Came in for COVID test and a possible upper respiratory infection. Waited the 20 minutes the girl at reception told me. Went back to a room with a nice young lady and she took my vitals and told me the Dr would be right in. I waited patiently for 39 minutes and walked out of the room and asked if anyone was coming. The girl behind the desk said the Dr would be right there. I waited another 22 minutes before she came in and asked me with an attitude “what’s wrong with you.” I said what do you mean. She said why are you here. I would have thought she would have read the chart to get an idea, but I guess not. I told her and she gave me some prescriptions and I left. Two things are wrong here. 1 no communication between staff and patients, making them wait for so long is ridiculous. 2 the Dr has no bed side manner at all. I’ve been to this location before and had a great experience. There was only one other person in the waiting area, so it wasn’t like they were busy

I can only give this 2 stars not five because I waited over two hours to get taken. You only have one doctor. That is ridiculous. You should really have more doctors and move a little faster. The guy that checks are in is very nice. But you should have two people at the window not one and more doctors to help the customers what if someone came in and was really really sick let’s say they were having a heart attack u would tell them they have to wait that’s ridiculous. I probably would find another Urgent Care to go to. Because waited 2 1/2 hours is crazy nothing against you, but you should really figure something out because I live in New York and my Urgent Care there are four doctors don’t have to wait 2 1/2 hours. I would tell people never to go to urgent care. I’m very sorry. After reading all the reviews. I agree with all. The people. That wrote the review that place. It’s horrible and I will not be going to that Urgent Care I will be going to another one you don’t care about anyone that walked through the door if you did, it would’ve taken care of it by now. U say please email us or call us. We’d like to take care of the situation you are.lairs it’s a horrible place I noticed after reading all the reviews people put up say the same thing horrible place horrible staff they waited a few hours etc. etc. etc. it’s just a horrible place you should really consider about that but you won’t so that’s really all I got to say horrible place

Please avoid this MD Now, specifically Dr. Clifton Confident. His ego and pride is put first, not the well being of his patients. He is aggressive and not professional at all. Dr. C. will make ill mannered comments due to his bad attitude. His behavior towards the sick and injured patients must be rectified immediately. This is unacceptable and is not a direct representation of MD Now’s values. We deserve better. Do better, Dr. Confident.

I called to the MD Center yesterday and informed the receptionist that I was referred to the center for pre-employment drug screening. She told me to come anytime till 8 pm. I came at about 3:30 pm and was told that the person who is doing screenings is gone for today. I returned to the center today it took over an hour for me to get in for the testing. Otherwise the service was great: lots of parking available, place is quiet, clean and nice. The receptionist was very helpful, the person doing screening was informative and polite.

I went to this place today to be seen for my 7yrs old as she has an earache. When I arrive the 2 girls at the front desk were just chatting so I can tell they were annoyed by my arrival so I interrupted they’re conversation. So when I asked if my daughter can be seen she said yes and needed my ID and Insu card which is understandable. However, when I advised her that I don’t have the insurance card in hand but I do have the number she turn me away. Now I been on the medical field for 17 yrs now and to bill you don’t actually need the card especially for MEDICAID. Now not only she was turning me away and as I am trying to explain to her she was rude and not trying to even listen to me and to make matter worst she said she didn’t ask me for my title as I was trying to explain to her how the billing works I asked for her name and I know she gave me a another name. today is Friday 04/7 and I went around 6:30pm. She was extremely rude and didn’t even see the humanity of pain my daughter was in.

Don’t go to this place. Horrible medical advice and service. They think that they can run experiments on you like you’re some kind of guinea pig and tell you oh just try out this medication and if it doesn’t work, just come back in three days gambling with your health. They put me in a room and forgot about me. I was there for a total of over two hours, and literally, there were no other patients aside from me at the very end. The top it off they prescribed me the wrong meds and told me that I can call them and they can rectify that however, it was hell trying to get a hold of them.

