Unit 35 is the best one. Absolute beachfront, modern property straight on the white sand with incredible 180 views of Indian Ocean. Maids, service, all mod con, super confortable furniture…an absolute dream!

We visited Mar E Sol over the past long weekend. We loved the house. It is fully equipped and serviced daily by Bea and another girl, I can't remember her name. The staff at the security gate, at reception, Jessica at Bookings, everyone goes out of there way to assist in a friendly manner. We only had a problem with where House 11 is situated. We have knee problems and the walkway to and from the house was extremely difficult. We struggled to get our luggage to and from the house when we arrived and when we left. We were not informed of where it is situated and feel that is something that should be mentioned to people when making reservations.

This accommodation is the eye catcher of Ponta do Ouro! The houses are located on the hill in front of the beach, so the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning! Furthermore, the staff is really nice and helpfull. Really recommend this place!!!

Great accommodation, however the road is terrible. We stayed at No. 6 which is rather high up on the hill so it was quite a walk down to the beach and into town. The house was clean and serviced daily.

Stayed at no 9. Very disappointing, to say the least. Although the place was clean and updated, for the amount we paid, we definitely expected more. The aircon power cable in the living area, was cut off and the fans were not in full working condition. The housekeeper insisted on switching all the other aircons in other rooms off, leaving us to return to an oven every day 🥵🥵 No working lights outside on the deck and the bedroom doors opening up onto the deck, don't open at all.
