So you want 5* service and maintained facilities? Minus a pool, this is the one. But who needs a pool in Pontian?! Booked the delux suite. The room is really as big as it looks in the pictures. Water pressure is great. Air con is cold. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff members and manager. A wardrobe with hangers! Don't even mention the ironing board + mini fridge. Cherry of a view to top it all off.

Small and minimalist. Generally clean and ease access of parking and next beach.

Overprice budgeted hotel. For a small room with a king size bed but no window, walk in price is RM140/agoda around RM115. The hotel serve no either in room water kettle or at loby. So i need to buy my own. Overall, still ok as the aircond and bathroom are in good condition.

It's a budget motel . One night stay kind of place . A sleep over place . Wifi is ok , fast . But frequent disconnection . Room is compact , to maximize capacity i suppose . It's by the sea side . Most conveniences are at walking distance , restaurants , banks , 7e etc. Staffs are ok , i mean it a budget hotel after all ... if you just need a place to crash while waiting for your flight or so , then it's ok . The price is not so reflective of the budget hotel status , i.e. rather expensive .

Cosy and clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location with wonderful and decently priced eating places around. The fish market is within walking distance and is one of my favourite places to buy and eat fresh seafood. The coastal walk is peaceful and relaxing with seafront dining places and views. You don't need a fancy hotel with facilities when there is so much to see around.

Strategic location. Very near to coastal area. If you can't get a room with a view, just go outside and spend time there. Walk in and you might get better price than booking online. Help yourself with cup of hot coffee or tea at the lobby/lounge area. Some of the the room doesn't have windows. But the room is well lit. Clean and comfy bed. Toilet and shower in a very tiny space. Overall is okay for a night.

Currently Iā€™m staying in this hotel. Location was good near by nice sea view with seafood restaurants nearby. Room cleanliness very bad dust been everywhere. Fridge is not working. I kept soya bean n fresh flowers in fridge but everything spoilt. Cups n beds were occupied with ants. Not worth for the price.

The location is strategic; by the seaside & eateries are within walking distance. The size of the room (queen room with no window) is small and not much space to move around. Only 1 plug point; take turns with my partner to charge our phone. Lots of parking & smooth check in/out.