Please try to avoid this md now at all costs if possible. I went in for a deep cut on my hand and I had three different doctors/ PAs tell me completely different things. I had a PA say I didn’t need stitches on my cut, then i go in two days later to see a doctor and he tells me I should have gotten stitches but it is too late now. I then had another follow up appointment with a doctor who was by far the rudest and roughest. I believe his name was Dr. Confident. He was messing with my hand so aggressively which made the wound open back up a little more. He made condescending remarks which made me feel not welcomed. Please please avoid this entire place.

Dr. Clark, Jennifer, Samantha, Evelyn, and the rest of the staff at MD Now were superb; they took care of my mother expeditiously all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The office was extremely clean and well appointed, and the medical equipment was all top-notch. Thank you all for taking such good care of my mom!!

Run away from this place! I have been here twice, the first time around the doctor and nurse who saw me were wonderful, great experience from beginning to end, doctors here rotate a lot, you never see the same person. Yesterday I went in and felt completely cared less specially by the doctor that was on site, a female doctor, she barely touched me, clearly she was afraid, she chose the wrong profession, I waited 1 hour to have her talk to me for a consultation that lasted less than 4 minutes and for her to send a prescription with no blood work, no x-ray no nothing, I won’t even pick up the prescription because clearly she’s not knowledgeable at all, maybe she bought her diploma. I paid to have services rendered and not to be discriminated because I did not answer her question of weather or not I was vaccinated, what is the difference? Where is the oath doctor’s pledge to serve the public? Someone please remove her right to practice medicine, this woman is a disaster.

Wait time extremely long. Takes forever to get into the room and once you do they make you wait even longer. The personal is very rude and disrespectful and manager is no help whatsoever. They had me waiting 1 hour and 45 min to be attended and 2 hours to get the doctor into the room. When I made a complaint about that, the manager showed no interest and said she can’t do anything about that and walked away. The doctor was in a rush and did not attend me well, and said I had nothing when he was wrong, he was so rushy that he barely looked at me and when the nurse came and looked calmly she said there was something and he told her “ I brought you in to agree with me, not to tell her otherwise” and the nurse then started to say there was nothing there. I then proceeded to go to another urgent care and they told me everything opposite !! I clearly had something.

Urgently arrived at the Deerfield office at around 12:30pm. Not busy, seems to be the better time, provided my info, symtoms, insura e info and that took all of 10 minutes. Immediately brought to an exam room, took my vitals, asked questions, and then saw the Doctor. She checked my ears and found an infection in my left ear. Perscribed antibiotic and sent me on my way. Great staff and curtious!

Had a good experience today. Front desk was quick and efficient. Wait wasn’t long for only one doctor on. He came in knowing my issue and gave me good advice on care. 👍

Staff was overall helpful and friendly, my mom had an allergy and had to find a doctor asap, I am glad she found this place. The lady at the front desk, Jade, helped her when I couldn’t be there for her. My mother doesn’t speak English fluently yet, she’s learning, so every time she needs services like that she struggles with people without patience, but fortunately Jade and the female doctor made it easy for her. Jade was patient, talked to me over the phone and to her through a translation app, and was very polite helping her with everything she needed. Thank you for your great service, your help made our experience so much better.

I have been to many clinics and this one was by far the one that I would love to come back again to if I ever need it. The staff were helpful and caring, the doctor loved his job and it was great to see it. I appreciate you all.

Worse place ever . Waited 90 min to do a flue test . They don’t care that you are sick , just want to take your money and go watch Netflix in the office while you wait . The doctor was a joke . I waited 3 hours where nobody was there to tell me that I have Covid

  • 5/5 Franklin Z. 5 months ago on Google

Dr confidant was very quick, efficient and listened to me. I had my issues resolved with follow up care in place as well. I was in and out of there in a jiff thanks to my sweet nurse Mickie who was so gentle with her administration of a shot to a big baby like me. I'll definitely come back to this specific location just bc everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor himself were so kind.

