacation feel at home. Location is good. About 5 miles from the beach! The pools are great, and lots of activities to participate in. I'd definitely stay there again!

Staff are friendly. Grounds are immaculate. Our room is great and pretty modern. Family friendly and friendly for everyone actually. They have different activities going on throughout the day every day and it’s different each day also. A bar on the property with a small selection of drinks. The location is great and easy and quick to get around to places. Our only complaint would be that as an owner they (the sales staff on the property) try and sell you more and more credits. There was a huge miscommunication between the property and Wyndham and our two condo units were nowhere to be found in the system of Palm Aire. After hours of trying to clear this issue over the phone with the Wyndham headquarters the manager of the property finally said they would get us what we had reserved and set us up with wonderful condo units and would deal with Wyndham the next morning Wyndham headquarters/customer service was absolutely no help. So I let them and their board members know about it. The property however is awesome and would definitely come back! The manager we had the pleasure of getting us some peace of mind was the night manager named Victor. He’s a badass.

We have a friend with a time share here, so we visit a lot when he’s in town. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. Ow about the staff…wow they’re great. Our friends trip to town this time was unfortunately for his Moms ailing health and ultimate passing (she was 90). When the staff learned this they did double duty to make sure he was taken care of, had a newly refurbished room in his preferred building and the cleaning and amenities kept coming so his stay was as pleasant and stress free as possible. Our friend refers to the staff by first names at this point and knows almost all of them.

My best friend has a timeshare at Wyndham. She booked a 2 bedroom apartment for her birthday from Wednesday to Monday. We have been here a few times. Large rooms, kitchens living room, TV in each room. Enjoyed sitting around the pool & swimming in their spacious pools. Had a wonderful time staying at Wyndham.

Nice 2 bedroom condo resort. Comfy beds. Spacious, clean and relaxing. 3 pools one with good sized slide for bigger kids. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Activities. Shuttle to/from beach 1pm to 5pm. Con: there is no spa anymore and no central air. Each room has built in good sized air conditioner but it clicks on and off which disturbs sleep. Luckily some nights it was cool so we used fan mode. I really wanted a spa massage

I've stayed here twice with my family and it has been incredible. SO many activities, and the rooms are lovely in the main building (some other buildings have very dated decor, but the rooms are clean and comfortable). I love that there is so much to do there. It is currently undergoing renovations so some areas are unavailable, unfortunately, but it is still one of the best values in the area and we enjoy our stay every time we come here.

This is the perfect vacation location. Wyndham Palm Aire offers an all inclusive experience. Live music nightly, full scheduled activities for all ages with daily reminders, clean suites and grounds, interactive staff, miniature golf, human size chess and connect four games and so much more. I can't wait to return later this year. Great job, Wyndham Palm Aire!

I have visited this location several times. I always go back because I love it so much. This time was different, staff was friendly when you talk to them, but the overall mood of staff was down. I asked if possible to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom instead of 1 bedroom Suite, the answer was No, I asked for a little later check out, the answer was NO. We were 4 people in our room, but only 1 of each little shampoo, conditioner and soap..I understand it was very busy because of people evacuated from the West Coast due to the storm. But the overall experience this time was just disappointing!

We had a good stay at the resort. The pool was really nice, had a waterslide which was fun. The grounds are well kept and the staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a really nice gym. It's located close to several stores and only 30 min from the beach.

The room was great, just the hallways and other things in our building weren't the best (i.e. flickering lights, squeaky elevator, other small general maintenance issues). Overall good rooms, nice bed, clean, etc. They have alot of activities such as the many pools (that come with their own subset of pool games), mini golf, a plentiful amount of bars, ping pong, and a different rotating activity every day. You can walk to any part of the entire resort from whatever building you are in with very little difficulty. Overall great stay.
