My opinion is based on the fact that we've been to various food places, not just at Pontian only. Food quality: Above average Beverage quality: coffee latte with price of RM 12.90 taste just like 3-in-1 coffee Duration of waiting for (all) foods to arrive on table: 60 minutes 60 minutes with no complimentary food, only plain water. With our drinks arrived 20 minutes in between first and second drinks. Hope the management can improvise leaps and bounds, to match the high prices of the meals.

Food: 5/5 Good quality. Spicy Chicken burger awesome and the chicken is juicy.Mac and cheese...so cheessy and the Maccroni cook to al dente. Chicken chop is juicy served with creamy, smooth, mash potato and good quality veggie. Got local dishes also good. The food portion and quality suit with price stated. Drinks: 5/5 Drinks sweetness will based your own personal choice. If you are sweet tooth you can add more liquid sugar by your own which for me it's healthier Decor: 4/5 Nice, simple and casual. Serving time:4/5 5-15mins depends on time.

Foods are delicious and nice. I tried chicken chop & nasi goreng. Love the complimentary plain water as well. Improvement can be made on the waiting time as it took me around 20-30mins to get my meal. Nice ambience & easy parking are plus point. Overall, i had pleasent experience.

I rarely give reviews. However I feel that this restaurant deserves a good one from me as I find that the owner paid attention to details. + Great ambience with hit songs played. + Toilet is clean and mushollah/surau available. + Even a simple straw/spoon was being focused on. + Complimentary ice water was served professionally. + The taste is worth the price. 2 light eaters can share a normal meal. Highly recommend to visit.

I order spaghetti with chicken chop. The spaghetti is quite bland need little more salt . Luckily the chicken chop came with black pepper sauce. The sauce is just perfect. Help me remove bland taste from the spaghetti. Even the fried rice taste bland
