Bed Bugs+Mites along with the air smelling of meth...rude manager and I meant about anything brought to his attention! Their own exterminator told us Mites and bed bugs!! No refunds. Nothing to help the situation!! One Lady is a MRSA Staff carrier. @&#$ Yep scares us too! Had to throw away every piece of clothing,shoes, purses * anything soft!!! So, NOPE I WOULD NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN

Does this place evan have hot water??? Pretty much want to avoid this hotel I'm glad I wasn't the one who paid for it. Cigarette Burns in the bed hair in the shower something brown on our towel before we used it. Also check your mattress people you don't want to end up with bedbugs.

Room was ok for the price. Owners try hard to fix up an old place and make it more modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Ok place if your just passing through or staying for a short time. They allow pets which is nice and they were very reasonably priced.

Was very below my standards!!! Owner are very rude, threatened to charge $2 for duplicate key, LAZY hosts!!! Kids running around at 3am just a complete sh🌶t show!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with standards, oh yea and the door well it had been previously kicked in and I felt vulnerable leaving my possessions in that place! AN ABSOLUTE NO GO!!!

The room was cold and clean. We were able to relax and get a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Toilets screwed up took hours for someone to come take care of it and the pool has been closed for a long time(never had a worse stay in a motel) and the lady at the desk is rude!

I love this hotel. The staff is amazing and very kind. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and the rooms with kitchenettes are the best part! I've stayed here about at least 4 nights a week for work and this place will always have my business when I'm in town.

Biggest complaint was mold in bathroom but tub wasn't clean either. No fire alarm just hookup for one.

It was very comfortable we were on the bottom floor by request but if you want some sleep the upstairs is where you want to be because you can hear the people walking around all night. Girl at the desk was super nice and my girls loved the breakfast they had! Its a cheap and affordable motel

The owners are very good people. The night management is very good at their job

If you’re in town to work P66 this is a great place to stay. It’s on the South end of town so it’s only four minutes to the parking lot. The room was clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff is very friendly. They have weekly rates that are hard to beat. I would describe it as a working man’s place🤓

Well they say the bed makes half the room and the bed was the only thing working. No hot water in the sink, the ice machine was broken

Decent price, have places cheaper I heard but not sure of location, was here for work...so I showered and slept here and it was fine...close to convenient stores and my place of work

The Ponca City Americas Best Value Inn was a great place for us to stay. The staff was courteous, and check-in was prompt. Clean and ample, that was our room. The breakfast was hot and good, with a selection that changed every day.

Friendly helpful staff. Rooms looked recently updated Great value definitely recommend to everyone.
