I'm never disappointed when I visit here. Whether it's with a large gathering of people or a smaller group, the food is always spot on. Never any complaints, and they always get it right. Great atmosphere, great food, and great service.

Mussel starter was lovely Prawn starter was nice not overly excitable mind Ordered the dearest item on menu and I could've made it at home better prawns were tasteless everything was over cooked over deep fat fried I couldn't eat it all it was so chewy and what looked like a sauce reminded me of warm left out butter. Husband had the veal and it reminded us more of a frozen schnitzel it was rubbery and awful!! Had to ask for the cocktail menu but the waitress didn't seem as if she wanted to even get it!!! The other two waitress young girl with dark hair and one with blonde hair I didn't see their names buy very lovely.. Not sure what I expected but I was totally gutted nagged the hubby to go and we was both ver disappointed 😔

We celebrated a family members birthday at Trattoria recently. There was 16 of us in total, food was fantastic as always. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. We visit often and always have a fabulous time and leave full.

The pasta dish I had with shin beef was totally tasteless lacked salt pepper herbs & garlic my partner had pizza that looked cooked but was not crispy on the bottom & had to eat it with a knife & fork as if it was picked up as it is meant to be eaten you would have been wearing in don't bother save your money & go to the worst chippy you can find we were in 30mins & in that time we got served drinks ordered served food & eaten paid & left this is fast food on an expensive level

Myself and my partner visited in June and had the lunch menu. The food was tasty and the service good too! We ordered a dessert each too and the Tiramisu was the nicest I've ever had! 😋

Went on a Friday evening. Very busy atmosphere which was reassuring. Took a while to have our food order taken which was disappointing as the welcome was quite nice, perhaps understaffed? The food was ok, not brilliant, maybe I didn't order the best thing on the menu? But it was just ok. Price was reasonable.

Went for lunch with work colleagues and was really quite impressed,both with the service, and food - and price! £15 for a two course set lunch menu, with drink. Excellent selection, delicious food and plenty of it. I'll definitely return 👍

Arrived at the restaurant and was welcomed and seated quickly. We were offered water and any drink orders. Service was quick and food was hot and fresh. The pizza was beautiful. The members of staff that served us were friendly and happy to help throughout our stay. Would definitely go again and recommend this place!

Went last night for a birthday meal. Staff were great, allowed us to take a cake in, cut it and eat it there. The food was amazing, full of flavour, I tried things I'd never thought of because the waitress carefully explained the ingredients. The portion sizes were bigger than I expected. I was expecting a higher bill at the end but I was very happy with what I paid. Definitely will be going back.

Nice meal here last night. Bruschetta was a bit overdone leaving a crunchy break. Used to prefer the softer breads for bruschetta they used previously

Great friendly service. Food was delicious. Lunch set menu was exceptional value for money and portions were a great size.

Food was stunning, the pasta I chose turned out to be excellent value and huge portion! I only expected a few shellfish but there were plenty. The chocolate tart desert was a little bit sickly though and I only ate half. My friends chicken dishes looked very small and I dont think I would have been that thrilled with that but otherwise it was all rather good!

Had a meal here the other night as train cancellations meant we couldn't get to our intended destination. The atmosphere and service here was so brilliant, we had a great time and would definitely return. Food was fine, nothing remarkable and I did think I could make it myself with more flavour but no issues. A good spot for a a nicd relaxed evening.

Overall, I would give trattoria a 4/5, food was lovely, hot as it came out and more than satisfying. I was a little disappointed to find a hair in my calzone on my last bite but chose not to mention it at the restaurant, I had eaten 99% of it so wouldn't have changed anything. Hasn't changed my perception though and will definitely return.

Food is good and the service is pretty good too. Nothing too flashy but a fantastic selection of both food and drink. A great place to go with family or on a date!

We had a large group ‘family reunion/80th birthday’ meal on a Saturday night, so probably the busiest day and at the busiest time of the night and the service was outstanding! All staff were friendly and courteous and really went the extra mile. The main course was ordered in advance but on the night we ordered first course and desserts! Completely problem free! It was a well oiled machine. This made a special night even more special.
