This girl, whom wouldn’t give me her name, was extremely rude and off putting. And I call her a girl, because a lady would never conduct themselves like that at all they way she did. Her mother wouldn’t be proud of her one bit. All over a question of a priced item that their marketing department failed to properly mark. She literally said if it rings up said price, then it’s said price. Like, I wasn’t even going to argue or dispute that. But the way she just belittled me and clapped back was totally uncalled for. I get it, we all have our bad days, I mean look at her hair… she looks a little less for wear to say the least. But, there is no reason to be nasty at strangers for no reason. This is EXACTLY why I only shop at Target. I was only there because my friend needed to go. Trust me, this only solidified my justification for only shopping at Target. They have class and grace and they pay their employees properly. Just saying little rude girl, you’re gonna mess with the wrong one some day and on that day it will be your last as a little ole employee of Walmart. Try to do better sis. You’re not making yourself look good at ALL!! Trifling…

Employee cut in line without asking in electronics then the cashier tells me that she couldn't take my 1 item and check me out. Then I ask her if she knew if they made keys there and she points to the back of the store and told me to find help down there. I told her if I could find someone I wouldn't have walked all the way back down to u and asked for help. I just walked out and left everything. Rude workers. I'd rather pay more to go right across the street to target and not be disrespected

This Walmart has provided multiple bad experiences but today was the worst. I don't even want to think about it. Waited 40 minutes to get help at the jewelry counter. Paged help multiple times and even had employees page over the loud speaker for help at the jewelry counter but the people that work there are the laziest people to ever be employed. My wife and I should be the ones upset and the employee that finally came over after with a horrible attitude, and acted like we were a bother. Another employee that works the jewelry counter straight told us just wait I have to do something I told her no I've waited for over 30 minutes and she ignored me and left. This Walmart continues to employee the worst people and the laziest people you can find in Florida, if not the world. Fire these good for nothing employees and hire people that actually want to work and not just collect a paycheck.

Very poor service! Kept me waiting while talking then tells me they can’t refund a cream I bought from Walmart there! I’d have to go to another store ! Ridiculous! Stupid! Annoying! I’ll be shopping there less!

I always seem to have an issue with this location when I order via the Walmart app. Once they gave my entire order away. As I was in route to go pick-up my order I received an email saying thank you for picking up your order. After a couple of weeks the issue was resolved. I decided going forward I will have my grocery delivered. Today 8/29/22 I had groceries delivered and the milk purchased today has an expiration date of 8/25/22. Why was this item still out for resale? On top of that I was told to bring the item back for a refund. I assume they want to sale it to someone else now. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I went to the pharmacy yesterday. My script was missing some info. Sherry and Renee told me exactly what I needed. So, I went back today. Sherry, Renee and the pharmacist Kristy. Went above and beyond, to make sure everything was fine for me. A huge thank you to the three for an amazing service! I left the pharmacy, extremely satisfied and happy.

Good size Wal-Mart. Not as big as most Walmart super stores so they didn't have everything I needed. Not as big of a selection as others. The store was clean. But they only had two cash registers open and the wait was really long. Will probably go to a different Walmart next time that's equal distance from my house.

It was busy, and there was a good flow of people but not enough help, but when found help they were friendly and very helpful. Good sales products but not enough on shelves . The parking lot was crazy and although they had a good amount of parking, the carts and fast drivers make it harder at time to park. I had a good overall experience.

See I like this Walmart because I don't have to get all dressed up like I'm going to a Club, it's friendly. They know me when I go and I can wear pajamas if I wanted to lol I get on their nerves sometimes but they still treat me like I'm a customer. It's not to crowded and never a dirty place to shop. I love my Walmart...

The people working at the pharmacy will waste your time. They take the easy route out of working. They don't check your insurance or your Medicaid . They say they have prescriptions ready when it's not even a prescription. My whole family has had problems with this pharmacy. The employees at the pharmacy are childlike and immature. I wouldn't use this Pharmacy if it was the last place that had medication. They also tell you they can't fill a prescription and have your dr call them to put it through. They won't tell you if it needs prior authorization. They don't work, help or use their brains.

Stopped there to see if they had Snapple 6 packs of Raspberry Zero. Asked 4 workers. None of them knew? Went to Customer Service & the Supervisor or Manager was off that day! Got the run around. Still picked up some fresh produce & did self check out. Didn't want anymore bad energy from the STAFF !!! Kinda sad. That no one could check the back room storage area for me.

