Do you want the 4 for 10 roast beef? no thank you I want 2 for 7.00 beef and cheddar please. ok pull up. hands me food. looks at me super sus... oh ,hang on for your card .. Jesus.

I ordered 2 for $6 classic roast beefs. One had white cheese on it. The other one had yellow cheese on it. Since when do you put cheese on a classic roast beef? I had already driven off and was on my way down the road a bit before I found out. I took the cheese off. I would like to get what I order the 1st time. I wasn't going to go back because I was on my way out of state. I'm thinking maybe they had them made up and wanted to get rid of them because no one was ordering them. The sandwiches were good but that's not the point.

Young man behind the counter was prompt and very polite. Food was steaming hot! Tables and floors were clean. Will be eating here frequently.

Service sucked, 0rdered something that was online only. Don't do online. Don't trust a bunch of kids that don't know squat about running a restaurant, much less being a manager. Would have spent $35. Your loss VT

YET AGAIN another horrible experience at this location. my fries were hardly half full, no cheese sauce on beef and cheddar, and when i called to make it right, they hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone after calling back numerous times. they were outside smoking pot when i arrived in the drive thru. DO BETTER.

Not sure how they could have messed up our order anymore than they did today. The ONLY reason we chose to grab lunch there was for the Jamoca shake…shake machine was broke down, the second issue was I wanted the chicken pecan salad sandwich… out of stock, then we ordered the double beef and cheese plus bacon with a side of curly fries…no bacon no fries either. To make matter worse the person who answered the phone was argumentative…that is NOT how you handle a customer complaint. Apparently last time one of our family members went there they barely got any cheese on their sandwich. A beef n cheddar should have a decent amount of cheese not a hint of cheese. We will not be back.

Im a dssher. Im sick of this place never putting labels or recipes on orders. I have taken photos of the state of this store. They just leave doordash customer papers all over the place. They never put it in the pickup location. I informed dd and i will never accept a order because of a pink haired manager that told me my orders were taken because they didnt do thier job Edit reply: i am replying to the comment from the store. I jave already contacted your team and informed them as well as put in a complaint on 2 seprate occasions. Nobody does anything here

They were out of several menu items . Took longer than it should have to get order placed . Workers were visiting with each other . My sister said her sandwich was barely warm , fries cold. No ketchup in the small paper cups or other condiments available . They did have ketchup packets . They also had my favorite cherry and apple turnovers

Manager named "Tank" was the rudest person. He made our order wrong and refused to make it right. If "Tank" as he spelled it out for me over the phone, is truly the Manager ill never give another penny to this business. I hope they crumble along with Tanks fast food career.

Love the beef and chedder and curly fries... dont forget the turnover!

Food was horrible. Had a French dip, that I didn't even take a bite of because it was so nasty and WET!. WHY IS A SANDWICH WET!!!!!!!!!! Do not eat here.

Good food but service needs to be better! Cashier didn’t ask me for the name on the order or if it was for here or to go, and he didn’t say anything after giving me food or when he set it on the table, didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauces or even enjoy your meal, customers should feel welcome and not treated like they don’t pay the restaurant bills and employees

Very disappointed. My Reuben sandwich was to go. Five minutes home and I could tell it was an old sandwich. Bread had slight burnt taste and was soggy inside and very soft almost rubbery outside. 😔 UPDATE: Arby's did reach out to me, but left an unusable link for contact.

Absolutely excellent service tonight. This place has become a regular stop for us. The Staff is far beyond friendly and they excel at customer service. Ran out of corn beef for the Reuben sandwich I ordered, but they came back with an amazing BURGER! The Waagu Steakhouse Burger is back! I was offered a Bacon Ranch Waagu Burger! Yummy a million times over! It was hot, fresh, crisp veggies and an out of this world juicy burger patty that is not lightweight. The burger was a guaranteed 1 in thick patty and it was cooked to pink perfection (that's they way the cut of meat is supposed to be). Definitely on our hit list! We are Arby's people. While the food was good but almost every time fall because the floors are so slick. Not to mention the the weirdo behind the counter that hit on my wife and came into the dining area and tried to have a conversation with us and a group of elderly women he eventually sat down with.

I hadnt been to Arbys for many years because of a bad experience with what I felt was undercooked beef. My husband persuaded me to try again, and it was very pleasant. Chicken sandwich and curly fries were delicious.

Came up at 9 on the dot there was no other customers so my food was fast but cold to the touch o come inside and they are already trying to shut down the fryers and close the store

The 2 for $7 was a good deal and the gyro was surprisingly good! Service was fast and efficient!

Felt bad coming in with 15 people during peak lunch rush but the outstanding crew here at arbys knocked out our entire order in no time at all our food was hot and fresh the dining room was extremely clean their condiment area was completely stocked, the crew was attentive and working hard

My sandwich just wasn't that great I got the chicken bacon and swiss. They got rid of the ham & swiss sliders and all the good condiments! So I've started making them at home with Kings Hawaiian slider rolls, ham and pepper jack cheese. They are delicious.
