WORST PLACE IN PONCA CITY TO EAT, NEXT TO WENDY'S OF COURSE! DON'T EAT AT WENDY'S EITHER. The unprofessionalism in all the employees was unreal including the manager. There is no AC in the building. The man behind the counter had tank top on. Then we get our food. Mine is cold. Ice cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator. It is so hot in the building I don't even understand how my chicken fries were that cold! Than when I complain to them employee, he goes and gets his manger. The manager never spoke to me!! The employee brought my money back to my table to me and the manger I never seen them! Then all the employees are talking about going outside and smoking joints together! Lol so professional!

I just have to say Burger King really did it today. The woman working the drive through window did an excellent job. She smiled the entire time and was EXTREMELY respectful. This has been one of my top 5 best fast food services. She surprised me I had to ask if she was a manager. To my surprise she said no but still gave the best service.

I love the employees. I have gotten sick twice after eating there now. I'm not saying it was the food.... but, it is weird.

Our burger King really does a good job. The food is great, the service is really great and the ladies there are so fun!

Fast drive thru this morning. Food was on point. Love the ham egg and cheese croissant.

Food was consistent with burger King standards. Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was typical drive through.

Somtimes the burger meat is not very fresh and barely warm, which can be quit upsetting when u pay $11 for 1 meal. But apart from that it is always perfect in every other way.

i had asked for the whopper meal, the lady only gave me a burger no drink or fries. i had told her 2 times the whopper meal. then when i got it theres a peice of paper in my burger

Chicken sand = good BK Double = lukewarm Maybe it's just me, but I like my burgers very, very warm...close to hot.

i had ordered a couple breakfast items , one of them including a french toast sticks combo meal which i did not receive. my two egg-normous burritos barley had any cheese , and basically the cheese was just at the very bottom. we didn’t have napkins , or any condiments.

Used the drive thru and the girl was unprofessional, nasty, and just plain rude. We had a couple of questions, and when we tried to ask them, she got rude and hateful with us and then she said she didn't know. She didn't ask someone else, she didn't have someone else to wait on us, she just paused then asked what we were going to order. The service was horrible, which made the atmosphere horrible. You can't enjoy being somewhere, when someone is being rude.

Go to fast food place. The staff is great, lil loud sometimes but great.

I rarely go to Burger King because of experiences in recent years. Terrible customer service and the wait time was always insane. TONIGHT was totally different! I thought I’d try it out. I grew up on their chicken and it sounded so good. I asked about the 2 for $6 which I found out was no longer available. I was quickly informed of the 2 for $5 and given the list of all items included. I was already impressed with the guy taking my order (wish I had gotten his name). I agreed to the 2 for $5 and got both the original chicken sandwich with an order of chicken fries. Both items were hot and fresh. Wait time was less than 2 minutes. The guy taking my order deserves to be recognized and to keep it up because I’ll be back! Not sure if he was in charge but it was the best service in years. Between 1230am & 1am on 6/5/2022. Great job guys

My friend linda meadows picked up her grandkids and we always stop here. The people were very nice. The food was good and hot. And we got everything we paid for nothing forgotten. Fast food at it's best.

Absolute worst customer service experience ever. Drive thru employee did not understand my order, when I tried to politely clarify she threw a 15 min yelling and ranting fit like a toddler; rather than correct the order like a professional and carrying on w the transaction. The pink haired manager comes to the window with an equally unprofessional attitude, like I had done something wrong lol……really BK, how about training your employees in problem resolution and controlling their emotions, instead of supporting that behavior! Keep it classy Ponca 😬

Way better and faster and kinder than the McDonald's down the street!

My kid got a online order didn't get it or her money back they knew she was there. She got there before they closed I will make a call to the head office in the am.

Always seems fast and friendly snd the only BK to get my order right everytime.

Food was way overcook,customers were left standing at the front while two of the women were busy fighting with nobody at the counter.

I ended up very sick for 24 hrs. Bad hamburger. A friend was ok she didn't have a hamburger

Employees seem to like their jobs for the most part. Fast service most of the time. Better than other fast burgers in Ponca City. It does seem their burger and whopper patties have got much thinner. I noticed BK, I noticed.

If you want to be ignored and listen to their employers curse and complain then this is the place to go. The food was good, the service awful!

Finally got the $5 special. Excellent for the price. Give it a try. Whopper Jr, 4 nuggets, small fries and small drink. I know it is similar to other deals elsewhere but I enjoy those as well. But flame broiled taste makes a difference.
