newer
restaurant
that
we
watched
being
renovated
by
their
team.
Their
pizza
is
great
and
a
true
Italian
style,
thick
crust,
thin
base
with
a
lot
of
variety.
An
interesting
twist
is
that
you
cut
your
pizza
with
scissors.
Two
starters
that
are
good
and
authentically
Italian.
The
desserts
are
equally
good.
The
staff
is
great.
Young,
enthusiastic
and
becoming
a
good
team.
As
the
business
meshes,
they
will
go
far
given
that
they
win
the
local
folks
respect
and
patronage.
My
only
suggestion
is
that
they
communicate
better
via
local
manners
such
as
Facebook,
their
website
and
their
own
outside
enclosed
message
case.
These
are
ideal
ways
to
let
the
residents
know
start
and
stop
times,
serving
times
and
vacation
closures.
We
only
learned
tonight
that
that
open
at
1700
for
drinks,
start
pizza
orders
at
1800
etc.
Their
signs
aren't
clear.
We
hope
that
they
do
well
and
that
we
watch
them
grow.
