Great tasting! Outdoor patio! And the staff was friendly and fast! Great job! Definitely met expectations.. maybe a little pricey.. but quality definitely on point!

Worst service in town. You want napkins forget about it, you want ketchup forget about it, you want a fork to eat your mashed potatoes and gravy or macaroni cheese, Forget about it. Why do you even ask what dipping sauce the customer wants when your not going to give it to them anyways... Worst service in the state

Took a ridiculously long time to get the food we ordered, when we finally did get our food we were missing some of the items that we paid for.. With 20+ minutes to prepare you’d imagine they’d make sure the order is correct before tossing it out the window. The food quality was so poor I wouldn’t even recommend feeding it to a stray dog. There’s more options down the road, try those and don’t waste your time.

Had a really good experience for my first time there with a couple of friends. Very friendly staff and the chicken was a great alternative to Popeyes. I also enjoyed my cookie iykyk

We were in Ponca City yesterday and we stopped here. I got a 6pc tender combo spicy and the seasoning was a bit uneven but the chicken was so crunchy.

Felt bad showing up last minute but Chris and Bri were fantastic. Brought my friend from Kansas and he thought it was the best!

I ordered at the drive through. Purchased 2 dozen yeast rolls for Thanksgiving.

Someone Came outside to Drive through scaring and threatening to call the cops on a girl trying to order food. After she already ordered. Bald guys Said he was the manager.

The guy in the drive thru was really nice to me and my family. We went in the afternoon and he was super sweet. Definitely deserves recognition!!

I've been there a couple times now and they run out of chicken tenders. They have more but can't cook from frozen. This is one of the worst locations for Golden chick as far as getting fresh food. I love golden chick but I don't care for this location.

I always look forward to getting the fried catfish but last night it was disgusting, absolutely no comparison to what I have been use to. In the past, the fish was prepared at the time I ordered. The freshness is what I looked forward to, but last night that was not the case.

The food was very good and the employees were super nice and professional, 10/10 would recommend!

You have great food which is why I stopped to get 2 dozen rolls. However, you can't put 24 rolls in one small paper sack and expect them to travel to my destination. They were smashed and flat and the butter you gave me broke open and melted everywhere. Now i have one big smashed jigsaw puzzle to share with my dinner guests. Not cool, do better.

I had the golden roasted chicken. They always seem to have run out of some or all of it and have to substitute pieces. The food was good and the service was good.

The fries were good and hot the chicken was fresh however the crust was very very pale, the meat was done but just bairly done. When it comes to chicken for me it has to be done done. I couldn't hear the associate at the drive thru, I told her at least 3 times and still couldn't hear her.

They have definitely gone downhill over the last year since I was there. No silverware in my bag for food that required it. The food overall wasn't great. I ended giving half of it away. No more Golden Chick cravings for me.1

Love their jalepeno poppers. Be sure and get the family poppers. You get twice as many (eight) at a bargain price. And ask for a ranch dressing to go with them. If you are a senior be sure and mention "senior discount" when you place your order and save 10%. Wish they would put fried shrimp back on their menu. They had fried shrimp on the menu about six months ago for a few months but took them off. When I asked about it, they said it was a corporate decision and it is possible they will put it on again. Jalapeno poppers and fried shrimp with ranch dressing - the tastiest meal in Ponca City, bar none.

Ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and that is definitely one of my top favorite sandwiches that I’ve ever eaten! It had the perfect amount of spice the chicken was white & juicy even the french fries were delicious, crunchy, fresh cooked. We will definitely return to Golden chick on our next trip to Ponca City

I got food here last night. My total was 42 and some change. I gave them 60 plus the change because I didn't have any smaller bills. I didn't count the bills until I got home but they only gave me $14 instead of $18 back. It's partially my fault for being trusting and not counting the change in front of them. I've had this happen at other places and it's getting hard to trust anyone anymore. The food was decent.
