Well versed staff. Get to know about various plants and habitat. Shady plants and a park like infra. They charge 60rs for a non guided visit. My suggestion is to reimburse the money to the guest if they buy products from their stall.

Manager his mrs Rijo great handling for guest here attitude was nice. staffs Especially Lincy mam was very great guidance for multiple languages Malayalam, Hindi, Kanada , Tamil , English . Seema mam she is known as Malayalam and Tamil. Umesh bro he is all languages , Alphonsa mam handling in all especially English and Arabic. Excellent place where a special guide is available to explain about all spices grown in few acres of their own garden. Spice store has very experienced sales women, who shows all products very patiently. Bought the spices for more than 3,000/-+. Very strictly photography is prohibited!
