Truly the best burger. Worst service I have seen in my life. Waiters don't offer refills, don't even show an elderly grandmother where to look for something in the menu. They serve drinks at the table and leave without serving it to any individual in particular. We were served sausage to share, plates came 5minutes later and the cutlery another 5 minutes later.. We ask for a kids seat for a 6 month old and waited 30 minutes. Sausage was cold by then. We weren't ever offered dessert!! So much lost sales in this building. Staff needs to be trained.

Best hambúrguer 🍔 in the world for sure. Kids menu is great as well. Our go to place in Brazil.

Good food as usual... ...but at 5pm in a weekly day it seems the staff is a kind of trainee crew. Missing orders, misunderstanding notes and we were not really lucky: a summer storm put down the energy, so the draft beer was not in it best. Asked for the bill and, surprise! The parking fee, expensive, instead of one hour came as three hours (actually, 3 x one hour), a clear situation of "trainee job" with no supervisor on it. Anyway, one of the best burgers in the world, for true. The burger bun, the old "pão d'água", is really amazing.

Highly overrated. The decor is sophisticated but not functional (the tables can be rather unconfortable because they are too thick). The so-called special mayo was hardly any different from the regular ones you find in supermarkets (both in terms of taste and texture); the 'penne na manteiga' was an absolute regret and the 'filé mignon' barbecue was a bit too salty.

Fresh food and nice people. I had a argentina fillet which was so juicy and delicious. 200% satisfied and fully recommend.
