    This was the worst experience I have ever had with the service at Dunkin Donuts. The young man that was at the cash register was very insulting and rude. He made personal derogatory comments about me without any provocation. If this location wants to attract more customers they need to train their employees better. The manager came by and asked him to leave the register because he was arguing with her as well. Avoid this location.

    If you want your order the way you ordered it go elsewhere… I’ve been here numerous times, 3 out of 4 times having a negative experience, but they’re close to my home so I kept going. This morning I placed an order and clearly stated multiple times I wanted 2 cold brew coffees. Upon reaching the window they handed me 1. I kindly explained that I ordered 2 and was told “NO! You only ordered one!” as she pointed to the receipt. As if pointing to the receipt was an indication of my own incompetence as opposed to their staff not being able to take your order properly… Additionally I’ve never seen a franchise with such a high rollover rate, clearly due to hiring low quality staff members.

    This location has some very rude employees. Seems like they would rather stand around and talk all day with each other, instead of serving the customers. Bad location. Bad customer service.

    The girl who took my order was very nice. That's where my good experience ended. I've been ordering my coffee the same way for a decade, or at least for as long as Dunkin Donuts has been offering espresso shots. The staff was incredibly rude, I had to reorder my coffee four times and it was still wrong. I asked for my food to be prepared a certain way and they did the exact opposite of what I ordered. I finally gave up and took it as it was.

    I ordered a shot of sweetened French Vanilla, I got UNSWEETENED VANILLA. Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! They wouldn’t fix it and all but cursed me out at the window…such a shame they can’t get a simple order correct.

    After waiting 10 minutes in line I order a small hot black coffee paying $2.02 as we are driving off I am noticing the lid looks like they took it out of the garbage can and it’s not even close to full ! I really cannot believe they charged me for this being in a hurry to get to work I’m not even able to go back unbelievable. Please do not go to this unsanitary place .

    Staff are pretty rude. They did not fry this bread on one side, I asked them to toast it again, but they did not even look at me. I'm a regular customer of Dunkin's and I love their products, but I've never had such a bad experience. That's why I wanted to point out.

    This location really needs help making simple lattes, it’s one of their expensive drinks and yet it taste like dirty water. It’s a coffee place the staff should know how to make coffee especially for people just starting their day. All the Dunkins in Florida have been terrible lately. Please train your staff to make better drinks so people actually want to come back.

    Horrible service! I've been going to this Dunkin for some time now, and everytime that I go, the workers get worse and worse. Their attitude is so unnecessary, they are extremely unaccomodating, and disrespectful. The back talk, sucking teeth, rolling eyes, while they are still on their phones, not paying any attention. This whole having someone stand in the driveway, like their trying to copy Starbucks or Chik Fil A is NOT working for them as a company. You can't expect customers to memorize their entire menu, especially when they add new items consistently. Then, gets an attitude when you simply want to look at their menu. They didn't complete my entire order, food was cold and untasteful. An entire new management needs to come to this location because they are going to lose customers. No wonder, lately, this location has become more vacant.

    The white girl with glasses in the drive through is extremely rude ! No customer service only attitude here . Do not go .. unbelievable.. yelled at me for asking for a jelly. And made a comment saying who asked for jelly with a jelly donut .. when I had a bagel.

    If I could rate a zero I would! Walked up to the doors and they were all locked despite all signs that said open come in for carryout! Would have used the drive-thru but came on foot with no car. Very disappointed, I was unable to get my coffee!

    This location has to be the worst location in the world. The employees have no customer service skills. They have care in the world.. most days it takes almost 20-30mins to get one hot latte. This is sad and manage should start completely over with staff.

    I've given this location too many chances. The professionalism is lacking. I've suggested to management numerous times they should offer professional development classes because the customer service skills are lacking. Krystal is absolutely horrible taking orders. So my encounter this morning was over 2 cents but it's my money and right is right I want my change. if I had ordered and did not have enough money they would not give me the food. Today was the final draw. I've filled out so many surveys and have emails from the field learning manager Angel Rhodes. I don't want a free coffee or donut I WANT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. But no worries if I have to drive a few extra miles to another location to prevent from getting frustrated at the pompano location I'll do just that.

    I have never written a negative review about any place, but my last two experiences have been so bad, I feel like I need to say something. On 09/07 I attempted to enter the restaurant at 4:15pm and both doors were locked with no note. I then went through the drive-thru and ordered two coffees. Both of them were lattes, but when I tasted them it was simply cold coffee with a lot of creamer. The same thing happened roughly a week earlier. There was no one else in line, and the staff wasn't under any pressure... They were either really high, or just lazy.

    Been there on numerous occasions this time I’m done. They can’t make a Cafe con leche and have no clue what it is. Another time they “ran out of milk”. How are you a coffee shop and “run out of milk”. Will never go here again.

