Nice little view point just down from where we are staying. It appears that the city is excavating earlier construction that has been built over more recently.

Lovely place for sunset especially. One table with one bench. They have been renovating the stairs right now, winter 2020. You can hear birds and enjoy the ocean sounds.

Nice view but it's not very well maintained. Saw some dead rats and plenty of cats so that pretty much sums up. But the view is very beautiful. The parking lot is very small so it's better to go on foot. Although it as some picnic tables I wouldn't trust the cleanliness of the place

Great view of the sea and sky above the streetlights, for only a 5 min drive from Ponta Delgada.

I had a clear day. You can see a long way along the coast on a clear day. You can see some of the volcanoes inland as well
