Nice ambience and pleasant staff at the cafe downstairs. Quiet and comfortable place to chill in this hot town. Hot chocolate and french fries could be improved. Hotel looks quaint from the outside, would love to check out the rooms, they seem affordable too.

Very cozy and clean rooms. Would stay again when I'm around. Only downside is the walls are not so soundproof. If you have loud neighbors, it may not be too pleasant.

This place is highly recommended, good location, the staff are friendly. Most of all the rooms are well design and clean. Not to forget the water pressure from the shower was very powerful. Will definetly return again when visiting my friends in Pontian

I staying here for almost two weeks. Firstly the room is totally clean and give me an ambience feel like home and also they giving you a full privacy. Secondly the cafe is great with excellent choices of menu with great reasonable price. Thirdly the staff also is diligent but some staff from cafe must practice how to politely urging the customer if customer do something again the hotel policy and practice more smiling everytime. Im totally satisfied and recommend to everybody.Thanks

Thoughtful proactive staff. Chic, well maintained hotel. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Linen is pure and lush. This is one of the best places we've stayed in our three months cycling through SE Asia. You feel totally confident staying here. Look no further.

Just checked out today. V clean; no issues walking around the room barefooted. They have the basic necessities prepared: toothbrush/paste, towel, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, coffee, tea. But power to the room gets cut when card is removed, including the fridge. And occasional noise from traffic in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it’s one of the best place to stay when in Pontian. Staff service is also top notch; they checked the opening hours of a place of interest on our behalf and updated half an hour later. And they checked the room first upon checking out and return us something accidentally left behind in the fridge.

In general, this is like an Airbnb accommodation. On the day of check in, there were just four of us, we checked in to two rooms: Zen and The Attica. Small rooms but well organized and clean up. The restaurant on ground floor is not in operation due to lack of staff. There are shops/ eateries nearby the house, there is no problem in getting a meal settled. the house is located at a junction, hence it could be a bit disturbing at night when vehicles drove by.

My wife and our young child spent two nights here and it was really fantastic. The customer service was definitely top notch attentive and the room was exceptionally clean with its own toilet. The room and toilet looks newly renovated and contemporary designed. Definitely out-win many short term stay old shophouse hotels in the area. The basic stuffs you need such as tooth brushes, clean towels, laundry bag, hair dryer were all readily available. Private parking lots were ample with CCTV monitoring system. So if you are worried about security, it definitely covers your concern. If you are a light sleeper, you may request for the room facing the inside away from the road. It was not a problem for us though. Accessibility to food and convenience store was great. There are 2 food store directly opposite and a supermarket just 1-2 mins walk down the street. Apart from that, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the service provider. We received a personal WhatsApp text from the owner 5 minutes within our booking from booking website to confirm our stay with the detailed messages and instructions. We enjoyed our stay in the Zen room. The room is very well kept (housekeeping standard very high) and with good natural lighting (from 2 balconies). Top notch service from Manager Gladys, smooth check in process, provided recommended places to dine and communication via watapps was speedy. Parking is available at their premise with cctv monitoring (good security). Definitely will come back here again if visiting Pontian.