This Walmart is a joke, probably the last time I will ever shop here. Employees are rude and don’t even understand English. I attempted to get a robe for comfort in the women’s section to prepare for my baby in the upcoming week that was marked down to $19.99 along with other women’s lounge pajama’s all on the same rack of section and when I rung it up, it was listed for the original price of almost $25 - when trying to save money with a baby on the way at 9 months and seeing a mark down of price, even the extra $5 is a big deal. I brought up the concern to the lady keeping an eye on self checkout and not only was she rude but she wasn’t understanding the concept that if they are advertising for a sale, it should be as such when rung up. I asked to speak to someone in charge because she just kept shrugging and rolling her eyes so a man who was Team Leader came over to assist. His attitude was by far worse then the woman and tried to tell me that there were some of the same item marked for the price of $19.99 in the men’s section and not the women’s after going to check it out when it was obviously a women’s robe and tried saying that there would be a clearance sticker if it was when to be quite frank, none of the items I saw on the rack had one and my fiancé was even there with me in the women’s pajama aisle to confirm the sale price. He kept giving me a hard time the whole conversation which only infuriated me more because he tried to basically tell me that what I saw and was speaking of was false. To top that off, I chose a mini fleece blanket marked for $3 in a big box of others from the middle of an aisle in the store for the upcoming hospital visit and it came out to almost $6 at self check out. To say the least, this Walmart is actually scamming people with false advertisement of prices for their items - not all but clearly some, so make sure to double check the price when it’s rung up compared to the price you see on the shelf. Finally, there’s an old man who is persistent at checking your receipts before walking out and we’ve had a cart quite full of groceries from self check out before the store closes. If it’s such a problem with not being able to trust customers who spend hundreds out of their pocket, what is the point of even having a self checkout with cameras and an employee or two keeping an eye on you the whole time? I’ve never had issues like this at a Walmart before, this Walmart is a freaking scam and joke.

Never again. I couldn’t find parking, parked next door and walked. Got a cart outside and when I got inside I walked out. I’ll pay higher prices to avoid that chaos. Longest lines all through the store , bumped into people like I was a ping pong ball, shelves were empty and children were all over the place unattended. Welcome to Walmart across America. They’re all the same.

Usually the people checking your bags as you leave are annoying AF. However this is not the case with the older guy with white hair ( I think his name is Kenneth or Daniel. ) His dry humor and presence in the store is awesome. Always enjoy a quick chat as I'm leaving

Covid is still real the store doesn't offer the option of having the tools for the shoppers to clean there shopping cart before using it. I was very disappointed in that. I asked the door man about four times he thought I was looking for something in the automotive department 🤔 Then I asked a cashier that was at the self check out line. She wanted me go to another cashier that was the only one I saw running a check out line that was way on the other side of the store. At this point I've decided to go to a different branch store all together. Just to much work before I can get started to shop. Disappointed 😞

This is the worst wal mart I have EVER EVER EVER been to !! Needed a price on an item and the person at the express was the most unhelpful in my life. She was too dam lazy to get a code for an item missing a tag and refuses to help me. I'm from Colorado and this Florida walmart is horrendous!!! Ok

  • 1/5 Jen G. 11 months ago on Google
Ring your own grocery, then fruit weight doesn't work. Go to another line, no cash! They actually asked me if I was gonna leave groceries and not get. This place is a dump! Then you want me to go pull out receipt? Seriously? I'll pay more somewhere else!

Crowded, limited selections. Bought a prepackaged salad with expiration date of more than a month away, we threw it away when we tried to use it 1 day after purchase it smelled bad. $7.00 watermelon was terrible.

Very much a Walmart store. Has a lot of routine stuff. Friendly staff that does their best to help you out. I found tissue paper, wrapping paper and cardboard boxes at a good price and availability.

Great selection of merchandise. Pretty crowded usually but self checkout lines make it easy

Just like all the rest long lines no cashiers but the self check outs were open... At this point I feel Walmart need to pay me for checking myself out Store was clean though

One of the best experiences at a Walmart. The lady at self-checkout helped with completing the bar code checkout at her register. We used for the first time the Walmart app that keeps the purchasing info like other stores. Really nice.

Items priced wrong. Management unwilling to correct. Target is a better experience overall. Walmart also doesn't match Amazon like Target does for pricing as long as Sold and shipped on Amazon. Still.

Like any Walmart, it's always a nightmare to go there and buy a couple things. This particular Walmart is very small. Doesn't have a lot. It's mostly just grocery shopping. It's costly packed because it's the only Walmart close to the military trail in Pompano Beach. I'm the only positive thing I can say is they have a large variety of vegetarians/ vegan product and Brazilian items.

Lots of selection at this store, made a quick visit to get a WiFi router since lightning had toasted ours the day before. We were hungry so I asked an associate where were the cooked chickens were, he kindly told me where to find them as it wasn't obvious and we did self checkout. Not many places you can get computer equipment and a lemon pepper chicken 🍗 !! Would recommend 10/10

It was great, a different layout than I'm used to buy it was organized like every Walmart and staff is very friendly and willing to help shall you need any. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their green plantains were all mostly yellow. I've shared a pic of it, it's probably because in that part of Broward County they don't consume green plantains so they end up yellow.
