My sweetie and I spent a night here on our way back home from a week long trip. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming!! Our room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. They have chocolate chip cookies available in the evening, they are DELICIOUS!! Breakfast was good and offered a good selection. We will stay here again. This was a last minute hotel change. We originally had a reservation at a hotel down the street. Upon entering our room at the hotel down the street. I saw a bedbug crawling across the bed!! I about came unglued. Thank God we had not taken our luggage off the cart. We went back to the front desk. We showed the lady a picture of the bedbug. We were issued a full refund.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the old lobby furniture. That didn't change when I went in my room. The carpet was visibly dirty. You could see the dirty traffic lanes. It's the kind of place where you won't want to walk on the carpet without socks or shoes. The bed didn't look that clean and was not comfortable at all. You could fill the springs. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel, loved the staircase in the main lobby. Nice quiet comfortable room...great breakfast super friendly staff, my only complaint was the water pressure in the sink wasn't very strong but I didn't let it effect my experience I would totally recommend this hotel. And next time I'm in town visiting family I'll stay there again

Blankets were filthy. Pillows were disgusting. Pull out in King suite is uncomfortable. Bad service. Lady upfront was super rude.But located nicely between restaurants, stores, and gas stations.

Very nice experience. Loved the suite I was in would have been better had it been on a higher floor due to people above my room constantly jumping around and it being loud so assumed probably some children. But it was a lovely stay.

They charge you an arm and leg for a room .. the pools closed the spa is closed and the gym is closed!!! But the price for room is no cheaper... Absolutely ridiculous!! I will not be back to your hotel!! We did use it all the time with my company... I will go to your competitor for now on.👍

Whenever I visit Ponca City, this is where I stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

This place is awesome! I stayed here for around 2 weeks for a job in this area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are welcoming and understanding! Good hot breakfast every morning! I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Ponca city!

Staff was rude. First after a long day of travel our room keys didnt work. Leaving the 3rd floor to return to the front desk and no apology, but she did accuse me of not knowing what I was doing. I called down to get a list of restaurants who deliver and they simply said you just have to call the restaurants. Finally the volume on the tv didnt work, total silence, I called the front desk and again no apology just, I'll let my manager know. They never offered us another room or anything.

We were so glad to find this great place to stay. Laura was friendly and professional. Clean room. Great breakfast.

Super clean, quiet and the most comfortable bed ever. Slept so good and it smelled clean. King room was super spacious and interior furniture was very nice. They have an indoor pool and hot tub and a huge breakfast that is free. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was amazing! Friendly and helpful through out our stay! Prime location! Highlight- while sleeping I could smell the freshness of the bedding!!

I guess because of the lack of hotels in the area the employees here don't feel the need to treat their guests in a manner to make them feel welcome? I've been in hospitality for many years and your breakfast attendant and manager this morning, 04/02/22, are rude and should look for a line of work that does not include people. The night staff was amazing though.

Handicap room was not truly handicapped accessible. No grab bars in the bathroom, or anywhere. The bed sat very close to the floor making it very difficult for someone with mobility issues to get up and down. The service itself was not bad, I didn't get to really interact with them much because I had to leave due to the lack of accessibility in the room. If you don't need these accommodations then you might not have any issues

It was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly. The pool was in good repair. It had a fantastic breakfast.

Worst mattress in 40 years. There is one worse in Alabama. TV did not work in several rooms. Nice staff and good breakfast.

We traveled from NY with family for a wedding- needing two rooms for 3 nights and after an awful experience with LaQuinta hotel a few doors down the road, where the managers Noah and Leah Clegg falsely advertised their hotel having a pool, which they did have but it was so green it was absolutely not usable. And then became irate with us yelling and screaming when we complained about it- after traveling cross country for over 11 hours!! ..... We were in desperate need of a hotel to stay in. Comfort Inn and suites was so wonderful and accommodating. They had us settled in with in about half an hour. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was always hot and delicious. And the pool and hot tub were perfect. Their hospitality didn't go unnoticed! I highly recommend this hotel!
