    I can’t believe how horrible the customer service was in the drive threw. She was rude, no smile, left an entire order out of my bag, ignores me when I was trying to tell her, tossed the bag in my window, I am beyond shocked that she did this. Clearly she hates her job, it shows with her rude voice and face. I’ll never go to Ponca Wendy’s again.

    Stood around in front of cash register for a few minutes before finally being noticed just to be curtly told the dine-in area isn't open like I broke in instead of walking calmly through the unlocked entrance. But okay went through drive-thru and got attitude from the woman taking orders there. Like bruh I'm just trying to ask a question about the breakfast menu and everyone is in a GD mood. Anyway food there isn't worth all that.

    I'm almost positive I've never had a bad experience with an employee at Wendy's. They're usually nice and accommodating. If not particularly "nice", they are at least cordial and doing their job. I like the food when it's prepared correctly. I guess the only con, per say, is the last 2 times I've been there(with about 4 months between the 2), I've had to pull up and wait with few people there. Granted, both times it was late and close to closing time. So it's not so much a "con" as it is an error on my part. The wait only being like 10-15 minutes tops. So to me that's no problem at all and to be expected. I know some special people believe they're entitled to have whatever they want, expect it to magically appear before them, and within 5 minutes. Therefore, I thought I should mention it to adjust expectations.

    love me a Wendy's burger, but this is the slowest drive thru in 3 counties. Check your gauges before entering to verify that you have enough fuel because this is going to take a while. every visit, the same result. guess I should just give up

    Yeah, I was buying lunch for the crew I worked with and they forgot the 4 for 4 and were just being very rude because I also ordered 7 double cheeseburgers... I don't recommend this place.

    Went through the drive thru at about 1230pm got a #2, 4 for 4, and a jbc and fries. Let's jus say we all know food places has an area to keep food warm. First off the burgers all 3 of them were cold, buns were hard, meat was cold. It's not like they were busy there were 2 other cars before and one after. Only thing kinda decent was the baconator fries with the #2. So I tried to call the store to speak with a manager. Welp after 2 times trying thought I'd make a review since nobody would answer the store phone.

    I stopped at Wendy's for a Hamburger meal. The employees were nice, and helpful. The meal I ordered was a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Food was quick, and was hot. Would stop by Wendy's again in the future. All positive review for Wendy's.

    For an older Wendy's and the only one I have access to it's ok. Usually has great service the burgers are usually average but the salads are pretty damn good.

    Place a large order for bday party, manager was very accommodating, and helpful, made all the kids happy. Will always go there for being g order. Excellent service A+

    The way they remodeled the inside sucks. There use to be tvs I could watch while eating. Also they need more people working. I waited ten minutes for one sandwich. Most of the time they get the order wrong. This place needs some serious oversight!

    7:30pm,,, 8-6-23 Dine in I wish my shoes had stuck to the carpet before we ordered,,, I've never experienced that before. Coldest burgers and fries I have ever encountered. Brought out fFrosties first, which all 6 of us started on. Kept and paid for the ice cream and got refunded for everything else. Worst representation of a Wendy's imaginable.

    The other night I was on my bicycle and it was about 10 at night and the lobby was closed so I called them and asked if I could ride my bicycle though the drive through and the guy laughed and said no they don't serve people on bicycles. And honestly I was so upset with the dude that I hung up on him and I was setting in there parking lot when I made the call I didn't even get his name. But what if people don't have a car or a license there just going to turn away people that as good money to pay for there meal because there on bicycles? That's just crazy and they won't ever get my business ever again. Very not customer satisfaction at all. 😡😡

    I enjoy Wendy's food, and I used to enjoy going to Wendy's and getting food. Now when I go I end up hoping the manager they have named Johnathan isn't there. The dude is rude to both customers and employees to the point it makes me very uncomfortable to even get food from there if he is working there. I always check now to make sure he isn't. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with him because I have heard him be rude to them entirely and disrespect them and other customers. Please do something about him, I miss feeling comfortable enough to go to Wendy's

    Don’t know about the food yet but only 3 cars in line when we pulled in. Over 20 minutes later and still no food. Simple order!! YIKES!!! Was just asked to pull forward. Skip this stop!!!!

    Don't come here often, every time we do it's because it's decent priced and in our vicinity. The food is ok. The customer service definitely needs improvement. My 8yr old and I came through the drive through here tonight- first thing we see is a sign showing the soda machine is down. Asked for lemonade, they said they were completely out, and waiting on a truck. Fine. The menu had no lights on, we got a kids meal and a cb. Total told was $10.82. Nobody behind us so after she gave our total I sat there trying to gather change. She then asks me to pull forward. I told her I was trying to get the coins together. . .pay her, we receive our food. No smile, no greeting, no courtesy. I begin to check our bags to make sure we have everything we paid for, she then opens the windows and tells us she needs us to move on forward, rushing us off even though there is noone behind us!! I tell her I'm trying to make sure we have everything and then she just has this terrible attitude. Thankfully I'm not a snowflake so my feelings aren't actually hurt. Just know folks- when you come here, it's mediocre. And poor service.

    The extra evening hours is a good thing. The staff know me and my dog, well just my dog, anyway they are nice but I do have one concern that is trending with Wendy’s along with others , how in the world does a baconator meal get to cost 13.00 not that much for some , but that is about a 90% increase from when I started eating here, all the way back to the “Where’s the beef “ lady

    The friendliest service ever. The indoor was closed due to Covid concerns so the drive through window is the only thing working. The food was fresh and the tropical berry drink tasted soooo good!! Located close to the baseball and tennis fields which made it convenient for a quick bite and head right back to the fields. The bag was really greasy. The fries weren’t the freshest, and the sandwich was messy but it was fresh

    The Valero & the laundry mat nearby gave been known to have roaches. I'm not so sure Wendy's doesn't fit in with the other nearby businesses.

    Always hot and fresh, double baconator is wheres its at. Excellent spicy nuggets as well, dont forget the hot honey sauce.

    Well most the time they okay but we ordered the Parmesan salad and it made me and my old man sick so I'm kinda over that item and I have called several times and nobody ever answers! To fix the problem bc honestly I hardly ever have problems with this restaurant except for the the slowness but I will admit when coty worked they're it was the fastest it had been since I was a kid. But for the most part they okay! But still salty no answer

    Ordered ahead like general manager said to do so we didn't have to wait so long on our food but then got to the store and it was still going to be 7 mjns because the food is made to order and not when they recieve the online order.

    Excellent food, especially if you're burned out on all of the other burger places. Prices are fair and they're pretty good about being quick to get orders out. Definitely recommend and we'll be going back.

    Literally the slowest place in Ponca, especially at night. You could go sit down in a restaurant, eat, and get home in the time it takes to get your food to go here. It's ridiculous.

    Ordered online for dine in that was supposed to be open until 11p according to app. Arrived at 8:20p, door locked. Spent the next 30 minutes in drive thru line with only 3 cars ahead of me and then 15 minutes waiting for my order which was cold.

    Staff talks so fast in drive thru you can't understand what they are saying. Extremely rude employees. Seems like Crack heads are all they have hired. They always seem to be tweeking out. Undercover boss needs to visit this location.