After a check in for just a physical clearance, I waited for 2 HOURS and no one showed up. I decided to get my money back and leave the place. (When I got there I saw someone doing the same thing after waiting for 3 hours)

Edit 5/27/23 - Clinic contacted me and resolved the problem ( unrelated to my original 2star review). I recommend MDNow Deerfield and Margate (62nd) Miscommunication with pharmacies happen. Dr Clifton Confidant is excellent, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. Added 3 starts . *Original review: The Dr who saw me last Monday 5/15 at MD Derfield told me he had sent my Rx (short refill of med while I wait for MRI ) electronically to a nearby pharmacy **but forgot to send it** I called today and a not-the-same-Dr won't auth refill without a new consultation + has no time to read the notes on my record. I can't walk or drive and can't find a position to sit/rest or sleep. The 5/15 Dr. was good - which is an exception bc 99% there don't even hear you - It's "go home", "go to ER" or "go see your PCP." The receptionist gave me an attitude but promised she would call me back re: refill after reviewing record notes. Never happened.

Dr was GREAT! Booking an on line “reservation” is pointless. It’s not an appt, it doesn’t save your place in line either. You just fall in behind everybody else when you arrive. Wait time was over 2 hours.

  • 1/5 Alex S. 2 years ago on Google
I came in to have a standard urinalysis. 2 hours and 25 minutes later I am sitting in a room still waiting to see someone. Slick website and messages about transparent billing. Unfortunately getting the care seems to take a very long time. The doctor finally came in 2 hours and 40 minutes in. Dr. was very nice-5 minutes3q I believe the issue seems from MD Now corporte and the amount of staff-or lack thereof.

  • 1/5 Jessica 2 years ago on Google
Staff is rude. Uncaring. Front desk has a " write you're name down, well be back in 30" sign posted. After 30 mins of sitting I finally get checked in. Sent my insurance card over 3 times before they manually looked it up (took them 30 seconds). Fire alarm went off for 15 minutes before I had to get up and ask for this to be addressed. Called ahead they said they are not busy, was given a 2 hour wait time by the front desk. Very unprofessional and unpleasant woman rolling her eyes at the desk at any request related to doing her job. Showed up because of the higher ratings on google. Absolutely will not make this mistake again. Worst office in the area by far.

Don’t come there at 7:30 pm with an emergency, they will not take you. Don’t loose time on your care. They will be sitting on their desk and calmly closing the day and will not even offer you to call an ambulance if you need it.

Awful experience. I went in on 12/12 at 8:15am with severe pain under my ribs. The NP sent me for 3 different tests and prescribed general antibiotics. 4 days later, I have no tests result, am still in pain, and have gotten no follow up. I called for the results and nobody can find them.

MD Now performed three tests (Strep, Flu, and COVID) on me--two negative, one positive. They wrote a prescription and faxed it to Walgreens. It seems that I am well, after finishing the drug prescribed, and I have no complaints about their diagnosis and prescription. However, (1) the waiting room was on the chilly side, and I shivered there for over three hours, before seeing anyone. (2) It was a PA that made the diagnosis; the person listed as head of the unit was a DO. Is there an actual MD anywhere? (3) The PA said I could obtain a written copy of her report from the receptionist. On my first try, the receptionist claimed that the PA had told her that I already had that report (nope). After another half-hour waiting, the receptionist gave me the report.

I went there to ask the price of a school physical including transferring the shot records. I was informed the price would be $70 (for both). I sent my friend there the next day. They only did the physical and gave her the wrong form. They never did the shot records. I called and spoke to Kendra who answered the phone and she informed me that they should have filled out the shot records, it shouldn’t have been a problem. She transferred me to the Deerfield office (on Hillsboro) I spoke to a manager who identified herself as Adrian Louis. She said they did not have anyone in staff who knew how to do it and it would cost another $70.. The “office manager” admitted that the call center and their front desks didn’t know the correct information and she didn’t offer any kind of help! Avoid this place they don’t know what they’re doing besides of the fact that they are super rude and like to take advantage of people!!!

