This location is really going downhill. Today they had 15 people working the florist department for mother's Day, yet the two products I come in for a we're out of stock, cashew milk and cashew butter. But they're in the business of making money, not happy customers. The past four visits there have been no rotisserie chickens.

The manager called me a imbecile and said my daughter is causing a scence because she was crying and she’s only 2 yearss old. I told her she’s being rude and people like her have problems and she called me racist and said i will be trespassed if i don’t leave.

I was on line and the clerk ignored for a good few minutes chitchatting with the previous customer, she started exchanging phone numbers with him, not even apologizing to me, at the end I remained her that she have to start serving me. Instead of simply say sorry, she started teaching me manners that I did not greet her. I took my grosseries and went to different line. The lady there apologized to me for what happened. She personally deserves 5 stars. The supervisor was watching all of this and did completely nothing. I was shocked, this is not a policy of Publix. Parking garage was great and found most of the items I was looking for easily. Customer service was fantastic. They understand that you may have to return things that you buy so they give you store credits for no receipts and full refund with receipt without any arguments.

I absolutely love coming to this location. The garage parking lot and the way it’s tucked away from the street. The store itself is gorgeous inside and clean. The employees are really nice and genuinely want to help you find what you’re shopping for!

Alexis in the deli was incredible. His customer service was phenomenal and he was very personable. So impressed with this experience.

I have been shopping at Publix forever, last night I went to the customer service counter with my daughter to return something and the cashier was having trouble scanning an item so she had to put her fingers in to this small hole that was sharp stainless steel to open the scanner…. This is ridiculous!!! It’s dangerous and should be fixed. Your employees deserve to work in a safe environment. Get if fixed!!! Publix can definitely afford a repair of this size! I will be checking to see if it’s repaired the next time I go in. Thank you 😊

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge the excellent customer service given to me at the Deli today by Department Head Ms. Bryant and Tre who made our sandwich. Your service was stellar! Keep up the good work!

Ordered a sandwich on the app and it was not ready at the designated time. The employee stated they did not have an order for me despite me having an email confirmation also verifying the correct location. I was told to get in line and have my sandwich made. The employee had an attitude when I asked for double meat and there was only white bread available. This location seems very disorganized.

The bakery did an amazing job with my grandson's pull apart cake! It was ready before I got there and I am very satisfied!

I love Publix especially the service from marni and kenetra wayyyyyy better than subway!!!!!!!!! Very welcomed, greeted, wheel chair accessible, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you ladies!!!!

They just started making a double decker tiramisu … publix has had the best tiramisu for a long time and now they have a huge one. The best bakery!! Love the staff, they are always so pleasant. Keep making this!!! It’s amazing!!!!!

The store was clean and staff was very friendly. Great place to get a few things or your weekly groceries. Has covered parking which is good.

The parking was easily accessible. To be in a very high traffic area so close to the beach, there weren't any issues getting in and out of the shopping plaza. The store itself was well staffed and very clean but I cannot say the same for their restrooms. They are in serious need of a new ventilation system.

Let's be honest, it is a Publix. Service is something they do very well. I stopped in for a card for a friend's Gender reveal and was able to grab some cash back for a gift as well. Super friendly cashier. Welcoming atmosphere. The only thing that kills me about Publix is those prices in regards to most groceries. But, if you are in need of lunch, as all us Floridians will tell you, you cannot go wrong with a Pub Sub. 😁

I shop this Publix everyday I'm in a electric wheelchair my battery went dead the asstant mngrs.would not let me charge my battery I have major heart problems and I'm waiting to have hip surgery that told me to leave I finally got the mngr keath and he took my battery to charge so I can leave. Thanks to him I might get home.the asstant managers are worthless and don't care labout the handicaped I hope all Publixs aren't like this .I hope that thay are in trouble one day and they get the same treatment

One of the managers on duty today (wish I had gotten his name) was super amazing and helped me determine location of a missing wallet. Went above and beyond to help. That’s why Publix is the best.

