Very good businessman turning it into a very nice looking modernized place to sleep prices are right

This place has been updated but the wifi runs terrible and almost always kicks you off in certain spots of the room lol but other than that the service and ppl are Just delightful... Thank you

Several times in the past year my boyfriend and I have stayed here @Guest Inn!! We had some much needed privacy along with comfort and the cleaning stuff was awesome as well!! The lady who ran the office and all crews deserves a nice size RAISE!! IF ONLY WE COULD HAVE HER TEACH THE OTHER MOTELS STAFF AND CREW ...THAT'S A GOAL FOR THE OTHER MOTELS!! APPRECIATE HER

The ladies here were very helpful, respectful and informative, great price, great rooms, very clean and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Nice motel, and cheap. Owners/management are Very nice. Rooms are big, bathroom is nice. Have fridge and microwave in rooms. Ice machine in office. Cable tv and free WiFi that works well. I've been here over 1 week and I will return if I'm ever in the area again! :) I'd drive 30-40 miles out of my way just to come here!!

Best place to stay at in Ponca for a good price

Great friendly owners.. Nothing fancy just a room with Microwave tv and fridge. Had to stay for a while husband was working in town. Glad to stay here. Such sweet people.

My wife my dog and I have lived here for about a year now and the people here are amazing and they also go out of there way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible! Miss Judy is an amazing lady thank you

The employee named Judy that checked us in was absolutely astounding with her bedside manner and she was absolutely welcoming and went well above the call of duty to help us out.

Really clean rooms, easy like Sunday morning kinda feel to it....

This place was so amazing!! EVERYTHING was clean ..... Starting with the parking lot, the lobby and even the rooms!! The room was quaint, updated ... Just cozy!! The staff was awesome in every way!! Thank y'all for the hospitality during our overnight stay!

Stayed 2 nights had to deal with cricket all the time left for a while came back to find at least 3 crickets in the room and 1 was in the bed....Judy was great knew her was back when we younger 🤠 but I don't know if I would stay again if I have to deal with cricket 🦗
