Good to still have a great department store around. Tired of Walmart.

Sephora is no longer in the JCPenney stores. The selections for clothes seem outdated. It was actually sad walking thru the store as it was empty. No customers. It's a shame as it was once a great place to shop.

No disabled wheelchair. Only chair available, once you sit you fall deep. Uneven sidewalks as you enter. Fancy bricks, won’t let walker slide and had to lift walker which gave me pain. The entrance doors for disabled not working. A shame, cause I like this store.

Geraldine greeted us with a pleasant welcome upon entering the store. During check out I had several expired coupons but she was kind & patient enough to help me find a current one in my phone. Also, upon paying with cash, I had brand new bills from the bank which of course she was gracious and honest enough to immediately hand back to me. Don't know what I'd have done without her today as my mind was elsewhere because I'm going thru a tough time. It's kind people like her with small tender gestures that can really make the day of a complete stranger. Thank you Geraldine.

What a beautiful store! They have almost anything you want and you are not exhausted walking as the store is the perfect size. This is a Pompano Beach treasure as the workers are friendly and helpful and the store is clean!!!

A great shopping experience. Environment is relaxed and quiet, everything's cohesively organized, staff is helpful and friendly. I found the clothing to be elegant regardless of it being formal or casual. Prices are great too! In particular, I'd like to compliment the lady who tended to me today, unfortunately I couldn't get her name, but I was there on 5/2/23 at around 5pm. She was really helpful!

It looks like no one lives here.. so help yourself, besides that.. as always a nice place to buy.

Jeans didn't say they were on sale, but 2 pairs of $48 Jean's cost me a total of $42!!! What a bargain!!

When you want children's uniforms it's the place to shop. A lot of people don't realize JCPenney's has everything you need

This is not a Handicap friendly store. Automatic door to come in doesn't work, Handicap dressing room lock told its locked for reason I had to crame into dressing room with wheelchair and elderly person. This is 2nd time i had issue with mother at this store due to Handicap assistance

They have really got so much better over the years. This is now my number one place to buy clothes. They even have large men's sizes for my Son. Check them out if you haven't been there for a while. Prices are great especially their sales

Pilar is amazing!! I am so thankful to have found her at Jcpennys. She colors and cuts my hair regularly and does an incredible job. She is friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and one the sweetest person I have meet. She always accomadates my schedule and goes above and beyond making my hair look the best possible. Not impressed with selection available in plus men's clothing. A lot of empty spaces. Store was big and bright and appeared very clean. No staff contact.

Better quality products now, looks the new corporate directors got the answers to high quality products and to lower the prices for the new selection of merchandise.
