I got rashes around my neck and face because of the dirty bedsheet. And i need to go clinic for that and thats what the doctor said . No wonder i saw the pillow got some stain. im sure the room wasnt be cleaned properly. The lamp light also not functioned. washroom curtain so dirty. Room smells so bad.im so frustrated and angry especially the part that i got rashes on my neck and face! we have been sticked with this hotel almost every year for eid but i dont understand why i was so unclucky this year.

The standard room is decent enough for a few night's stay. Slightly hard bed. Found the mini fridge leaking water when I entered the room the first night.

Breakfast choice is nice. Room ambience is good. Helpful staff. Our Pontian Petronas track was nearby so it was good

Old PONTIAN resident thinking of overnite for down memory lane last weekend. Checked with counter about their rate but staff not too accommodative. Give up n cancer plan of Stay.

Old hotel...but compared to others "old" hotel it is still better. Should have more TV series....more on Astro or hyppTV...or DVBT2 sort of...

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, moderate in room cleanliness, spacious parking, nearby to the beach.