    I cant with this location anymore. I only put up with it because I live across the street. The employees are rude except for one female manager that I only see once in a blue.I order the same hot coffee everyday regular cream extra sugar and everyday they get it wrong. The morning employees are so rude and I'm polite every morning. I'm done. I'm googling the next closest Dunkin and I'll go out of my way. If you like nasty employees with horrible customer service and you dont mind a mystery order that isn't what you asked for this Dunkin is for you.

    I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese with a old fashion donut. By the time i made it to work i realized all o received was a an empty bagel, no donut, not anything. This is why they wont get 15 an hour.

    The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff is very rude when taking your order, and they all have attitudes like they hate there jobs!! Not my fault maybe get a new job than be disgustingly rude to customers who just want there coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this one

    They forgot my wake up wrap so I took a video when I got home to show them next visit in hope they would do the right thing with a complimentary wrap! All I got was absolute attitude!! I then exited the drive thru only to receiver cold food and a cold coffee!!! I did not waste any more time and go back and can assure I will never return!

    Horrible! Ordered a bacon egg cheese croissant- the sandwich was sloppy- looks like they put the cheese together to make whole slice, had absolutely no flavor and just looked sloppy and was cold. Chocolate croissant- not edible- waste of money- it was as hard as a rock when I went to eat it. Iced coffee- tasted like stale coffee. Service- lady at the drive thru greeted me and then started laughing and having a separate conversation with someone else before continuing to assist me as a customer. I should have taken pictures but I was on my way to work. This store needs an overhaul- no bueno! 👎🏼

    Every time I come here there’s always a line of people outside and inside. They get orders wrong and they are short staffed. The staff seems overworked and working slow. It’s a problem when the cashier has to stop what she’s doing to help prepare orders while everyone else is waiting to give their orders. The cashier wears the same gloves at the cash register when helping prepare orders.

    I am so amazed at how fast the service has become here. The customer service lady at the window literally was holding the cup outside of the drive thru pick up window before I got a chance to arrive from placing my order at the drive through speakers. The bagel didn’t taste fresh, though. The other time I visited the bagel was fresh. This place’s service is quicker than other coffee shops in the area. That’s why they’re so busy!

    I'm not sure what has happened within the past 2 months. I haven't seen the same faces as before. When they were there the coffee was always amazing and their service was literally so good that I was shocked and I even asked for the manager a few times to compliment her employees. But now I see new people and they are still nice but the coffee is really not good at all. I keep ordering flavors in it and almond milk and I keep ending up with a flavorless coffee. I think Dunkin should really implement a tipping system either on the card or have a tip cup. Because tips motivate employees and they become much happier that way and then you get better quality employees that care about their job as well. Please dunkin I love your coffee but something needs to change. This location is right by my house and I used to come frequently but not lately.

    Rude is an understatement. Ordering my frozen coffee without sugar and extra half and half, blended well. Because 9 times out of 10 they don’t get it right, I make sure I repeat so that we don’t have to redo it and waste ingredients. The lady making it , wish I would have her name, ignores me , doesn’t respond, and furthermore speaks on the phone, so obviously I repeat again - No Sugar please, and her rude and disrespectful comment was: “ you’re the guy who always gives me problems”. - Really lady? I was out of there without any coffee right that second and not putting my foot back in there again.

    Very rude and obnoxious employee taking orders. Tried to tell her 4 times how much cream and sugar I would like and each time she would interrupt me and start reading the order back and say is that all. When I said no and tried to tell her again how many creams and sugar to add she interrupted me again.     My favorite Dunkin’ in the country, and I’ve been to many. Joyce is the best!! She is such a hard worker and always lifts my spirits with her good mood! Very friendly chatty staff always patient and helpful. Donuts are always fresh 😌

    These people that work here whoever made my coffee has very little interest or intellectual capacity; I asked for 8 caramel swirl pumps and they tapped it 8 times and barely any caramel came out , they have to press fully or tell me they don’t feel like making it because I had to go to another Dunkin to get a replacement; it’s a caramel syrup any uninformed farmer can understand you must press fully that’s what counts as 1 caramel syrup pump not them tapping it like a rabbit and nothing coming out, how does their mind think that is okay or they enjoy messing up other peoples coffee to ruin their day because their own individual life is lacking? They can’t even make a coffee correctly ?

    Deliciously chaotic, likely because the median age of the workers seems to be about 12 years old. However, what they lack in organization, they make up in enthusiasm. My sourdough breakfast sandwiches were well prepared on both occasions that I ordered them. Unfortunately, they were mislabeled at the pickup counter, so I had to shuffle through others' scattered offerings to find mine. Don't let this put you off; go, order, and enjoy the ride.     Today, ten minutes ago, My husband and me stop at Dunkin Donuts in pompano beach on Atlantic Blvd est of Dixie hwy for couple coffees. We ordered a large ice coffee and a expresso with ice on the side, and they charge us 55 cent for the ice for the expresso.That's ridiculous

    They can never make the iced caramel macchiato right. They add too much milk and little expresso. When you ask to remake a different drink they screwed that one up also. This was my second time giving them another chance. They made the macchiato last time the same way. We have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts they give you 50% expresso and 50% milk. I won’t be back here ever again.