  • 1/5 Chrissy B. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty much everyone in this office is rude as could be and doesn’t care about you, your existence as a human being or your time. Waited 3 hours for a tetanus shot because I punctured my foot on a piece of metal, and approaching hour three was when I finally saw the LPN. She didn’t even introduce herself. Literally walked into the room and the first thing she said was “what’s wrong with your foot?”. Hmmm… I don’t know, maybe if you read the chart you would know! If you want to dump several hours of your life in a doctors office where I’m pretty sure if you collapsed on the floor nobody would bat an eye, feel free to come on down to the MD Now Urgent Care! Yes, I’m salty. But dang! A three hour wait and you can’t even introduce yourself? Geez Louise….

  • 1/5 Katie L. 1 year ago on Google
Always a bad experience at MD Later I try to avoid if at all possible. Walked in today and said how long is the wait, it’s always 2 hours here even when waiting room is empty… “The wait is 2 hours right now.” I walked out. Go elsewhere if you want faster service. Xpress Urgent Care right down the street is much faster and better.

Awful. I arrived and spoke to the woman at the front desk at 2:45 pm. I gave her my license and insurance card. She handed me a tablet to check in an hour later. Here I thought I was already checked in for over an hour. Now it is 4:21 and I still am waiting in the waiting room. They do require you to wear a mask which is actually a plus because you will be in the waiting room with other people for 3 hours. I would also like to make clear that it is not anywhere near busy here. Two new people have showed up since my arrival. A couple that was here before me is still waiting as well. I understand we all need to be patient and wait sometimes but this is a blatant disregard for anyone else’s time.

Don't go here. The blonde, husky medical assistant is rude, snippy and agressive. She was working today 5/29 in the morning. Dont know her name because the staff said no to me when i asked for it. So here i am complaining here like a karen. Oh well. She doesn't do well under pressure and it shows. She shouldn't be around patient's if she cant handle the heat. She was doing rounds and came to my room to tell me that the dr got 2 emergncy calls and will be running behind and to be patient. I went to JOKE and very sarcasticly replied "awe well i just want my meds" and what happened next was uncalled for. It is your responsibility as a medical assistant to compose yourself in a professional manner and not get rude FOR NO REASON known or unknown and she failed terribly .

ZERO STARS: Terrible service and incompetent doctor. Took my son in for a laceration (to be glued or possibly stitches). Doctor (Carter) walked in and immediately told us that he doesn’t have to resources to help us . When asked what “resources “, he said because he’s a baby and won’t stay still that he may need sedation. Then referred us to an ER which they send many patients to. Because he provided no care for my son, I asked for a refund. They refused. Since I’ve paid for a service, I asked the assistant for the doctor to at least attempt to put the glue on his cut, but he still refused service and no refund. We went to that ER (15-20 minutes away) and wasn’t finished until almost 5 hours since this visit. The ER doctor said it was a simple procedure. The RN said that the MD now could’ve easily provided the service and lazy on their part. Because of the incompetence of the doctor and staff , my son had to suffer in pain for hours longer than necessary and also the extensive costs. AVOID THIS DOCTOR and staff!!

No option for 0 stars. If you want to spend money at a place that requires you to wear a mask feel free to do so. No mask mandate in the state yet this place refused me service as I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. They made a big deal about me not wearing one so add MD Now to the places I will never return.

They don't answer their phone. Called at 8:50 a.m....recording comes on says " our normal hours are from ,830 ,? Finished IV 2 week treatment. They left me to my own devices to remove the pic line. Didn't send anyone or call about removing the line the nurse " Isabel" refused to call me, answer her phone or texts The one Bright spot is the nurse who came daily ( Sharon) was Great!

There is only one doctor and no nurse. People waiting outside for over an hour when it's finally your turn they place u in a room and wait again. It didn't seem Urgent Care more like ''Not Urgent Care at all" no sense of urgency or empathy. I don't recommend if it's urgent.
