This place is great, we went twice in two days! The first time we didn’t know the ‘Sushi Premium’ is a MUST ORDER. So instead we only ordered Chef Hot Special and uramakis (the spring maki was super delicious!). So we came back the next day to try the Sushi Premium and it didn’t disappointing us. Strongly recommended!

Amazing service and absolutely fantastic sushi. A bit on the pricey side but I’d say it matches the quality. The premium set was to die for

What a great find, fresh tasty sushi, and a friendly delightful staff, it did not disappoint. My favorite may be the salmon tartare, which had big chunks of very good quality fresh salmon, but the nigiri & sashimi with their own pickled ginger (two ways, one was done with red wine, which was unique and delicious!) were also excellent. They also offered very good vegetarian roll/bowl as well. Highly recommend it!

The staff is naturally friendly and catered for my gluten-free restrictions with ease 🫶 The lightly fried salmon on the poke bowl was delicious and the fish itself of excellent quality. The jasmine tea is of an imported Japanese brand and it shows in flavour. Overall, I really enjoyed eating here and will come again 🙌

Great team. All were very welcoming and friendly. Food was good, with a few creative rolls. They don't have sake which was a letdown and white wine wasn't chilled. They graciously offered 2 glasses of wine while we waited for the wine to chill a bit. Would go back and definitely would recommend. Hopefully they get some sake for next time!

We went there twice our last two days on Sao Miguel, the second one because it was sooo good the first one. Friendly staff, cool looking restaurant and the food was amazing. The fish is super fresh, especially the tuna is melting when eating. Gyozas and tempura = delicious. Loved the free Edamame as appertizer. Definetly recommend it if you wanna have fresh sushi in Sao Miguel.

5 stars just for the service! The young waitress was especially friendly and accommodating. I’m not a fan of cream cheese in sushi, so I asked to have them be made without, ended up with 3 more temakis because it was just so good! As someone who experienced the best and the worst of sushi outside of Japan, quality of sushi here is worth the money. Hope they can incorporate more local fish in their menu in the future.

I had the chefs choice, and my wife had the salmon tartare. Both were excellent and the quality of the ingredients were impeccable. Excellent service Would definitely return

P'Alma was recommended by our local tour guide and it was one of the best meals we had all week! In fact, we went two days in a row for lunch! The menu is not extensive, but the fish quality is excellent (primarily tuna and salmon), and the staff was very friendly! The desserts were excellent as well, the lemon tart and the mousse. We highly recommend!

Probably the best sushi place of the island ! The place is well decorated, the staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely tasty and fresh. We went 2 times in 2 days. We highly recommend this location to any sushi lovers!

Loved it! The sushi was so good that we had to reorder the spicy tuna roll. Service was excellent too, our waitress was kind and extremely fast. Best sushi we have tried in the Azores. We will be back!

The sushi, Nigri and tartare were fresh and delicious! Make sure to make a reservation as the restaurant is small and several people got turned away while we were seated. Much more to try on the menu, but all of our dishes were great. Highly recommend to enjoy the fresh seafood on the island!

👍 So, why only 4 stars? I was really struggling but the reason was not the food but the service. We had a reservation at 21:30h and until 22h we had nothing to drink. Nt even water. It took forever until we could order. The waitress completely ignored us. This was quite unsatisfying. The food: The fo...
