The subs are big as advertised. They have both hot and cold subs. When I went, I was in the mood for a cold deli sub. I got the super Italian combo as recommended by the staff. It was quality. Will come back here

I would have given five stars, but the potato salad was a bit bland and the fountain soda brands (Lou Cola) were a little off tasting to me. The steak sub/hoagie I had was very tasty....I'll definitely go back and try different subs and get a regular soda (bottled/canned Coke&Pepsi).

I've been going to Lou's FOREVER! They aren't called Giant by accident. These sandwiches are huge, fresh, and always delicious. Myself and many coworkers and I have filled the shop and stayed to eat as well as come in and take home. The staff is great and always friendly! Be prepared to walk in and be surrounded by the aroma of yummmmm 🤤😄 Stopped in yesterday, June 7th, and had such a great experience.... the employees are wonderful, the food is fresh and delicious, and I met another Broward County school employee, and we had a great chat while waiting for our food. Did you know that they make spaghetti and meatballs??? Well, now you do!!! I'll be trying that asap!!

Not only does it share a name with one of my favorite people in the world, the people and the food were amazing. I’m a Philly boy and until we stopped at Lou’s I didn’t think anyone this far south could make a decent cheese steak, but Lou’s are great! The clam chowder was pretty awesome too. Thank you Lou’s for a great lunch and a great experience when we stopped in. Don’t expect fancy, just expect delicious!

The establishment was clean and comfortable. The staff/service was helpful, respectable and quick. The food was economical, plentiful and delicious. I ordered the 12 inch veggies sub. They did not have spicy mustard.

Honestly a hidden gem! Was getting new tires up the road and thought id kill some time, wow this place was insane. Everything you could imagine soups, salads, phillys, deli sandwiches. Everything sliced and made fresh. I definitely will be back to try more!

I stay 30 miles from this place. Ordered the sandwich in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait. The sandwich was not made as I ordered. I called to be compensated. The manager Kelly stated I would have to bring the sub back I order to get replacement or refund. As I stated they have already compromised me and it will cost me more to come back there today or tomorrow. Especially if they made the mistake. It’s one thing if I wanted to eat there but to come back the same day or next to get satisfied Is ludicrous I will never order online again. Pissed with results and lack of understanding when it’s the staff fault.

It's an old place but still make decent subs. Not like it used to be but still decent.

Called and placed an order over the phone waited 30mins before going inside to pick up my order . Once I went inside 40 mins later I stood in line highlighted “pick up” stood there for another 20 mins I still did not receive my order . the employee was very rude and discriminating. Highly upset I ordered 3 sub combos left with nothing.Very poor service.

Got the Meat Works hot sub. It was great. Cheese pull on point. Macaroni Salad was good. Staff is friendly.

The turkey sub i had yesterday was the worst i ever had. Why slice the bread all the way through to create a mess. I guess they block the toppings so you cant see if they are fresh or not. Pickles that was put on my sandwich were rubbery and uneatable as if they were plastic. I definitely had better subs at wawa at a much reasonable price. Never again. Open honest review! Dont be underwhelmed like me especially if you are on OMAD

Customer service GREAT! Just ordered for the first time DoorDash doesn't allow you to add special instructions so I called the women was polite and told me it's no problem she will add the extra instructions for my sub. 10/10 customer service I'll be back for a food review

I ordered a 12" krabmeat sub online for pickup, I told them do not cut the sub leave it whole, sub still got cut in half but here the kicker I didn't realize the inmatation crabmeat was missing until when I got home and was on the third bite. I ate it for sure was hungry, now I feel like I was overcharged for a veggie sub.

Its closing time and they still took the time out to make me the Best Italian sub that I've ever had. Thank You Lou's

Great place to eat love the “mom and pop” vibe it gives off! Definitely will be returning! Was looking for a bite to eat and found Lou’s on google so decided to give it a try. Lou’s did not disappoint one bit, not for anyone in the family. Everyone said their sub was the freshest and most delicious we have had! Very fresh, crisp and perfect balance of crunch and flavor for the taste buds. Everything is sliced and made fresh! Go stop in at Lou’s and try for yourself.

Nothing like ordering delivery from Lou's and them making the order wrong. Specifically requested no onions in my steak and cheese. I specifically requested a certain type of bag of chips and they just gave me whatever they felt like. Can't really knock the place cuz it's pretty damn good but maybe read the ticket before you make the order. Just wasted $15 bucks for nothing I can't eat anything with onions on it. This was my first visit here. We walked in and were greeted and helped right away. The food was delicious and the place was clean and they had outside seating too.

Lou's is a pretty good place. Love the salads and subs. Must try the blackened chicken with bacon as a salad. Real good. Also chicken and bacon Philly is pretty good.

Everyone there are very welcoming accommodating friendly and informative. Large menu giving plenty of options to everyone in our party. The subs are gigantic and freshly prepared to your Exact specifications !!! Everything was absolutely delicious !!! Wonderful to cater parties or buy lunch for the office or just stop at dinner time Lou’s Giant Subs is a fantastic place to go !!!!

Had been a while since I visited Lou's. And as always, ordered my favorite! Had the Lou's way toppings, and the flavor hasn't changed in all the years I've eating at this staple in my community. First time I visited this shop, at another location, when I was 12 or 13. Now, it's in another location, but still fresh cut everything, the bread is so yummy and soft! The staff is friendly as everyone! And always with a smile! Y'all have to visit Lou's subs! Love you guys!!!!

Great local sub spot who have managed to maintain their excellence for decades! Freshly sliced meats (and plenty of it) on each sub. Also on the menu are hot subs and entrees. The staff is amazing! You can take your order to go or eat in. I've been a customer of Lou's since their beginnings in the 70's. They will not disappoint.

Have been going to Lou's since it was under original ownership. It's never been the same since. This visit in 2022 the bread was dry, the meats (full Italian) lacked the freshness that Lou's was always known for. After better than 20 years I will no longer return. Sad to see such an iconic spot disappear.

They don't mess around here, I tried the ghost pepper cheese on roast beef. I heard a rumor they're gonna name that combo the Guy Special 🤔
