Manager Shawn provided excellent, tireless, and professional service in all areas as well as her team. Room, bed, amenities very nice Breakfast selections great and hard working courteous attendant.

This was my first time visiting the Holiday inn, Ponca City. I believe they are in the process of renovation because of stuff being staged in the conference room. The rooms are slightly dated but still very nice and kept very clean. What I really enjoyed about my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I worked with at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The attendant taking care of breakfast always greeted me with a good morning. Even passing by the employees servicing the rooms, would greet me and smile. They also provided complimentary bottled water, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here during your next visit to Ponca City.

We stayed over a Saturday night and usually the prices are highest but the rate was well below normal. The room was a double queen and was in immaculate condition. Very clean and comfortable. The COVID restrictions were still active mainly for the pool but it isn't bad at all. Pretty much had a private pool for an hour. The breakfast area was the most organized and clean I've seen yet at any HIE I've stayed at. Great visit and excellent service

We got here late and they were very accommodating. The staff was very personable, the shower was hot, and the beds were comfy. I can totally see staying here again.

Good experience. Clean comfortable rooms,. Great hot breakfast. They have a pool, an elevator and a gym. While I was there many rooms on the first and second floor were propped open and workers were scurrying in and out, working on upgrading the rooms and adding newer more modern fixtures. The hallways were full of construction mess. Some guests may find this off putting, I find it refreshing. Good for this location to be proactively working on their facility to keep it new and modern for customers. I was there on a Wednesday in early November. Sounds like a good time to remodel to me...

We have stayed several times at this hotel. We stayed one night over Memorial Day weekend. We were in town to decorate my family's resting places. The afternoon desk staff was amazing she upgraded us that weekend. We went back July 1. We had a family reunion that I had help plan and organized. We checked in same desk staff on duty as the last couple of times. I don't know her name but she is very friendly. She didn't know how stressed I had been leading up to that day or that it was my dad's birthday(he had passed a few years ago). She upgraded to an amazing room. Just what I needed. Thank you for having a great staff.

Our youth softball team stayed here for a tournament, all the staff was very helpful and accommodating for us! They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, we would definitely stay again if we are in the area again! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Great location as well with a lot of restaurants nearby, and easy drive to surrounding towns/fields!

Ponca city seems very nice. The hotel was very full. Our room was fine. We had wonderful meal at steak house nearby! Banana and yogurt in the morning and back on the road.

Clean and nice hotel . They have 2 luggage carts that look clean and in good condition. Room was clean and in good condition. Seems to have been well maintained . Bed items and towels clean . Will appreciate to have late check out for diamond members.

We had an incident with where we were staying originally and needed a room asap. We get there at almost 2 am and the front desk lady was so NICE and hospitable. She even helped us save with the app and extended our checkout time due to how late we were getting in. The room was spotless and barely heard any noise throughout the night.
