Clean, comfortable beds. So comfortable in fact, I was in town to see friends. Sat on the bed to relax for just a minute and woke up 12 hrs later. Lots of choices to watch on the TV. Front desk has excellent customer service. Derek (overnights) and Crystal (days) are particularly good. Haven’t really had any interaction with the rest of the staff but I’m sure they are awesome too. HIGHLY recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE! Slimy management/ownership and even worst cleaning standards. Our stay was nasty from the first step into the lobby. We booked months in advance to have a king room and checked in at 8:30pm. The front desk attendant was extremely unprofessional and let her phone play an annoying minions song until it went to voicemail multiple times while checking in. She would roll her eyes and laugh until the song was over before resuming our check in. Then it started ringing again. She would pause as it played out then have to start over because she lost her place. Then it played again! So we weren’t amused from the get go. We are given room cards only to go to our room to see we have a dirty room with two double beds. We went back down to the front desk and the woman rudely said we should have checked in by 5 if we wanted the room WE PAID FOR MONTHS AGO! She pretended like she didn’t know the hotel software by pounding the backspace over and over again. We had to beg her to call her manager, then listened to her come up with excuses saying “we must be out of rooms for some reason. Now I’m not seeing the room we gave you is even available.” We were exhausted by her juvenile behavior. She wasn’t apologetic about anything, she was rude and condescending. She said she had “only worked there for 4 months” so it was apparent she is completely useless and was unwilling to do basic customer service. We already paid so we ended up staying in the double bed room. The floor tile had sticky brown drops over it, the shower was clogged with hair and there were big TOENAIL CLIPPINGS on the carpet. The doors were undercut more than 2” so it was very loud. The curtains would not close so the room was illuminated by street lights all night. The hotel breakfast ran out of coffee at 9:30 and they would not refill even tho breakfast was until 10. Seriously, their “you get what you get” attitude was insane.

Very noisy. Close to the road so traffic noise. Trains going past at all times of day and night. Noise from elevator. Noise from other rooms. Breakfast is absolutely terrible. Was told it was a full breakfast but it's far from what I or my colleagues would consider a full breakfast. A selection of microwaved oddities and hard boiled eggs. Truly disappointing. Will change hotels as soon as another becomes available in the area. Staff became very rude as soon as they knew we were cutting our stay short and locked us from our rooms.

The rooms were great and clean but kept getting double charged and the general manager was really disrespectful.

I checked in and was thanks for being a platinum member. They immediately asked if I would be ok with a first floor room as they had the keys made already so against my judgment I said yes. The room was 101, it had a door that accessed the adjoining room and I could hear everything in that room. From snoring, to coughing, to the alarm etc so that made getting a good night's rest impossible and I'm not a light sleeper. As for the room itself it was on the end where cars travel from the front of the property to the back so absolutely no privacy with the curtains open. The shower was cramped. Whoever thought to install a shelf on the enclosed end of the shower at shoulder height needs to be told that is a bad idea. I had to stand sideways in the shower because of it. Also, the ceiling in the shower was starting to crack and I could hear the toilet from above being flushed and draining. The internet flaked out the second night I was there and was down for over an hour. I've stayed there pre covid and the breakfast was much better. As mentioned by others you get a prewrapped waffle or breakfast sandwich. There is also a hot oatmeal and cold cereal option of which the granola choice would not come out of the dispenser the three days I was there. The staff seems to be going through the motions so if I'm out that way again for work I'll stay in Enid or with another hotel chain.

Stayed on a Tuesday night in a small Oklahoma town so quietness was no issue. Everything was clean, neat, and overall good quality for the price. Negative: don’t be expecting an actual breakfast. Came down during early breakfast hours (6:30am) and you only had choices of one yogurt (just one tiny container) a handful of muffins, cereal, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. There were signs stating biscuits and gravy, and waffles but they were no where to be seen. The hot plates were empty, as well as the juice fountain.

Do not I repeat do not stay here. Two things travelers rely on, quiet and Breakfast. Very noisy hotel. Also if you’re gonna charge 100 plus a night and you tell a traveler you serve a hit breakfast and you lie to them by serving prepackaged food it’s a disgrace! Covid is over!! Also pre packaged food is not a hit breakfast. Spend your money elsewhere and stay somewhere else.

It was okay. You can tell it has been renovated. Limited furniture in rooms but spacious rooms. Breakfast was okay with wraped breakfast sandwiches and waffles. They had other breakfast things but very basic. Some of staff wasn't so friendly, especially the breakfast cook or staff person. It is on north end of town. Overall it was good but very basic.

Rooms are great, very clean!. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. There is a grumpy old lady that doesn't know how to cook and only heats up Jimmy Dean biscuits. They definitely need someone new.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Stayed for 5 nights. VERY quiet at night-wonderful! Close to restaurants and next door to a large gas station. Not sure when the pool is open for the season, but it would have been nice to use; as the temps were over 95 degrees all week. I will be back, beautiful part of the state to stay and venture out.

Easy check in. Bathroom floor was extremely sticky. Internet did not work evening or morning. I called several times to ask about the internet and the operator did not answer the phone. Fairly thin walls. Hair on the bathroom floor. Nice furnishings, spacious room, and good price. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great in shower. We did not eat breakfast.

The hotel is newly remodeled, great bed, good water pressure, the hotel was incredible cold and the pool had black water in it. The hot tub was not clean or usable either. Coming to Oklahoma in June I was very disappointed the pool was not clean or up and running.

Walk in check in was fast and easy and the employee was very friendly. Our room was clean and modern for the most part. My biggest complains were the hallways had an awful cigarette smell. Our room wasn't to bad, but there was still a minor lingering smell. And the lighting/outlet situation sucked. Even with those two I would still stay here again.

Stayed there while storm chasing. Steve, the night guy was awesome, I could BS with him all night. Clean room hot shower comfortable beds, walls were a little thin and we could hear someone talking on the phone outside for over an hour. Would have liked to enjoy the pool and hot tub but were located outside and not in use. Would stay again.

The room and beds were excellent. Clean, fresh and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely underwhelming. Minimal selection of prepackaged food. The lady looking after it kept shutting off the juice machine. Breakfast was disappointing over all.