Excellent customer service, Gloria was very helpful with my purchase. Very kind and knowledgeable, She went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Wouldnt have been able to make the purchase without her.

Anthony's the best manager I've met at this store. However, not going to name the other manager but he never gave me a good morning when I last said good morning as he turned around for 1 quick second and looked back forward shaking his head in some sort of disbelief and I'm just standing there like ok then, guess I'll move on with my day. It is what it is I guess but other then that, great store.

I always loved this publix it used to be my home publix since b4 it was remodeled! They always have everything I need plus they offer more a variety if different Items that other publics do not have. Love the fact they had a large variety of fresh flowers for Mother's Day as a first for Mother's Day as I had about 8 lovely women I had to get flowers for!

Pharmacy nasty employee Hillary!! Very rude when answered the phone, put you on hold without letting you know. I hung up the phone after putting me on hold! Een hour or so later I called again to request if my prescription was ready to be picked up, because at this time it was already 5:00 pm and my medication was suppose to be ready earlier in the morning! Well, the answer I received was, oh I spoke with you half hour ago, it’s ready and she hung up the phone!! Very rude and not friendly at all! I picked up my medication and Rosy helped me, she was very nice, but the look I received from that Hillary, was just not pretty! She has no knowledge of customer service at all!! If she does not like the job, she should leave, that is bad representation for Publix and the pharmacy manager and the store manager!!

Good ,clean, friendly. They seem to have everything one would need. The only thing is gluten free options I'd like to see dedicated freezer and isle items. Gluten free needs some work

Some of the staff were friendly and had everything we needed for our stay in Florida. I didn't like that they made the cashier put her hair in a ponytail while I was there. Her hair was shoulder length wasn't interfering with anything and she wasn't handling open food. In my opinion they could have handled that privately and not in front of customers.

ATM is located outside in front of the store. The store is clean, but prices are higher than Walmart's $68 for seven items. Most of the deli's meat is pork unless it's the chicken option.

For whatever reason, it’s been difficult to find basil from time to time. The smaller packets that hang were all out. This basil was found by the semi-Italian section of tomatoes and such in the same part of the store. I love when I see these sunflowers. They just make me smile 🤩

Everything was fine except my steaks didn't have a price. The cashier just looked it up on her phone..didn't even call a manger or the meat dept. Way to keep my Sunday a Funday 🥰

It's a beautiful store with everything you could want. Unfortunately the employees are the WORST. This is the second bad experience I have had here. In the checkout line, you put your stuff on and the blonde woman looks at you...for a while. Like she has no intention of checking you out. When she finally deins to let you pay it's ok. They have nice tables outside to sit and eat, unfortunately the employees are there too loudly talking on their cell phones complaining about their lives. That and the hair nets on the floor and the very loud cart guy who never stops make it almost as bad as the checkout.

Has everything I need and wonderful staff. The buy 1 get 1 deals are unbeatable, and the sales are fantastic. The hot deli area has some wonderful premade foods that I don't find at other stores, like baked salmon and soups. The subs are always delicious. The pasta salad is amazing, and the bakery has the most delectable cakes, pies and desserts for anyone with a sweet tooth! My favorite Publix location!

I move to vegas years ago so when I got to Florida for a few days PUBLIX was a must to get some snack, few groceries, and liquor! I love this groceries store so much! It’s so clean there, everything you need is so easy to find! All of the workers in public are always nice and can be found! There’s like one on each aisle!! The meat, food, and produce is all so fresh! They have a huge choice for international food and ingredients which was my favorite! I was making Korean Glazed Meat Balls!

Store listed as "LGBTQ+ friendly" Head office we live in America i have never run into a grocery store that hassled people for LGBTQ+ friendly Whats the deal here ? Why even mention it and demean America If you feel that way and its an issue go back to New York And whats the + mean ?
